Bi Ida breathed her last breath, Parsih's cry did not believe that she had died. Parsih shook her body, a nurse who was in it pulled Parsih's body asking her to stay calm. The ambulance entered the Hospital area, delivering the bodies to the morgue. Another unexpected thing was when Parsih saw Rume pass through the hospital hallway.
“Rume?” mummy Parsih.
He followed his steps up the stairs to the top floor. Rume stood right on the edge, laying his hands out while facing himself. A pale face was fluent, shaggy hair was staring blankly. Parsih ran to try to catch him, but Rume had freefall made Parsih to want to jump down.
The sisters managed to pull her body, Parsih crying looking down but not found Rume there. He still looked very shocked, his mind was in a state of chaos rendering a body in one of the Hospital room chairs. Ringing the sound of a cellphone he refused to care about, Parsih staggered towards the administration to take care of the body mbok Ida.
A very quiet house, the world of Parsih is dark without the presence of her son and husband. One night he thought of his unanimous decision to ask the shaman Aes to revive his family. He was already preparing to wait for the morning to go there immediately. He was wearing black clothes, blowing his head with a black scarf. Parsih's preparations brought in some more cash just in case the shaman asked him for more money.
“I'm sorry Ben. I was forced to do this because I wanted you and Rume to return Parsih's inner”.

In the operating room, the surgeons and nurses were hysterical when they saw Lisa who was conscious. He was in pain screaming tore his own stomach. Surgeons scattered on the floor, hearing the commotion from inside made Sen break down to see the chaotic atmosphere. He ran in search of Wijaya, his wide-eyed bead running throughout the room. Sen decides to turn on the fire alarm, hearing the sound, Wijaya stops the ritual and runs out of his secret room. When Vijaya climbed the stairs, Sen saw him and called himself many times.
“Master! Lothawat! Lady Lisa!” shouted Sen.
“What happened to him? Why is there a fire alarm? there does not appear to be smoke here” said Wijaya running towards Lisa's operating room.
“Sorry sir, I deliberately turned on that signal so that you immediately see the state of the mistress.”
When she reached the operating room, she saw baby Lisa crying over her torn stomach. The doctors and nurses scattered out in fear. Wijaya asks Sen to immediately take the scissors and needles. While he grabbed Lisa's baby and cut the baby's ari-ari. A red baby full of red blood mixed in black, Wijaya gave the baby to Sen.
“Quick clean this baby, be careful when bathing him” said Wijaya.
Shaking hands Sen received it, the figure of a baby that looks creepy with the look of the eyes as if he wants to eat it. Slowly Sen bathed the baby, noticing that there was no sound of crying coming from the child. The deeper look looks like a glaring gaze with his small lips that grinned to see it.
“Argghh!” jerit Sen was terrified.
“I should be able to take care of this child” murmured Sen.
Wijaya slowly performs Lisa's third operation alone. The old stitch wound on top of the new stitch wound, the threads were forced to be overwritten by the flesh given Lisa's increasingly critical condition. His blood was drained and dripping down on the floor.
“Lisa, you must be strong! Lisa's! Do not let the total fainting back, please stay awake. Remember the newborn and Jaka” said Wijaya.
Remember the real world is only where humans are tested with all the trials of life. Humans can only plan and choose the path they like. Dark, lonely and suffering and all the trials that come and go . Because, the consequences arising on yourself shake the belief when the devil, the infidel and the devil are more dominant in this earth.
Lisa was crying between her heartache and all over her body, she was no longer able to squeal or rebel. His fear now was to face the child of the demon he had already born in the world,. The sound of crying babies from the bathroom, Lisa pretends to close her eyes to see Sen approaching them while holding her baby.
“Master, I've finished cleaning this baby.”
“Here I carry, I'll make it in his ear. Call Sister Ire and other workers, don't forget to tell the head nurse to help you clear up all this mess” Wijaya's orders.
“Good sir. When finished I will return to see you” replied Sen.
Wijaya forgot the big thing he had done, a mistake and regret that he could not pull back. Allying with demons and demons made him a piece of apostate man. Waving the adhan in the ear of the newborn child, makes his whole body convulsing and overheating. She put Lisa's baby to the edge of the mattress and ran screaming into the heat in the bathroom.
“Argghh! Hot!” yelled, Wijaya took off all his clothes.
His body slowly turned into a blackish and reddish red. A charred smell lingers in the chest area. He washed his blackened face, from behind the walls appeared a black ape figure highlighting eyes full of anger. He strangled Wijaya, lifted his body and slammed him to the floor. The sound of the hunting animal was heard loudly by Lisa, she wanted to shout calling Wijaya to ask what had happened but her condition felt very weak. Near him was a baby he hated. Hearing the baby's cry, Lisa slowly grabbed the pillow and covered the entire surface of the baby's face. Attempts to kill her own baby, when the sound of the door opening saw Sister Ire running to pull a pillow and hold it.
“Mistress, this baby is innocent. Why do you hate him so much? Have pity on her” Sister Ire said.
Lisa did not answer her words, she turned her face showing dislike. Sister Ire took a breath and took the baby away with her. Walking down the hall, Sister Ire heard a strange noise from behind as if following her. Every now and then he turned to make sure what figure was following him, his entire back feathers goosebumps so he sped up his pace.
The figure of the girl in white pulled the edge of her shirt. Sister Ire was terrified when the child referred the baby. He gave away a doll then disappeared leaving a shrill laughter screeching the ears. Sister Ire threw the doll away and ran while tightly hugging the baby. The patients noticed the look on the nurse's face as it passed through another room. When she stopped in front of the baby room, one of the sisters watching noticed the empty sister Ire's hand movements as if she was putting something into a baby basket.
