Chapter 62: The First Monster

At the entrance to the city I showed the picture I made, although it was a bit ugly the most important thing was that people could still recognize it well.

Since this place was close to water then this monster was the one that was highly prioritized.

"The picture is ugly" said one of the people judging.

"Come on, most importantly have you ever seen her?"

"Giant fish with human faces, never tuh."

"Thank you."

I decided to go inside the city, the building of this city itself has a lot of white color, if looking under my feet all the footings are made of similar colored marble.

The people here I think have the same fondness for color. I'm a little hungry so let's eat something here. I went to the store and ordered some grilled meat and a crab boiled soy sauce.

They were close to the water then food like this was definitely available, seeing as much as what I ordered, the previous waiter was a little surprised.

I can spend it so it's not a problem.

I started with the meat and then the rest, it tasted good.

To be safe I raised the fish and burned it to death, one monster was defeated and only nine more.

"You really don't want to buy this fish, I'll sell it."

Too bad I think I can get a little change. I opened the mouth of the fish and pulled a hand from inside.

He was already dead but at least something could be buried for him.

I left the city as soon as I received information about the next monster from a merchant.

Riding on my broom I saw a gentle meadow beneath me filled with flowers and small insects.

If you look at it at a glance it does look like in another world. I landed in front of a little boy who was cowering alone in the middle of the forest.

"Are you okay?"

He did not answer but held his stomach.

"I haven't eaten anything in a few days."

"Then you want this?"

I gave all the supplies I had in my bag.
