The Over Lord: Rise of the New Lord

The Over Lord: Rise of the New Lord
about men

In a small inn on the outskirts of Losborn.

Erza entered the inn, she came with a smile because the work in today made her happy and it could be felt by the middle-aged woman sitting on the bench when she saw Erza coming.

The slightly plump middle-aged woman was the owner of the inn where Erza was now, people called her the mistress of Menear, a friendly and kind woman, although it would be rude to anyone who was delinquent on the rent payment.

"Mrs Menear good night." Sapa Erza's.

"You've come home Erza, how are you today's work."

"It's exhausting madam." A little complaint from Erza though so could not she hide the smile arch on her face.

As an experienced woman responded to the guests from all sorts of shapes and forms, Madam Menear could read Erza's mood.

"But you look happy, did anything good happen." Madame Menear.

"I can't say if this is a good thing, it's just that I'm enjoying it enough." Erza replied with a smile.

"I know it must be about men."

Suddenly Erza was surprised, while Madam Menear smiled meaningfully, as if the smile forced her to admit about the man mentioned.

"Why can the madam conclude like that."

"Although old like this I was also once young."

"I know that, but because I'm happy, the lady said if it's about men, I could find treasure."

"So what's this about treasure ?." Madam Menear asked.

"No, it's not that."

"There is no way that there is anything else that can make a beautiful girl smile sweet except about men."

Madam Menear cornered Erza to admit it and she couldn't leave without giving an answer.

"I remember the first time you came here, so moody, scared and confused as a lost person."

"What's right ?."

"Don't be reckless, I've never misjudged anyone, there's been a lot I've met even more problematic than you." Madam Menear understood Erza's thoughts.

Erza chuckled, clearly remembering the reason why she had come to the royal city of Losborn, which was to leave life as a bandit. Being a bandit is not Erza's ideal or dream, just to survive because it has been discarded by his family.

But leaving the bandit group was difficult, therefore Erza chose to go to the city of Tegalasa and disguise herself so as not to be known by those people.

"But for these three days, you smile all the time, eager and diligent in bathing, different from before you are now becoming very beautiful." Say back to Madam Menear because Erza is very noticed.

"Don't make fun of me madam."

"That's the truth, I think, ah this girl is in love."

"Tu.... Wait, fall in love ?." Erza refuted.

"Is that wrong."

Erza was at a loss to explain to Madame Menear, in fact she was confused about herself when it came to dealing with feelings.

During this time Erza has never felt what is called love, including when she is in a bandit group, as if she rejects anything about romance.

"I didn't know I had to explain to you, ma'am, whether I liked it or just thanked you." Answer Erza.

"Why are you confused, if you feel happy, happy and do not want to go when with him, it is definitely love."

As Erza froze in silence, everything that Madame Menear said did happen, undeniably, her outlook on life became changed when she got to know Raynor.

"Yes it might be." A smile answers all the questions.

Mrs Menear is getting curious...."So what's the name of the man who made you kasmaran."

"Of course." Mrs Menear.

"Ray .... "

Erza had not had time to talk, some people who became occupants of the room in this inn had been standing behind Erza with ears attached wide.

Madame Menear hit the table...."Hey why are you here, go.."

"What's wrong if we want to know the madam."

"It's not good if you want to know other people's business."

"What's the difference with you madam, you're also curious right ?." They have no intention of leaving.

"But I'm here to give you advice, not like you guys who want to gossip."

"That's not true, we're not people who like to gossip."

"Go, go, or I'll kick you out of my inn." Mrs Menear threatened but Erza walked away.

In the end Erza did not intend to tell anything about Raynor or the relationship he was facing now.

Erza walked up the stairs where the room she rented was on the second floor, a good enough place for a suburban inn.

In addition to the cheap rental costs, worth 40 silver for one month, the place is also clean and provides a bathroom in the room, certainly makes Erza comfortable to stay for a long time.

But when Erza opened the door, there was someone hiding in the shadows, pulling out a hand and shutting Erza's mouth forcefully.

There were actually five robed people waiting for him in the room.

"Erza, do you think you can run away from me." Say someone sitting on the bed.

Erza's eyes opened wide, she knew the figure of the man in front of her, the leader of the Losborn royal bandit group, Redloft. He's also the one who brought Erza into the world of crime, Hensa Redloft.

"Chairman, I'm sorry, but I want to go out and live a new life."

"New life... Don't joke, the life you've got right now is because I saved you, if only then I'd let you starve to death, would you be sure to have a new life."

"But chief, I don't want to commit any more crimes." Erza pleads.

"I get it, but if you want to get out, you have to give up your life too." Laugh at Hensa with a laugh.

"Please forgive me chairman, I will do whatever it takes to pay the debt because you've saved me."

Erza's determination to leave her life as a bandit is unanimous, she wants to change knowing there is something else to do, and all because of someone, namely Raynor.

"Hmmm fine, but I'm not a generous person to let you go so easily."

"I'll do anything."

"Did you know the news about the man who had intended to kill Princess Siva a few days ago."

"Yes I heard it."

"He is my subordinate, a powerful assassin is even more skilled than the royal army, but there is one person who has captured him."

Hensa threw a sheet of paper with a face from a hand painting, Erza looked and felt familiar with the picture.

"Find the man and bring him here, he who has foiled my plans, for he has done so I must bear the shame."

"I'll do it." Erza had no other choice.

"I'm waiting for the next news."

"Good chairman."

With nothing else for them to talk about, the five people jumped away through the window. Erza could not bargain, for the sake of gaining the freedom of living normally she wanted, taking orders was a choice she had to take.
