Jonathan, Gladies and Mr. Alexander arrived at the hospital where Bella gave birth at exactly 8 a.m. The two men are excited to meet Bella and her newborn child.

Mr. Alexander could not wait to hold his third grandson and Jhonatan, the man could not wait to see Bella's face on his son's face.

As the elevator doors opened, Mr. Alexander saw Marvin and the two Bodyguards standing guard outside the door.

"Master," Marvin and the two Bodyguards greeted Jhonatan and the others and lowered their heads.

Mr. Alexander burst in, he saw Dominic holding his son and Bella still lying with a drip in his hand.

"Daddy, Jonathan, Gladies."

"Daddy!" Velli stretched out his hand asking in a sling at Jhonatan. The little boy misses his Daddy so much that he hasn't seen him for a long time, for about a month they've only been in contact through Vc.

Jonathan kissed Velli on the cheek, then he crouched down and kissed Vello on the cheek.

"I don't want to go down, Dad, I want to see sister."

Jonathan looked at the little baby, reminiscent of the past, where Dominic would carry his child. How stupid was he?

"He looks like Dominic, I think he looks like you" Gladies said, looking at the baby's face with Bella's face.

"Dominic his father, of course, has to be similar" said Bella chuckling.

Dominic laughs, tears begin to block Bella's vision. He looked the other way and instantly wiped away his tears.

Without Bella noticing, Jhonatan catches the pril. He felt that something had happened, and would ask him later.

Dominic turned to Jhonatan and smiled. "Do you want to carry it?" bargain Dominic.

Jhonatan looked at Bella and Mr. Alexander and got a fist in his hand.

"Don't look at them, my wife will definitely agree and Mr. Alexander won't eat you. Try,"

"Learn to be a father, come on."

Bella squeezed the white blanket, her heart ached again. What else Dominic as if leaving his son to Jonathan.

Carefully, Dominic moved the sleeping baby into the hands of John. Jhonatan's heart calmed down, the man peeked at Dominic and Bella's first son's forehead. "He's so funny, man,"

"The Twins used to look just like him." Dominic gulped his hard spit, his chest so sore. His gaze turned to his son who felt comfortable with Jonathan.

Bella quickly wiped away her tears and Mr. Alexander caught her.

"Bella, what's wrong with you? is it feeling pain?" ask Mr. Alexander. Since then he was silent and just hugged Bella, then turned to look at his granddaughter.

Bella shook her head, Dominic approached. She was afraid there was something Bella was hiding, what else was done giving birth. "I'll get the Doctor."

"No, I'm happy. These are happy tears."

"Yes, no tears. We have the perfect family." Dominic kisses Bella on the forehead, and Bella feels the warmth of the kiss and the tears that flow.

Bella raised her face, she looked at Dominic's face which still looked pale. The man shook his head, suddenly his vision blurred. He saw Bella's face as two.

Bella's hand shook as the fresh blood came out of her husband's nose. Her lips wanted to shout her husband's name.

"Dominic," Mr. Alexander approached. He held onto Dominic's two shoulders and looked at the man's nose which was giving off a thick, red liquid. "Dominic, what's wrong with you?"

"I'm okay Dad? I'm just exhausted."

Mr. Alexander could not believe it, he turned to his frozen daughter. Her hands were dripping with her husband's blood.

"Dear, don't worry. I'm fine."

"What's going on? what are you hiding?" ask Mr. Alexander. Seeing Bella's condition, he was very sure something had happened that he did not know.

"Dominic, I'm your Daddy-in-law. Say it!" firmly, Mr. Jhonatan.

Dominic closed his eyes, facing Alexander. "I have it." There was nothing more he needed to cover, because the more he covered the more he held back his will. His son needs a father figure, he wants Jhonatan to take care of him directly, but not in front of Bella. His wife must have refused and he didn't want to make Bella shake.

Dominic told me everything about his illness. Jonathan, he immediately clucked his waist, while the other hand rubbed his lips. Somehow Bella's life later and her son.

In that dim room, Bella cried in silence. He turned his face away and let his tears flow from the corner of his eyes, soaking the white pillow. He doesn't understand what his destiny is? he felt in play. It was as if the pain would be endless.

The footsteps drew closer, The small illumination revealed the face of Jonathan that was not clearly visible. He tucked both his hands in his pants pocket, his eyes looking at the lying figure, he knew that right now the woman in front of him was pretending to be asleep.

"I know you haven't slept, yet,"

Bella opened her eyes, without looking.

"I'm sorry, but I promise I'll get Dominic on medication."

There was no reply, Jhonatan stretched out his hand rubbing Bella's head. "Rest, Dominic's treatment let me handle it. I'll try, this is my promise."

Bella bit her lower lip, her hands covered her eyes, and Jhonatan walked out with slow steps, she slowly opened the door of the room. Then sit in the waiting chair. Rubbed his face with both elbows holding above his thighs.

In his life promised to make Bella happy, whether with himself or others. He won't let anything happen to Bella.

He leaned his head against the wall, his mind fixed on those tears that kept flowing.
