Since I Found You

Since I Found You
Reproofs

“Who are you really?” Vlad repeated his question with a tone that sounded much deeper.

However, Altea did not answer either. He was just stuck in the doorway. Without Altea expecting it, Vlad grabbed the iron rod propped up near the wheelchair. Vlad used it to walk closer to Altea, until the two of them faced each other.

Just this time, Altea clearly looked at Vlad's face. He was so stunned by the handsome charm of the blonde man. Vlad's blue eyes looked even more sparkling, when seen up close. His sharp nose, firm jaw, and chin, into a perfect blend. “A-I ...” Altea.

“Name the foundation on which you belong!” vlad's jolt that instantly disperse the reverie of Altea.

“I am in ... the foundation is Hamburg,” replied Altea stuttering.

“I just want the name of his foundation,” hiss Vlad full of emphasis.

“I-it ..” Altea's spinning the brain. He thought about what names had crossed his mind. “Blumengarten (flower garden). Blumengarten Foundation." he replied. The name was a favorite place of the late mother, when taking little Altea for a walk. Although still a toddler, but he can already remember clearly when his mother plucked Amaryllis flowers, then tucked the beautiful flowers behind Altea's ears. One last good memory he went through before his mother died.

“I've never heard the name of that foundation.” Vlad squinted his eyes. There was great doubt in his tone. Highlight the handsome man's eyes, like a machine scanning every inch of Altea's face. Vlad is trying to find a lie point, which may be hidden behind the beautiful face of the woman in front of him.

“It's a foundation that has just been formed and established in the city center,” by Altea. As much as possible, he hid his nervousness and worry, so that Vlad would not feel more suspicious. Altea even had a sweet smile to the handsome man.

“Alright, Miss Miller,” Vlad said as he nodded. “You can go,” he said again with intonation that began to soften. However, not with the look of his eyes that were still as sharp as a dagger.

Altea exhaled a sigh of relief. Without saying much, the girl immediately turned around. Not to forget, he closed the door to Vlad's room tightly. Altea went down the steps in a hurry. In his heart, he prayed that Vlad would not find out about the name of the foundation he mentioned earlier, because it was just a fictitious name.

However, what was Altea's hope was in fact not granted. In the room, Vlad was ready to sit in front of the laptop screen. The electronic device he just took from in a small closet located near the window. Vlad's fingers moved nimbly typing something on the keyboard. Not long after, the handsome man smiled faintly. “Already expected,” murmured while turning off the laptop.

Vlad then turned the wheelchair that had always been a loyal friend to him. The sight of the handsome man in the long-sleeved t-shirt turned on a tray filled with food, which became his lunch menu that day. He was pensive for a moment, before deciding to get closer to the table where the tray had been.

Vlad began to taste the food provided for him. Just this time, she really enjoyed the taste of the mother's cooking. The aroma of spices and the texture of the food he eats, so seeps into the tongue. Vlad enjoyed every bite in his mouth, so he chewed unhurriedly. Vlad wanted to soak in every mouthful that was a testament to Elke's love.

Suddenly, there was regret and guilt in his heart. All this time, Vlad often does not touch the results of Elke's efforts and let it be wasted.

After lunch, Vlad called Mykola. It didn't take long until his assistant received the call. “Master?” greet Mykola from across there.

“Are you still in Hamburg?” ask Vlad flat.

“Ya, Sir. There's a little problem in your representative office here. Me ...”

“I entrust all to you,” cut Vlad before Mykola finishes his sentence.

“I just want to know, from which foundation did you take a selfless woman it.”

“Who else?” vlad ketus sahut.

“Oh.” Mykola laughed softly. “I found it in Hamburg. There is a labor distribution foundation that I happened to visit,” he replied carefully.

“So you're looking for me a waiter?” ask Vlad.

“That's because .. because I just want you to have a friend. That way, you will not be lonely anymore,” the pretext of Mykola.

“You know that I'm used to it myself,” Vlad denied as he clucked slowly. “I just suspected you were planning something,”.

“I don't understand at all. What kind of plan do you mean?” Mykola's tone was made as calm as possible, although in fact, the dark-haired man felt so tense. He knows the character of Vlad with all his past.

“I only told you one thing, never betray the trust I have given you,” Vlad sis increasingly makes the assistant wonder.

“You are very understanding and know everything about me. I will not possibly betray you, sir,” Mykola asserted.

“Then, try saying. Where did you find the girl?” urged Vlad. “Don't lie, Mykola. I can distinguish people who are telling the truth or vice versa. Just like I know you well. You are so to me.”

“Tuan ..” Mykola took a deep breath, then slowly flung it down. He realized that there was no point in hiding Altea's true identity. Mykola did not want to put himself in trouble, even though he had done so from the first time he had brought the young woman before Vlad.

“Good. I'll tell you the truth.” Detail and sequence, Mykola reveals everything to Vlad, with nothing covered up. Mykola opened up the identity of Altea that was hidden in the past few days.

“You!” vlad's jolt held back the anger that was about to explode. “How dare you be so brash! Why are you being so rash, Mykola!” Vlad can't talk quietly.“You could've put a thief in my house! Is it because of my flawed circumstances, so you can do as you please?” snarl the man again.

“Please listen to me first, Sir,” pinta Mykola trying to calm his master. “I did that for one reason.”

“I will never hear any reason you say. It was definitely something stupid and careless! I can't take it!” reject Vlad firmly and with emphasis. The man was really angry.

“I see the figure of Miss Miller as someone who is spontaneous and not afraid of anything. There is one side of him that somehow makes me believe, that he can accompany you through all this,” explained Mykola. “Jonestly, Sir. As the person closest to you, I feel very sad. You have lost the spirit of life. You are like a zombie. Without emotion, without desire. Really, I'm so sorry about that. Too much potential and greatness in you that was overlooked during this past year.”

“You don't need to pity me, Mykola. My life is sad. I don't care anymore about anything related ...”

“But you still have Mrs Elke. During this time, he struggles to care for and encourage yourself to return to the real life. Don't you feel sorry for her?” mykola protests.

Vlad did not answer. He just snorted annoyed. Mykola's words are true.
