Chapter 27 > Secret Room

The elevator door opened, Audrey quickly pushed Akandra's body and exited the elevator. "Aahh, almost." Audrey heaved a sigh of relief because she was able to break free from Akandra.

Now he's neutralizing his still-pounding heart. Meanwhile, Akandra was already standing right behind Audrey. He stood up by folding both hands on his chest.

'Well from where? You've made me cranky-ketir cake gini!' Audrey swore in her heart.

"Thank God, come with me!" Akandra walked in front of Audrey.

Meanwhile, Audrey walked behind Akandra and followed her master every step. After a few minutes tracing the faithful room and hallway, they arrived at one of the rooms that was in the corner pling. Akandra immediately touched the sensor on the door and entered the password to open the door.

Shortly after, the door opened. Akandra pulls Audrey's hand in. As soon as he entered, Audrey was again amazed to see the beauty of the secret room. Where in the room was stored a lot of valuable items.

Audrey walked around the room and looked at the things in the room. "Stop!" firmly Akandra at the time of seeing Audrey was about to approach one of the objects covered in black cloth.

Reflex, Audrey stopped her steps. He looked back, then Akandra approached Audrey and led her away from the object. "Never go near that thing let alone dare to open the cloth!" Akandra forbade Audrey not to open the black cloth-covered object.

"May I know, why is it covered in cloth?" audrey asked with a curious mimic.

"Don't kepo! Anyway you don't ever open that cloth, or I'll-"

"Will what? Will the Lord hurt me? Just like my husband always hurt me?" Audrey cuts Akandra's talk.

"Then why did you hurt my sister? What mistake?"

"Don't ask that! It'll only hurt me. Remember, Miss Audrey Elfrida .. never open a black box that is already buried deep. If the black box opens, I will fall back into the hole. You understand what I mean, right?" Now Akandra's gaze was different, from the one that initially looked angry, now changing with a glare.

"Alright, I won't ask you anything about your past with Alessa." Audrey let go of Akandra's burly hand that was coiling around her waist.

Audrey still wants to know a lot about her twin sister and Akandra. However, for some reason looking at his master's gaze that seemed to be hiding a wound, he undoed his intentions. Audrey decides not to interfere and discusses Akandra's past with Alessa.

To dispel her curiosity, Audrey went back for a walk and looked at every painting, family photo and other valuables. Suddenly he stopped in a big picture. "That's a secret." Audrey put an index finger on her lips.

"Sir, is there a secret room under the carpet again?" audrey asked by pointing to one of the dark colored carpets.

"Don't tell anyone about this room including your ex-husband, either" Akandra explained.

"He's still my husband, sir. Remember, I'm not divorced with him yet" Audrey said.

"Look, next week Devanka will come because you've been staying a month with me. Let's see, is he gonna take you or go back for the money? If he is more willing to pay, then I will redeem you from Devanka so that I can marry you and take good care of you. Do you mind if I take that step?" akandra asked with both hands of Audrey.

"How sure are you about Devanka who will choose money? And how sure are you that you want to make me your wife?" audrey asked with a serious look.

"I know how Devanka, if you want to know what your husband did when you were in my house, I can show you something. And for the second question, I will answer it exactly one month later. Right on that day, I wanted to tell you something. So, get ready and think about your answer. Now, I'll take you to another secret room. Come on," take Akandra while opening the rug.

Under the carpet there is a small button that if pressed will open a secret door. After the secret door opened, it turned out that his secret room was next to the bookshelf. Audrey who saw that was just dumbfounded.

"Loh, Mr. .. I thought the room was under this rug, but I was wrong. Really plot twist once, I'm sure no one understands the ins and outs of this room" said Audrey.

"It's too old-fashioned if I make a secret room under this rug. I wanted to make it a little different, which is why I upgraded this room in such a way. Well, because you already know this room. You have to keep this a secret, because you're the only one who knows this room. Even my sister and Alessa never knew this room."

"Master don't worry. I promise, I won't tell anyone about this secret room. Thank you for giving me confidence, I won't disappoint you, sir" Audrey said softly.

"Tell me, sir." Audrey smiling.

"Don't call me Master again, can you?"

"Then, what should I call you?"

"Whatever, just don't Sir. I don't want you to call me that."

"What about Daddy?" Audrey immediately laughed.

"Are you hurting me, miss?" Akandra exhaled with his head.
