Lathan Accompanying Zara at the Hospital

Lathan finally arrived at the hospital. He rushed to bring Zara as soon as he arrived.

"Doctor! The nurse! Help u!". Lathan shouted frantically while holding Zara on her lap.

Several nurses ran around carrying push mattresses to hear Lathan scream.

"Please lay it down here!" one of the nurses told Lathan. Lathan laid Zara down carefully after which they pushed Zara untik into the ER room.

"Excuse me... Please give way". Shouted the nurse who pushed Zara. Lathan followed behind.

"I can wait outside. The doctor will take care of the patient". One of the nurses held Lathan back when she wanted to get into the ER room. Lathan did not respond and only saw Zara being brought in from behind a window.

Lathan continued to wait frantically in front of the ER room. While waiting anxiously, he walked back and forth, sat in a chair, squatted on the floor and leaned against the wall while occasionally turning towards the ER room.

"Why is the doctor not finished? Is the pain so bad?" muttered Lathan who was still pacing back and forth in front of the ER because of panic.

Shortly after, the doctor left the ER.

"How's my friend doing, Doc?" asked Lathan who immediately approached the doctor as soon as he came out of the ER.

"There was a slight bruise on his back which made him feverish, plus the patient seemed to be feeling depressed and exhausted, which made his condition worse".

Lathan listened to the doctor's explanation carefully.

"Pressed and exhausted? What are the symptoms of depression?" lathan asked making sure while squinting.

"It can be said that way. It seems that the patient also has insomnia because he is always feeling restless".

Lathan squinted her eyes at the doctor's explanation.

"Can I see it?" lathan asked with a calmer attitude.

"You can see it after the patient has been moved to the hospital room"

"Good doctor. Thanks".

"Either. Excuse me". The doctor turned and left after Lathan nodded her head.

"I need to call Fandy. He must be very worried" muttered Lathan while taking out Zara's phone because her phone was taken by the kidnapper's boss.

Long enough Lathan waited until Fandy received a call from him.

"Hello, Ra. You where? Why haven't you come home yet?". Fandy immediately asked as soon as he received a call from Zara's number.

"Hello, Fan. It's me, Lathan". Lathan spoke in a calm manner.

"Lathan then? Why is Zara's phone on you? Are you guys together?". Fandy sounded puzzled upon hearing Lathan's reply.

"Yes, he's with me. We're in the hospital now. It's already very late, so you better come here tomorrow".

"What's? The infirmary? Why could? What happened to Zara?". Fandy again asked in succession in a panicked tone.

"The doctor said he was just exhausted. I'll keep him here, so you don't have to worry". Fandy was silent for a moment. He considered what Lathan said.

"All right, I'm picking up Zara. Call me if anything happens".

"Yes. Just chill. I'll close it first". Lathan hung up without waiting for a response from Fandy.

Before long, Zara was transferred to the ward. Lathan followed him from behind.

"Patients need more rest, so please don't be bothered. Call us if something happens" the nurse said before leaving.

"good. Thanks". Lathan nodded in agreement and let the sisters leave Zara's room. He sat down beside Zara while looking at the lover's face.

"Ra, what exactly happened to you? What's always weighing on you?" Lathan asked Zara who was still unconscious. He held Zara's hand gently.

"No. Ma,h, pah .. It's not my fault! Brother, I'm sorry. It wasn't my fault. I don't know. I was not intentionally". Zara keeps delirious. He looked agitated with sweat pouring out. Water dripped from both eyes.

"What did you dream of until you were so sad like this?" lathan said as she continued to wipe away Zara's tears and sweat. Zara only felt calm after Lathan gently rubbed her head.

"You won't be able to escape from this. I admit your courage is very high for daring to kidnap my son, but do you think you can get away with hurting my son?" Radit spoke with a cold demeanor and a sharp look in his eyes. His aura was very intimidating especially with firearms in his hands.

"Please. We're sorry. We didn't know the boy was your son. We were just told to" one of the kidnappers responded to Radit in a trembling tone. She was scared after seeing her boss get shot and still unconscious.

"Who told you to kidnap my son?".

"I-it …". The kidnapper seemed hesitant. He looked at his other partner as if asking for approval.

"Say or you will also accept this and fate like him!". Radit pointed his gun at the kidnapper's head until he trembled with fear.

"The police chief told us to!". Finally the kidnapper answered Radit's question by shouting while closing his eyes in fear.

"Police chief? Huh, this is funny. The chief investigator asked for our help while the police chief tried to finish my son off. You guys playing me?" Radit showed his sneaky grin as he spoke to the kidnappers.

"Who else was involved with the police chief?" Radit continued again who realized that the police had another plot.

"We don't know. Only the chief met us and gave us orders". The kidnapper finally says what he knows to Radit.

"Is that all you know?"

"Yes, we only know that".

"Observe them! Don't let them get away. If they try to escape, you just shoot him in the head!" Radit talks to his bodyguards while threatening the kidnappers.

"Good, Sir!".

Radit immediately turned to leave the room and contacted Lathan.

Tut tuut...

"Uncontactable" muttered Radit who was unable to contact Lathan.

"Ach I forgot that Lathan's phone went missing somewhere. He's still in the hospital right now. I'd better meet him. He must have gone to a hospital close to that place". Radit immediately left after he considered seeing Lathan or not.

Drrt drrt drrt

Radit's phone suddenly rang as he was about to leave. Judging from the screen of the phone it was from Andra.

"Hello"

"Hello, baby! How's it?! Have you found Lathan?! Is she okay?!". Andra immediately asked a lot of things without giving Radit a chance to answer it first.

"Darling, calm down. Let me answer your questions one by one". Radit interrupted with a soft voice.

"alright. Now tell me Lathan's condition". Andra lowered her voice after hearing Radit.

"Lathan is safe. She's fine, but she's in the hospital right now"

"A hospital?! Whyyy?! Is he hurt?!" Andra immediately panicked and interrupted Radit who was talking.

"No. It wasn't Lathan who was injured, but her friend who was trying to save the injured Lathan. I'm also going to the hospital right now to see his condition".

"Haah .. thank God Lathan is fine. I'm so worried waiting for news from you guys". Andra let out a sigh of relief as soon as she heard that Lathan was fine.

"Then you have to tell me again how they are doing"

"Yes, I won't be in the hospital for long. Just to see Lathan. See you at home!"

"Yes, see you. Be careful" Radit and Andra hang up between them. Radit immediately rushed to the hospital which was located close to the previous ambush warehouse.

Radit drives at high speed. It didn't take long for him to get to the hospital. He rushed inside after parking his car.

"Excuse me, I'm looking for a female patient who's still in school uniform. Is there a hospital?" Radit asked the receptionist in a calm manner, he did not even give the receptionist a chance to say hello. Radit immediately mentioned Zara's characteristics because he still did not know her name.

"Oh, please wait a moment sir" the receptionist said while searching. Now the patient has been moved to the treatment room on the 3rd floor"

"Good, thanks". Radit immediately went to the elevator without waiting for the receptionist's response.

The elevator door opened, Radit went straight in to see his son. The elevator stopped on the 3rd floor. Radit rushed out and started looking for Zara's room. After passing through several rooms, Radit finally saw Lathan from the window. Radit was silent looking at Lathan who was sitting waiting for Zara while holding her hand.

"Is she his girlfriend, until Lathan looks so worried? Why didn't he tell me anything before?"
