For a moment Nadira stayed where she stood because she was still surprised by what Danu did to her. This is the second time Danu has done a slap in the past month, or rather when Nadira scolded Mother Susan who let her daughter hurt Vino.

"D–dia ... did he slap me again?" muttered Nadira with a stifled voice.

The woman touched her numb cheek and slowly hurt. In fact, so tight Danu slapped Nadira, the corner of his lips was torn and left a little blood there.

Nadira then stepped foot into the kitchen, where the cold water is located. At least he had to immediately compress his face so as not to get swollen.

Danu too much to do this to me! If I knew he was going to do violence, I should have stayed on guard. Where was I too surprised to not have time to dodge, Nadira's mind with his hands holding a handkerchief that he used to compress his face. Nadira then cursed her slow self.

Just now Nadira could sigh in relief as the pain on her face reduced, now she had to face her mother-in-law who came to visit while nagging because she was late to pick up Tiara.

"Nadira, what are you doing in there, huh?" shouted Susan's mother who was already standing in front of her rented door.

Oh my God ... just his son left, now there is a mother who came, Nadira growled in his heart. Surprisingly, Susan's mother did not enter her rented house, but she did not lock it at all.

Nadira immediately got up from his seat and walked towards the entrance. He must immediately show himself if he does not want Susan's mother to grow angry with him.

"Mother ..," said Nadira to extend her hand to greet the middle-aged woman's back. However, he had not been able to touch it, Susan's mother had already brusquely brushed Nadira's hand away.

"No need for pleasantries, Nadira! Hurry up and get your son. Don't keep telling me to take care of it, while you're just fine relaxing here!" mother Susan's Scolding.

"Why can Danu slap you? Did you make any morning trouble with him? There's no way he'd do that if you didn't provoke his emotions."

"I don't feel like I've provoked Mas Danu's emotions, Mom. I just asked him why his attitude had turned rude again. But instead of explaining, Mas Danu instead shouted that I had no right to interfere in his affairs," explained Nadira again.

"Then, where is Danu–?"

"Nothing, Mom. Mas Danu immediately left when he had slapped me," replied Nadira again.

Susan's mother seemed surprised by Nadira's reply. How could his son just leave in a state of anger and Nadira did not try to prevent it.

"Why did you let Danu go, Nadira? What's the point of you being Danu's wife, huh?" mother Susan's snapping immediately made Tiara cry in shock at the high-pitched voice before her.

"Mom, please don't keep blaming me. I did not prevent it for fear that Mas Danu would do more than this. Am I wrong to protect myself?"

"Of course it's wrong, Nadira! My son is worth more than you!" point Susan's mother right in Nadira's face.

"Mom is not fair!" nadira said with annoyance.

"Just be wild. I'm too tired to face you. It doesn't seem like it's bad if you leave my son's life!"
