There is No Easy Life

"I want to go home, it's boring here" complained Cedric two days later. Although the man's condition had improved surprisingly. That's how the doctor who handled Cedric said, Cedric's recovery was beyond reason. Supposedly like that, Cedric was still in critical time. But Cedric only experienced a critical period of no more than six hours. More surprisingly, once he opened his eyes, the man could immediately get up and talk. Without any tools.

But for Cedric and Mika it's not strange. Both believe in things that are difficult to explain logically.

Mika had just helped Cedric to the bathroom, only until the bathroom door. When Mika's phone rings.

"Yes, Brother Daniel," replied Mika. Cedric immediately squinted his eyes. Dislike immediately burst into his chest. The name Daniel was mentioned by Mika.

"What?" cedric asked, as Mika looked towards him.

"Sir Daniel is ahead. She wanted to see you," Mika said as she walked towards the door, wanting to open it. Cedric immediately frowned, as soon as he saw Daniel entering with Mika.

When Cedric and Daniel shake hands, even if they're just stale. There was a sense of familiarity that Cedric felt. It's like Daniel wasn't a stranger to the man.

"Damn! He was healing really fast!" daniel's mind is upset.

"Why hands?" suddenly Cedric asked, looking at Daniel's bandaged left hand. Mika saw Daniell's left hand. Moment later Mika looks panicked.

"That's why, brother?" Mika grabbed Daniel's hand.

"Oh little accident. Don't worry, not a serious injury. You're the one to worry about" Daniel told Cedric. Although it seems cold and flat. Like just a stale base.

"I'm already okay. Mika took good care of me," Cedric replied wanting to show that it was Mic who had been taking care of her all along.

"Is that so?" Daniel looked at Mika who was checking her phone.

"Aahh, I was just watching her take her medicine and eat on time. In a moment, I'll go down to see Elli" said Mika.

"Just get him here" said Cedric.

"I have to get off to pick him up. He will be lost. You guys talk first," Mika darted out of there.

After Mika died, the atmosphere immediately changed. Cold, gripping, unfriendly. The smell of hostility was felt in the room.

"You just want to see him, don't you?" ask Cedric to the point. Daniel immediately pulled the tip of his lips, hearing Cedric's question.

Cedric walked to the sofa. Put himself in there. The man's eyes stared intently at Daniel. Daniel himself felt for a moment that Cedric's black bead turned blue. The eyes of Fire. The Wibawa and charisma of the Fire God were completely attached to Cedric.

"I really want to see him. Do you mind?" fishing rod Daniel.

The man began to be vigilant. The aura coming out of Cedric was the aura of the Fire God. But there was no way that Fire would show himself in front of him right now. It's too fast. Moreover, Fire's soul had yet to completely rule over Cedric's body. In other words, Cedric did not yet know who he really was.

"Of course I mind. He was mine," as he said that, Daniel could feel that it was Fire's soul.

Daniel returned to his faint smile. The man was not afraid of Fire's threat. Although he knew, Fire's current strength was far above him.

"Mika has not made her choice. So I was still free to see him" replied Daniel.

"You...!" Cedric nearly threw a punch at Daniel's face. When suddenly the man changed it, it became a sweep on the front of Daniel's clothes. When Cedric's door opened. Along with the voice of Mika and Elli who were excited about something.

"What are you doing?" Mika asked suspiciously. Looking at Cedric and Daniel's odd-looking position. Very close, like someone kissing.

"It's okay. Just tidying up Daniel's messy clothes" replied Cedric. The man sat back on the sofa. Followed by Daniel who sat in front of Cedric. The two men were still staring at each other sharply.

"Eat this, Elli bought it for you," Mika held out a tupperware. The same thing Mika did to Daniel.

"May you like it" cried Elli from behind Daniel.

As the door was forcefully opened. And enter Catharina and Selia. With two Cedric bodyguards following them.

"Sorry sir, we can't prevent them from entering," a bodyguard spoke with his head down. Afraid that Cedric would get angry with her.

"I am his mother. How can you prevent me from seeing my son" Catharina was angry at the son's bodyguard.

"I asked them to forbid you from coming here" Cedric said as two bodyguards came out.

"What do you mean? I'm your mama, and she is...."

Cedric raised his hand. I told my mom to stop talking. Catharina's angry face, makes Mika and Elli immediately hide behind the bodies of Cedric and Daniel.

"I don't need Mama's presence here. They can take better care of me than Mama" Cedric replied sharply. The tail of her eyes glanced at Mika who looked tensely behind her body.

"That aunt.that woman," whispered Selia. Seeing Selia's gurgle, Daniel again commented on her thin smile. He thought he could use this woman to separate Cedric and Mika.

"You, what are you doing here? Didn't I throw you out. You're the one who made Cedric an accident!" Maki mom Cedric.

Mika directly squeezed the end of the patient's clothes belonging to Cedric. He is usually fearless. This time I faced Mama Cedric.

"It is precisely he who has saved me who is also taking care of me" Cedric replied. Cedric further advanced his body. Makes Mika really behind Cedric's burly back.

"Actually what he did to you. Is she a cheap woman just like...."

"Enough!" Snap Cedric. Both Mika and Elli immediately shook their heads in shock. Hearing Cedric's loud voice for the first time. Even with Catharina and Selia, the two women instantly turned pale. Realizing the speech mistake Catharina made.

"Never call Mika cheap. You want to know who he is. Mikayla Theresia Hermawan, the only daughter of the Hermawan family. And you dare call it cheap. Get the fuck out of here!" cedric's voice is rising.

"Cedric, don't do this to Mama. Mama and Selia want to take care of you,"

"I'm healed. You guys don't have to worry. Mika's gonna take care of me anyway,"

Cedric turned around, after asking his bodyguard to take the Mama out of there. Although the mother shouted, to be allowed to be there.

"I didn't know you had a conflict with your mom" Ledek Daniel.

"Shut up!" Desis Cedric's. The man immediately turned around. Seeing Mika who still looks shocked by the incident earlier.

"You okay?" ask Cedric, worry. Mika shook her head slowly. Looking at Cedric's anxious face.

The four sat down. Stare at the dreamy looking Cedric.

"Every time I see him. I always look at Papa's sad face. I find it very difficult to forgive what Mom did. Maybe I won't be able to forgive him" Cedric said.

"I didn't expect that your life this time was full of conflict" Daniel said.

"Why is everything so runyam like this," Mika and Elli's inner thoughts together.

The two girls looked at each other. Feeling that they are involved in the Cedric family's problems.

"It turns out that being rich is not as beautiful as its outward appearance. Others inside, others outside. The point is there is no easy life. Everyone must have a problem, "the inner Elli whose family is not as rich as Mika let alone Cedric or Daniel.
