Haunted Ex

Haunted Ex
Mother and Son

"Mother, how could you be here?" Nara asked after releasing her embrace.

Shina then invited Nara to sit together in the chair in the room. They sat parallel to the wall with a landscape painting.

"Nara, sorry. All this time I've had to cover it up for you." Shina, Nara's mother begins her conversation.

"Mother ...."

"Maybe some of Ken told you. But, let the rest of the mother tell," continued the mother.

Nara's mother has long, wavy blonde hair. Both of her eyes were blue like Nara's. She is an Asian-European crossbred girl whom Shimura met when she was eighteen. The age of Shina is still very young. He is an angel falling from the sky. His skin was pure white, his stature was also friendly and pleasant.

"He-it." Nara nodded, assuring.

"Your father deliberately made the mother as if she had a psychiatric illness. But since you're not really sick, you have to pretend to be sick just to please your father. Maybe quite a long time mother languished there, a month or two. But then, she returned to Grandma's house. And when I got there, I found out that Ken's grandfather was having a serious conversation with your grandfather. Long story short, I'm finally here."

Shina tries to tell briefly why Ken can know all the disgrace of his family.

"Nara ...." Shina greeted her son who was sitting quietly listening. "The world may be too narrow, but that's what you're going through. Every disaster must have a silver lining, right? And indeed this is the wish of your grandfather who wants to continue the friendship to his grandchildren," continued Shina again.

"That means ...?"

"Yes, your grandfather and Ken's grandfather were old friends. It's just that because of the distance apart, they rarely meet. But since entering retirement, they have visited each other more" Shina later said.

"Hm, so." Nara finally began to understand.

"But Mom, aren't you mad after finding out that you're having an affair with Rie?" Nara tells her mother that her father is having an affair with her own boyfriend.

"Rather than blaming others, it may be better to introspect ourselves. Maybe it's the wrong mother who is too pursuing a career. Go early in the morning and go home late at night, so your father is neglected. Maybe it's because they rarely communicate that's what keeps the door open." Shina tried wisely.

"But Ma'am, didn't Mom get hurt knowing that she was willing to sacrifice herself for another woman?" ask Nara again.

"Hm ...."

Shina got up from her seat and walked over to Shimura who was in a coma. Rubbing Shimura's forehead, Shina said to her son, Nara.

"You know, Nara. If a relationship begins with falling in love with a woman, it will make the age of the relationship goes longer, than if a man who started it." Shina said again.

"So?"

"If a woman falls in love with you first, if you are in a relationship with her then your relationship will last longer. You know why that happened?" shina asked her son.

"Em, no." Nara shook her head.

"Because women use ninety-nine percent of their feelings in doing things. And he'll rethink betraying his own feelings." Shina.

For some reason, Nara suddenly remembered Shena, her ex. At first Nara was only limited to helping Shena who was colonized by a gang of bandits on the side of the road. However, Shena returns Nara's kindness by giving up everything she has. And gradually Nara loves Shena as much as Shena loves Nara.
