About fifteen minutes Thomas arrived in front of the Hospital where Alina worked. Two hospital staff came with a gurney. Thomas carried Amelia's body and placed it in a gurney. Two officers took her to the delivery room. Alina who happens to be on duty, she handles Amelia as her patient.

"Sister?" call Alina when she sees her sister in front of the delivery room.

"Al, save Amelia! I beg you, Al," Thomas asked Alina.

"Quiet, Brother! Okay, I go inside first, I have to check on Amelia, brother wait here!" Alina's orders.

Alina went inside, Amelia still holding her stomach.

"Try me to check!" alina told Amelia.

"You fell?" alina asked answered a nod of the head by Amelia. "There was bleeding" he said again.

"Suster, set up the operating room! The baby must be removed immediately" Alina orders the two sisters who are guarding Amelia.

Alina comes out of Amelia's delivery room, and tells her sister that Amelia must undergo surgery immediately. To perform the operation he needed someone's signature as the person in charge, finally Thomas who signed a letter of approval from Alina.

All the equipment was prepared by the two sisters. Alina injects drugs into Amelia's body, until Amelia is unconscious then performed surgery. The sisters installed an infusion hose on Amelia's body and installed an Endotracheal breathing tube to regulate her breathing. The goal is to keep the oxygen intake for the mother and her baby in the womb stable.

Alina operated on the patient for two hours, until the tiny baby was born safely, even though it was not yet time to be born, but the content of Amelia is already quite the age of the womb that is ready.

The operation went very smoothly, the baby was born safely by caesarean section. Amelia was still unconscious, as she was still under the influence of drugs.
