Chapter 16 > Akandra Explanation

"Married her?" Akandra's eyeballs instantly rounded perfectly.

"Yes, Sir. It was the only way that would free Miss Audrey from her husband and suffering" Bi Lina said with a nod of her head.

"Impossible! How can I marry her while she's still the wife of people,"

But thank goodness it is stable now. His incision wound almost severed his veins. You do not need to worry, because the patient will soon be aware," explained the doctor.

"Thank God. Thank you for saving his life, Doc."

"Can I see him?" ask Akandra with a gaze directing the door space ER.

"Of course, but only one person. If others want to see him, try alternating not too crowded because it can disturb the patient," replied the Doctor.

"All right, Doc."

"Okay, then I'll excuse you." The doctor left Akandra's front and left the ER room.

Akandra only responded with a nod of his head. After that, he immediately entered the ER room to see Audrey's condition. Meanwhile, Bi Lina was just waiting outside.

Once in the ER room, he saw Audrey lying helplessly with a body fitted with several tools. His face was very pale. Akandra slowly walked over to the bed and sat down on a chair next to the bed.

"Audrey .. no matter how much trouble you face, never cross to end your life like this. Remember, a roundabout will not solve the problem. "Thank God Miss Audrey's awake, Miss you know? Mr. Akandra has been waiting for Miss since Miss is still handled in the ER room," explained Bi Lina.

"Good, Sir." Without lingering, Bi Lina walked out of the room and left the two of them.

Akandra sat on the chair next to Audrey's bed. "What do you want to say, Miss?" ask Akandra in a soft tone.

"Why did you help me?" ask Audrey to the point.

"What kind of question is this?"

"Jawab, why did you help me? Why didn't you just let me die? I can no longer bear to live with all this suffering! Or did you help me out thinking I was Miss Alessa?" accuse Audrey of shedding tears.

"Enough! Don't ever link Alessa to you! You are so different! Forget what happened that night, I was drunk!" akandra with a different expression.

"Then, what made you help me? Do I have to pay off my husband's debt before I die? Or do you want to spend the night with me so that my debt can be paid off soon?"
