Chapter 19 - The Pain

It has been almost 2 months Kath is still not conscious, Dexter every day changing flowers in Kath's room and always beside Kath.

'Have I fallen in love with you? No, it's impossible. I need to focus on my original goal.' Inner Dexter who sat next to Kath.

A woman looked at Kath hatefully, "I'll make sure your life isn't happy." The woman's words were filled with emphasis that was on the doorstep.

Kath slowly opened her eyes, "D-Where am I? I slept really well." Kath said as she stretched her body.

"Aww, why do my shoulders hurt?" Ask Kath to herself. Kath looked around and his eyes fell on Dexter.

"Sleep? You've been unconscious for two months. You've made me very worried." Said Dexter who was draping his hand in front of his chest.

"Two months? that long? Wasn't I just last night shot by a human?" Ask Kath with plain eyes. It's too bad that Dexter's biting Kath's cheek in a fit of anxiety.

"Of course, two months. It was a very long time." Dexter.

"But I still want to know why I feel pain? This is highly unlikely." Said Kath who immediately took an apple cutting knife and injured her hand.

"ARE YOU CRAZY?!" Shouted Dexter who smelled the eternal blood of Kath.

"aww.. It hurts, I just want to know if it's a silver bullet or if I can already feel pain." Kath said with her innocent eyes.

Dexter immediately grabbed Kath by the hand, then he removed the white cloth that covered his eyes and bandaged Kath's hand with the white cloth.

"Is it still sick?" Ask Dexter worried.

Kath just kept quiet and looked into Dexter's beautiful eyes, very beautiful eyes that fascinated Kath. "I like it" Kath said unknowingly.

"meaning?" Dexter asked confusedly.

"No, no. I didn't say anything." Said Kath who was aware of her daydream.

"Can you stop worrying me?" Ask Dexter who is not finished with Kath's behavior.

"Worry? Are you worried about me? It's the first time I've heard anyone worry about me." Kath smiled happily.

"Yes, I'm worried about you." Dexter says he wants Kath.

"I want him to suffer" said Yavanna who is currently in the witch's house.

"Reason?" Ask the beautiful witch.

"Reason? Because he's taken something that should be mine." Answer Yavanna with emphasis.

"I'll give you this potion, but on one condition." Said the beautiful witch who was twirling the red potion.

"Condition? I don't care about the terms. Just give me the potion." Yavanna immediately picked up the potion that was in the witch's hands and walked out of the witch's house.

"You too will suffer" said the witch softly and smiled.

Yavanna immediately returned to the palace with a red potion, she immediately prepared one drink mixed with the potion and headed to Kath's room.

Before she got into Kath's room, she had checked Kath's room that Dexter wasn't there. Yavanna walks into Kath's room.

"Women at the party" said Kath, watching Yavanna enter the room.

"Yes, it's me. I brought you your favorite wine." Say Yavanna softly.

"But Dexter warned me not to drink wine." Reject Kath, but Kath's view did not escape from the wine glass that Yavanna brought.

"Drink, I won't tell him." Yavanna said a little forcefully.

"Will it be okay?" Kath asked a little doubtfully.

"Of course, you haven't drank wine in a long time. This is a very high quality wine with selected wines." Yavanna said to Kath.

Kath's eyes immediately sparkled and clasped the wine glass. "Then I'll drink it" Kath said unsuspectingly.

With one gulp Kath finished the wine. "Don't, it's so good." Said Kath while licking her lips.

"You are so kind to me" Kath hugged Yavanna tightly.

"I left before Dexter knew I was here. You don't tell Dexter that I'm coming for you." Say Yavanna softly.

"Yes, just calm down. I won't tell him." Said Kath who promised Yavanna.

"All right, I'll go first." Yavanna said with a sweet smile. Kath just nodded her head.

Yavanna came out of Kath's room smiling happily, "I'll make you suffer" Yavanna said softly.

"suffered? Who?" Dexter asked who heard Yavanna's words.

"N-No, maybe you heard it wrong." Yavanna said nervously.

"If anything happens to Kath, I won't use you." Dexter's words commemorate Yavanna.

"Always he's the one you've been watching, when did you get my attention?" Yavanna's question was filled with emphasis.

"No, you just replace Morella no more. You should know yourself." Dexter said sarcastically and left Yavanna.

"You will regret your words" cried Yavanna warning Dexter.

Dexter enters Kath's room, "I'm sorry, if I take too long. I have a lot of things to take care of." Dexter.

"It's okay" Kath said with a smile.

Kath's sudden cough that made Dexter panic a little, 'What's wrong with me? Why does my heart hurt so much?' Kath's mind is confused.

"Are you okay?" Tanya Dexter gave Kath water.

Kath immediately gulped down the water Dexter gave her, "I'm fine, '" Kath said quietly.

This time Kath's cough was mixed with blood, "You're not okay." Dexter panicked.

"Bradley, get all the doctors here." Get Dexter.

"Good, sir." Bradley replied obediently.

Kath's cough became more and more blood that he shed. The doctor immediately examined Kath, but the doctor who examined Kath frowned. Same with other doctors. The doctors exchanged looks.

"What's wrong with you guys?" Ask Dexter who feels weird.

"We don't know what disease he's suffering from." Said one of the nervous doctor representatives.

"How come? Aren't you the best doctor in the palace?" Dexter asked with unbearable emotions.

"Pardon us, sir." Answer the doctor.

Dexter gets angrier when he sees Kath getting sicker, "It hurts, it hurts so much." Said Kath holding her chest.

"I know about this, I read about it in one of the books" the doctor said suddenly.

Dexter raised one of his eyebrows, "Continue." Dexter's orders were firm.

"When a person coughs severely and his illness cannot be detected only the Three Kings can save him." The doctor answered based on the book he had read.

"No need, I have immortal blood in my body. I won't be destroyed." Said Kath who did not want to be troublesome and still feel pain.

"But if the three kings are unsuccessful or do not intend to save you. Then you will be a creature with no feelings." The doctor was a little scared.

"That's okay," said Kath who can still say it's okay under conditions like this.

"Are you crazy?" Dexter asked, this isn't the first time Dexter has said Kath is crazy. Kath's mind was very different from hers.

"Send a letter to the Demon King and the King of mythological creatures, that the Sky King invited them." Dexter's orders were firm.

"R-king of the Heavens?" Kath asked, holding her heart.
