Sheet 17: Getting to Know the League at Regancy

Still, no one dared to ask Frost and it was frustrating. He did not know why the children were avoiding him. But he knew enough that he was respected by people.

‘Do they have no intention to ask anything? I'd better ask them,’ thought Frost.

“So, Raven, you have learned to what stage? Wood league? League stone?” ask Frost. Not that he intended to scare them, but Frost had to think of everything that would happen if Raven wanted to learn from him.

“Ja-answered His Highness.we just entered the Wood League three months ago. Actually our development is quite fast and at the end of this month we can enter the Stone League. Ta-but, Dad died very quickly..,” Ash replied.

‘I've been expecting that they've just reached the base league. If they go to Tillandsia, won't it just add to my and Ganache's burden? Although they were Raven Tribe, but it should be at least those who had already reached the Bloodstone League. They are still very far away,’ Inner Frost.

“Your fathers have reached what League?” Frost gathered as much information as possible from Raven. If their Father had not reached the Bloodstone League, it was only natural to lose to the Demon Warriors. But if they have reached or passed the Bloodstone League, they must be careful because there are Senior Devils who also play around.

“His Royal Highnesses, Father Raise has reached the Emerald League.” This time the answer is Slate.

“Not good,” whispered Frost to himself, but the boys could still hear him.

Boldly Gany—Mahogany Tuscan Alabaster—ask Frost, “Sorry Your Majesty, what's not good?”

Frost grinned as the boys finally began to dare. He could least stand the mentally flabby people, especially if it was his own people: men.

“Not good because you'll come tomorrow as a burden, Alabaster,” joked Frost.

Gany straightened his lips. His face is very pale.

“Don't be taken seriously because I'm joking,” Frost said. He was confused as to why the children took all of his words so seriously.

“To defeat the Demon Warrior, one only needs to reach the Bloodstone League. The father of the Ravens had already reached the Emerald League and was defeated by the Demon Warriors? That's not possible. Even if fifty or forty soldiers besiege, your father will not die. I'm not sure, but it looks like there's a Senior Devil that's messing up.” Frost explained the reason to the children. He was indeed planning to bring the Ravens, but he realized they were still too early to defeat the Demon Warriors. Although Frost and Zinn can protect them, they are still very risky.

“Your Majesty can I come tomorrow? Although I have just reached the Agate League, but Ancient Magic will definitely work against the Devils,” Rouge said.

“Indeed Ancient Magic can fight the Devils, but have you learned about the Holy Water of Blessing?” ask Frost.

“Ah...” Rouge lowered his head. “It... studied in Amethyst League. I'm short of one league.”

“You really worry me. It looks like you are almost an adult, will soon be running the Ceremony of Self-Maturity, but still under the Bloodstone League,” Frost said.

“Sorry Your Majesty, if you may know, you and Madam are already in what League?” ask Qerza. He was curious and wanted to ask that question, but he had to gather great courage, unlike when he was with Zinn.

“We are both in the Olivine League,” Frost replied.

“You just entered the Agate League right, Cardinal?” Frost glanced at Qerza. “I suggest to you to increase your knowledge and quickly learn Archery Magic. You are a suitable candidate to be a successor at Regancy.”

Somehow Qerza wasn't happy to be praised by Frost. He even felt a bad feeling.

“Raven, Cardinal, Tahiti today you will not sleep. Come with me to the Main Hall. I will teach you well,” said Frost. “Other children go to sleep immediately, especially Daffodil, Ganache has great hopes for you in rebuilding Tahiti.”

‘While you yourself destroyed Tahiti, Your Majesty,’ thought the children of Daffodil.

As the Daffodil and Gany children had already entered their room, Frost grinned with a glowing golden eye bead, making the five children gulp.

“Now, Raven show your speed. If I get to the Main Hall first, I will make sure you are tormented until you reach the Quartz League,” Frost said.

Ash, Fable, and Slate stared at each other with resignation. Without a cue, they immediately disappeared from Frost's sight.

‘Good, they quickly understood the circumstances. But, what a pity, I have to decide their expectations,’ Frost thought. ‘Or, I just gave up huh?’

As Ash, Fable, and Slate reached the front door of the Main Hall, they saw Zinn walking over. They pay homage to the owner of the pink eye bead.

“Why are you here?” ask Zinn.

“I-it...”.

“I told them to come here,” said Frost. “You are safe for having made it here first.”

“Oh, Young Master Tahiti and Young Master Cardinal also exist. Are you in a hurry to train them, Your Majesty?” zinn asked as he found Qerza and Rouge also behind Frost.

“The father of these three children is in the Emerald League. But it could be easily killed by those Devils. Why do you think?” Frost's golden-eyed bead grew even more radiant. The wind was blowing so hard that the dry leaves flew.

“Seeing from his wound, their heart and head were forcefully pierced by a spear. The master of spearmanship is the President of Hell, His Holiness Valak,” murmured Zinn.

“Finally the Fucking Snake showed his fangs. He wasn't even afraid to interfere in matters this time. It's called rebellion. The Old Grandfather had already restrained the Nine-Tiered Hell to not interfere in the matter of Devil Junior. Don't know lucky at all.” Frost clenched his fist. He and Valak were long-time enemies. Azazel, his Grandpa Buyut-Tuyut did not like the Devil Snake on that one.

Qerza and the others did not understand about Zinn and Frost's conversation. They just shut up and listen. They felt as if Frost and Zinn had gotten to know each other deeply, as well as feeling that their relationship was unusual.

"It's very bad. We have to hurry tomorrow."
