Next day

Jennifer is back with her work. There was something different he felt, because this morning Nico did not come to pick him up and take him to the company as usual. Even the bodyguard and his girlfriend had not contacted him since last night. Breathing sounded heavy, Jennifer stopped her activity for a moment, she checked her phone on the table. The look on his face was again disappointed that there was not a single notification coming in.

Time has shown at 12 noon, it is time for lunch break. The sound of knocking on the door, Jennifer allowed anyone to enter. The open door shows Jane walking to the table.

"Miss Director, it's lunch time. I've booked at my usual restaurant."

"Ehm, okay Jane." And then Jennifer tidied up a pile of documents on her desk. He grabbed the bag and put his phone in the bag.

The two went hand in hand splitting the crowd of several employees who also wanted to have lunch. Some male and female employees greet kindly and are greeted by a smile by Jennifer that always makes anyone stunned by her sweet smile. They then left the company for Devine Restaurant among the Romanovs.

Upon arriving at the restaurant's parking lot, Jennifer and Jane got out of the car and rushed into the restaurant. But his steps stopped because suddenly a little boy hit him.

"Hey baby, you have to be careful." Almost the little boy fell if Jennifer didn't catch him immediately.

Jane looked up and was surprised. "Miss is okay?" tanyanya saw the little boy quite violently bumping into her Miss Director.

"I'm fine." Hinted if Jane didn't need to be upset. After all, he was just a little boy.

"Sorry Aunty, I-I didn't see." Justifying his position to stand properly.

"Next time be careful." Jennifer smiled, giving a swipe at the top of the little boy's head.

The little boy nodded, implied in fear on his innocent face. So that Jennifer slightly bent her body to freely stare at a small child who was about 6 or 7 years old. "Just calm down, Aunty's not mad." But still the boy in front of him looked very frightened. I repeatedly looked to the right and left, like I was avoiding someone.

"I-I gotta go Aunty." The boy was about to leave but Jennifer held him back.

"Hey, what's up?"

"Aunty let me go, evil uncle is chasing me." Trying to escape from the hands of Jennifer who holds both shoulders.

"Bad uncle?" Jennifer frowned then circulated her gaze, looking for the figure the boy meant.

Jane's approaching, not wanting Miss Director to get involved. "Miss, we better get in. We don't have to interfere with this boy's business" he whispered.

"But Jane...." Jennifer wasn't until the heart left the child alone. "Hey, don't run." Because Jennifer loosened her grip on the little boy so he could escape.

"Here you go, lady, let's go in. That kid's gonna be okay." Jane tried to convince her Miss Director.

Jennifer nodded and followed Jane through the entrance. But his mind was not calm and kept on going to the boy. "Jane, you just order me some food. I'm going for a minute."

"But Miss?" But Jane did not manage to stop her Miss Director from leaving Restaurant.

Jennifer followed the direction the little boy had traveled but did not find it. Did that evil uncle he said manage to catch him? thought.

Feeling like she didn't find anyone there, Jennifer turned back.

"Toloongg....." And the sound of the scream instantly stopped his steps. Jennifer ran, back down the seemingly deserted road.

Both of his eyes bought to find a small child who had hit him was brought by force by someone large and tall.

"Gosh, what did you do to her?" Of course Jennifer's voice stopped the man.

"Don't interfere Miss pretty." Jennifer looked from top to foot.

Jennifer felt uncomfortable when looked at like that. "Take him off. He's just a kid, why are you pulling him like that?!"

"Ck, a pretty lady like you better shut up. Do you want to come with me, too, huh?" Smiling with a strange look.

God, that's so gross.

Actually Jennifer is lazy to deal with such a man if only not pity the boy. Moreover, her pleading gaze would make Jennifer feel guilty if it did not help her. Jennifer can be confident like that because the two men assigned by her brother are not far from her.

Unbeknownst to Jennifer, it turns out that Nico was already there once getting a report from one of them. Nico asked them for an explanation of what happened. Then they explained it starting with the little boy who hit Miss Jennie accidentally. Nico just nodded, he did not come straight, only observing the man's motives first.

"Aunty please....." Jennifer did not have the heart when the child groaned in pain for the man's grip.

Outraged, the man slapped the boy twice. Jennifer is getting less and less accepted. He did not dare to injure his three nephews, and instead saw the sight of a man hitting a small child in front of him.

"Only a cowardly man would dare to commit violence against a child."

"Damn! What did you say Miss?!" The man began to ignite emotions and walked closer to Jennifer, to make Jennifer reflex back his steps.

"You coward!" Jennifer challenged the man. I just need to kick it, he thought.

And sure enough as the man got closer, Jennifer floated a kick.

"Bad!" The man screeched, holding the stomach that Jennifer successfully kicked. Not accepting, he approached Jennifer and raised his hand to punch the face of the woman who managed to make him angry.

Jennifer covered her face, along with someone who caught a fist that wanted to hit her in the face.

"How dare you hurt him, I'll break your hand!"

Hearing a familiar voice, Jennifer put her hands away from her face. Surprised at the arrival of Nico who withheld the attack for him.

Nico kicked the man in the stomach, then gave a barrage of attacks to the man's face. Jennifer approached the boy who was hiding behind a tree, hugging and covering his eyes to not see the violent scene.

"How dare you want to hit my woman, heh!"

"Well....." Nico managed to break the hand of the man who had been presumptuous to hit Jennifer. The man fell down, screeched and hugged one of his sore and broken arms.

Jennifer grimaced what she had just witnessed. Bodyguard and his lover can be transformed into a very scary figure at any time.

"That's the price you have to pay, motherfucker!" Without guilt, Nico only saw the man at a glance and took the jacket and glasses that he had thrown before holding a fist that almost hit the beautiful face of the lover.

"Are you okay, baby?" she asked when she was in front of Jennifer.

"Ehm, I'm fine. You came on time."

"Thank you Aunty, thank you Uncle" she told Jennifer and Nico.

Nico smile. "What's your name?"

"Ian Uncle."

"Do you know why that guy wanted to take you?" Nico asked back. Because these few days he received reports of multiple child abductions being sold for his organs and Nico was convinced that the little boy was one of their targets. And the group that did the trade was the Golden Dawn group.

Ian shook his head not knowing. "You have to be careful. Don't go outside without an adult."

"Yes, Uncle." Ian nodded in understanding.

Not long after, two men came over as soon as Nico gave the code for them to approach. "What's the matter, Boss Nico?"

"Take this boy back to his house."

"Good Boss Nico."

Jennifer smiled at Ian. "You don't have to worry, they're my people who'll take care of you all the way home." Jennifer understood Ian's incredulous gaze.

"Thank you Aunty, thanks Uncle." Once again, the boy thanked him for saving himself. Before leaving with two men who were assigned to deliver him.

Jennifer now enjoys having lunch with Nico after saving a child. Jane chose to sit alone at another table instead of being a bully there. Jennifer has been misbehaving since Nico noticed she was eating. Really, Nico misses his little girlfriend very much. Because since last night was busy taking care of the needs for their departure to Los Angeles so that they did not have time to notify the lover.

"Don't look at me like that Nico" Jennifer protested.

"I just want to look at my lover's pretty face." Nico did not heed the lover who protested, he still watched the woman's face.

Again, Nico buried the kiss back. Even his hands held the nape of Jennifer's neck that had revolted, sipping on the lips of the lover even longer and after being satisfied to release his kiss.

"Ni-co...." Jennifer screamed with a red face. Shame and nervous because again his lover took advantage of the opportunity to kiss him. He sat back properly, his face bent with pursed lips.

Nico chuckled at the adorable sight before him. "Don't put on a face like that if you don't want me to repeat it again."

"Bas with you, bitch!" Nico's laughter boomed in there as her lover increasingly made her anxious. "Say what's wrong with your face?" Jennifer did not care about Nico's laughter, she again raised a question that made her curious.

"Male business only. This bruise will also go away on its own." It is impossible for Nico to tell the wound he got from his beloved sister.

Jennifer's eyes are sharp. "Is that really all?"

"Ehm...." Nico nodded convincingly. After being observed, it seemed like the boss did not talk about the matter to his sister.

After finishing a late lunch. Jennifer walks along with Jane out of Restaurant, followed by Nico behind her with glasses attached. They walked towards the car parked on the side of the road.

Nico did not care about a woman who walked up to him.

"Nico, wait." Nico had to stop his steps. Even Jennifer and Jane turned their heads towards the woman.

"You wait in the car." Nico doesn't want this woman in front of him to hurt her Miss Jennie if she finds out the truth. Jennifer nodded, followed by Jane, the two walked towards the car.

"What's up. Didn't I tell you to never appear in front of me again?!"

"Nico, have you really forgotten me? Is it because of that woman that you don't want to see me anymore?" she shrieked with teary eyes, hoping that Nico could be re-emerged.

Lazy in response to the female drama before him, Nico stared cynically. "It's none of your business, Chole!" Yes, that woman is Chole. The woman who still hopes to be able to return to be Nico's favorite woman.

Nico breezed away. For her, the woman is not important.

"Nico, you...." Intention to chase, the woman actually stumbled until she finally fell. "Aahhh Nico, help me." Suddenly Nico twisted his body, but he was not interested in helping Chole and just stepped back.

"Damn it!" his hisses were upset that Nico really did not care about him, even when he fell.
