An hour later…

The sky had already revealed its reddish-yellow light, a sign that soon the evening was coming. In front of a room, Hima was crying while telling the incident before arriving at the hospital. He felt his own fear.

“Hima, stop.” Ryuuto tried to calm Hima who was still crying.

Ryuuto came immediately after receiving a call from Hima. The man was also still wearing his work clothes. And now he tried to calm Hima from the incident that had just been experienced.

“Ryuuto, Shena is hiding this from me. I don't know if the illness is this severe. I'm pissed at him. Why would he sacrifice himself for Nara? He shouldn't have to go through this kind of pain.”

Hima regrets the actions of Shena who sacrificed herself to protect Nara. He could not bear to see Shena in pain and suffering from this kind of illness. Her chest feels so tight.

Hima took a sip of that mineral water. And before long, the doctor who treated Shena came out of the action room.

“Family miss Shena?” call that doctor.

“Ya, I.” Hima and Ryuuto answered simultaneously.

“Can I ask one of them to go to the room?” The doctor asked.

“Hima, I'll just.” Ryuuto offered himself.

“Dok, can I log in?” ask Hima to the doctor.

“Please excuse me, Miss. For a while the room was sterilized. Miss can be in in two hours. Please wait.” The doctor said.

Hima was sad.

“Hima, stay here. Wait Shena, yes.” Ryuuto.

Hima would not want to obey Ryuuto's request. He sat back in the waiting chair in front of the room. Ryuuto went with the doctor to his room.

A few minutes later…

Arriving at the doctor's office, Ryuuto is immediately explained about the illness suffered by Shena. The hospital can not do much other than just relieve it. And now the doctor showed a blood clot that had spread to part of Shena's brain.

“Master, we've done our best. But we were unable to take any further action because of Miss Shena's weak body condition. His blood pressure dropped dramatically, his heart rate slowed. We are worried that if the operation is carried out it will endanger his life.” The doctor explained.

“Then how should you, Doc?” ryuuto asked, hoping to find a way out.

“Umur has been written. We can only hope for a miracle to happen to Miss Shena. He is now in the final stage. According to the medical, it is unlikely that he will survive for long" the doctor said.

“What?!”

Ryuuto was shocked instantly. He had not expected to hear such a presentation from the doctor.

"Miss Shena is now in the delta position. He slept very deep and could also be said to be like a coma" said the doctor again.

"Gosh my god." Ryuuto looked desperate, he rubbed his hair like a depressed person.

“Pray, Sir. May God send down a miracle for Miss Shena. Whatever happens in front of him, it's the best for him. Sir must let go,” the doctor's message.

As a man, surely Ryuuto would not show his sorrow in front of others. But this time, he was unable to stem his tears anymore. Her tears fell on her cheeks when she heard the medical verdict on Shena's condition. It was like losing direction.
