“Fatimah, wait.”

Fatimah hastened her steps. Still wearing the pilot uniform can not be denied many eyes staring in admiration at him. Tall, clean skin, and his face pleasing to the eye.

“Dad to talk. Please Fatimah.”

The middle-aged man chased after his son's steps.

“Fatimah, Dad said stop!” Ibrahim grabbed his son's elbow and jerked.

Some security who recognized Fatimah as one of the largest airline senior pilots immediately approached.

“Sorry, Sir. I just want to talk to Captain Fatimah. He's my son.”

“Dad died shortly after Mother gave birth. I don't know this guy. Sorry I'm tired. Dear security gentlemen, please be secured. I want to get in the car.”

Security immediately blocked Ibrahim. Fatimah glanced cynically at her father who was being herded into the post. He himself got into a car that the airline had prepared to deliver to his apartment.

The night is late. The two-landing flight was quite tiring because of the long distance. Fatimah had imagined soaking with peppermint-scented salt to relieve fatigue in her body.

Fatimah unlocked her apartment. As soon as the light was turned on, a pair of eyes looked back at him.

“Daddy ..”

The months passed quickly. Qiara and Thoriq were busy preparing the ta’aruf plan. Since Kala and Fatimah had already agreed, Qiara wanted to give a binding sign to Fatimah.

He was busy picking jewelry from famous designers.

Thoriq insisted on buying all the jewelry for his future son-in-law.

“Responsibility, Mas as his father Kalandra.”

Qiara nodded in agreement.

The designer will send the selected jewelry directly to the bank of the depository.

Thoriq and Qiara continued their plans to buy bags and shoes for Fatimah. This time Qiara insisted on buying it especially Kala had entered any model he wanted to buy for Fatimah.

It was rather the night when Thoriq drove Qiara back to the mansion.

“Assalamualaykum,” greet Qiara once open the main door.

“Waalaykumussalam, Aya, Buna What time is it? New clock coming home, anyway?”

Kalandra quipped while kissing her parents' reverence.

Zee who was tailing behind her brother chuckled. Experiencing Buna then gave a clenched hand in front of his chest to greet the Thoriq regime.

“Please shop and chat. Here's groceries. Bantuin, Kal.” Thoriq handed his son various paper bag sizes.

“Alhamdulillaah all already got. Buna Makasi. But next time it can't be until last night. Serious times.”

“Yes, make a reminder. Aya was wrong. Aya take Buna dinner first.”

Qiara blushed, like two teenagers going out.

“Hmm, cool, until you forget the news at home. Though Kala already cooked for Buna loh.”

“Iya, Buna, Mas Kala cook tofu eggs. Uncle, eat again yuk.”

Thoriq was curious, but rather than being sprayed by Kala because the night brought his mother home he better retreat.

“Lain times, yes Zee. Thanks offer. Qia, mas go home first ..”

“Still anterin Qia home. Later when you arrive, phone, yes.”

“No... already malem. Tomorrow's the phone,” Kala snatched.

“That's a hell of a kid, Mas.”

Qia and Thoriq laughed together. It wasn't long before Kala drove Thoriq to his car.

“What is the plan if you are married?”

“Fatimah will stay in London. I promised to take care of Buna. Actually, he was also accepted in one of the private jet flight services in the UK. Fatimah also does not matter if it does not work for Buna nemenin, in shea Allah.”

The main door of the mansion opened. Qiara and Zee were shoved out.

“Mas, Hayyan injured, now taken to Germany for surgery. Abby went there first. Mas, the EU visa is still valid, right? Temenin Qia.”

“In shaa Allah still. What time is the plane?”

“We go to private airport now. Mas, Qia scared.”

“Ighfar, Qia. God will take care of Hayyan. Abby said how is it?”

“Not yet, still take Medic to Hamburg.”

Kala immediately contacted several fellow doctors during college who served in the military hospital. A patient named Hayyan Khalil Donavy suffered gunshot wounds to his right thigh and chest. Unconscious condition though still stable.

Qiara and Zee tried not to cry. Hayyan had asked them all to promise, if anything happens to her, no tears.

“Celebrate my life. Beautiful memories if we have to part,” he concluded while showing off a friendly seyum.

Qiara's phone rang as did Thoriq.

“Liam, has been horrified about Hayyan ... What?”

“Assalamualaykum Aira .. What?” At the same time Thoriq raised his hape.

“Buna, Uncle what's up?” Zee's eyes are glazed.

“Mas, Azka was passed out on the way to the office. Now in the ICU is not aware.” Qiara's voice trembled, her face was in tremendous panic.

“Qia, patience, yes. Aira was called

Dean Barran. During the presentation, Barran fell. Now in ICU.”

“Yes Allah, Children of Buna.” Knee Qia felt weak and directly supported by Kalandra.

“Qia, Qia, Denger Mas. The one we face. Kala, you are looking for a plane to America, so please find a ticket for Aya to Medina. Aya happened to have no work in Saudi so there are still multiple entry visas. Qia and Zee leave for Germany. There's Abby, right?”

“Mas ..”Mata Qia staring at Thoriq.

“Dhikir continues, Qia. Take it to the airport. Then we will find a plane to Medina. Aira sent the phone number of his Dean Barran. Bismillah, keep in touch.” Thoriq calms women who have lost two-thirds of their lives.

Kala kissed the hands of his father and mother. Zee hugged, the teenage girl's body shaking.

“Zee scared, Mas.”

“Bismillaah, we beg for ease love for our brothers. Zee watch, Buna. It depends on you.”

Zee nods and climbs into Thoriq's car after Bunanya enters to retrieve their passport.

“Aya ..” Kala stared at Thoriq with a highlight of concern. Thoriq nodded with a calming look.

“Bismillaah ..”

His first-mates told him their vehicle was hit by heavy gunfire while on patrol. Hayyan who drove the vehicle was the worst among the others.

Although injured, he had saved some friends who were pinned by the body of the car. The head of the unit who had come to deliver immediately approached Qiara.

“Mam, I’m Major Hamilton. Your son is badly injured but to us, he is a hero. He saved three of us even though he was injured himself. We all hope for his recovery. Me and Hayyan's friends in the union will be here until the operation is complete.”

They nodded respectfully to Qiara who was trying to hold back the cries. Major Hamilton takes Qiara, Abby, and Zee to the waiting room.

Now Hayyan's unit friends have gathered.

Qiara was waiting for news from Kala and Thoriq. He tried to contact the hospital where Azka was being treated. Before long, a number called him.

“Assalamualaykum, Madam Donavy, I am Abu Syakir, Zaenab's father. Here is my wife Siti Khadijah. We want to inform you that Azka is still unstable. We will all wait here.”

Qiara could not say. He covered his face with both hands. His lips kept on pleading for strength.

Major Hamilton and Hayyan's friends listened.

Abby took the phone. Talk to a man of Middle Eastern descent asking about his sister's condition. Zaenab's parents handed the phone to the doctor who treated Azka.

In detail Abby recounts that the two Azka twins are in critical condition.

Doctors suspect this is all related because Azka, Barran, and Hayyan are identical twins. And after being traced they fell at almost the same time.

Abby also contacted the doctor who treated Barran in Medina. The condition of the young man was not much different from his brother in America.

A series of tests were conducted on Azka and Barran but no disease was found.

The doctors agreed to keep Azka and Barran's condition still up and down. They hope that if Hayyan's surgery is successful then Azka and Barran will also recover by themselves.

Qiara listened carefully. In his fear, if Hayyan could not be saved then Azka and Barran would also leave.

“Abby, Zee, better Buna find a place to pray.”

“Buna, we're coming,” cetus Abby and Zee in unison.

Hamilton got up and said, “I deliver to the musala in this hospital. Just one floor downstairs. My men will be on guard if there is any news about Hayyan.”

“Sir, how do you know the location of musala?” Zee.

“I'm muslim.”

“Oh, maa shaa Allah.” Zee stared at the tall, large, blonde figure who was looking far from friendly. Abby took her dumbfounded sister to follow the direction Hamilton was pointing.

There Qiara, Abby, and Zee perform sunnah prayers, because they have to be docked on the plane.

Qiara and Abby then read Qur’an with tartil and melodious. Alternate with Zee who is still learning.

From behind the cloth that bound the prayer rooms of men and women, Hamilton was stunned to hear a melodious voice chanting the sacred verses. Qiara and Abby chanted softly but Hamilton's trained ears easily caught any slow sound.

He himself was a newly learned convert. The reading is still on par with Zee. Despite finishing his prayers, Hamilton still wants to sit there while continuing to monitor the development of his men.

Three hours of no news. Zee fell asleep on the musala carpet. Qiara and Abby are still diligent about the safety of their families.

Thoriq and Kala are still on their way. Kala finally set off on a private jet in pursuit of time. Thoriq was on a commercial plane that happened to be leaving that night.

What a long wait for Qiara.

Shortly after, Hamilton's monitor sounded. Qiara and Abby immediately tensed up.

Abby pops her head into the male prayer area.

“Any news?”

“Yes, the doctor wants to see Hayyan’s family.”

Qiara's body was hollow, his bones were decaying.

“Yes Allah, I submit to your decree.”

Abby holds Zee who can't be awakened because she's too tired and tense.

“I can help carry your sister,” said Hamilton with good intentions to help but instead sounds like a superior order to subordinates.

“No need. Take care of my mother not to let her fall,” reply Abby who does not want to lose bossy. Hamilton did not answer and only glanced at the slim woman beside him who was actually having trouble holding Zee.

“Zee, wake up yuk. Heavy weight bring you.” Abby whispered in Indonesian.

“I told you, I can help.” Hamilton also spoke in fluent Indonesian.

“Mbak, mending me dead rather than carried the same human refrigerator.” The half-conscious Zee immediately got down and walked over. Still with closed eyes.

“Ssst, Zee, ah .. The fridge can be Bahasa Indonesia,” whispered Abby.

Hamilton who was walking in front of Abby silently smiled. If his men see maybe they'll hold a seven-day, seven-night thanksgiving because Hamilton is the most drugged major in the entire force.

The doctor was waiting for Qiara.

“How’s my son, Doctor?”

“Operation is still ongoing, Mam. We've managed to get a bullet out of his thigh. Now we are preparing to remove the bullet that is still lodged in his lungs.”

“How long is it?”

“Through X-Ray we already know the location of the bullet. We try not to damage the surrounding tissue. Take a rest because our estimate will last three to four hours.”

After the doctor gave an explanation, he returned to the operating room.

Hamilton asked Qiara, “Mam, Miss, we will be on guard here. Do you want to be escorted to a hotel or inn?”

“I want to return to musala,” replied Qiara firmly. Don't want to be away from Hayyan.

“Buna, later too tired and even sick. If Hayyan had finished surgery, he would have met Buna. Let's find a hotel near here. Last time Abby saw there was a hotel not far from the hospital.”

Hamilton gave orders to his men.

“But Buna wants to wait for Hayyan ..”

“You can rest and continue praying in a hotel room which is certainly more comfortable. Your daughter's kasian is also exhausted.”

“Oh I'm fine,” timpal Abby.

“I mean, your sister.” Hamilton pointed to Zee, who was lying on the couch. One of Hayyan's friends put a blanket on it.

“Astaghfirullah, boy.”

“There is already a car that will take you all to the hotel. We'll keep watch here. Please leave one of the phone numbers.”

“Buna number only. Note yes, Major.” Abby mentions Bunanya's phone number while waking up Zee.

Qiara took Zee and thanked Hamilton. Before stepping towards the lobby, Netra Qiara stared at the door of the operating room that separated her from Hayyan.

Hamilton watched the group of mothers and children walking towards the car. His heart warms when he realizes Abby is looking at him through the reflection of a glass door.
