Thomas and Arum left Mr. Badi's house early in the morning. They deliberately wake up early, so they can join the vegetable tub car to the city. Not much money brought Arum, so they had to hitchhike in the vegetable car market destination in the city.

They travel for an hour to get to the city. But the car they were riding stopped at the market. They also went down in the market.
