12. Inter-Civilian Fighting

All races had planned a war against the Inimicus race. All preparations were carefully planned. However, they did not know that what they were fighting was not just an ordinary monster race. But Inimicus races with the head of a ruthless demon.

Even so, seeing the destruction of the Gold Moon kingdom, of course they could not stay still. Including the kingdom of Vampires. The king and queen began to prepare his troops and train them for the preparation of the war.

In a royal field, a 21-year-old man was training. It was Reon. The first son of the Vampire kingdom. Reon looks so good at controlling his magic that he combines with his sword. Sweat dripped from the young man's temples as he trained under the hot sun.

However, behind it was a 13-year-old boy who was staring at him from behind the palace walls. Realizing the presence of others, Reon stopped his training. "What are you doing here, Alex?" Reon asked his sister.

"Why? It can't be? I just saw you rehearsing." Alex said a little.

But unfortunately, Reon is a pretty sensitive person. He could see there was another intention of his sister coming to that place. "Obviously it's not just that. Just say it."

Alex took a breath. "Aren't you in the fight against those monsters?"

"certain." Answer's short.

"Can I come? My skills are pretty good too." Said Alex.

"No." Again, just a short answer from my brother.

"Because you're still not strong enough. You are weak. Besides, if you come along, you'll get hurt and I won't bother taking care of you" Reon replied and walked away.

Hearing the answer from his brother, it was obvious Alex was angry. He clenched his hands tightly. "I'm not weak! " His reply with a tone of emphasis made Reon stop his steps.

A dark aura began to cover the body of the dark purple unravelling youth. Alex is the most hateful if underestimated especially to the weak dwarf. So it was clear he was angry to hear the words of his brother. "I'm not weak. I'm going to go to that war! You can't get in my way! " Excited.

Reon looked annoyed looking at the stubborn sister. "Stupid! If you come along, you'll only be troublesome! You better stay here guarding the palace. You don't deserve to be on the battlefield." His word.

"So I'm just bothering ya... Haha... Very amusing... "

"Ck! " Reon was upset to see his sister. Not that the brother didn't get along, Reon just didn't want his sister to get hurt. It's just the way it puts pressure on Alex. Plus, he said that without a filter and sometimes even without censorship often makes the sister upset.

"[Energy magic: Energy Explosion]!" Suddenly, Reon launched an attack on Alex who almost hit him if he did not dodge at that time.

"I won't hold back. " Just as soon as he said that, Reon immediately ran towards Alex at high speed. Alex, who was still unprepared, tried to resist his brother's attack using a shield from the magic circle.

"In war, the opponent will not wait for you to be ready to attack." Reon said coldly and continued to launch attacks.

"[Magic light: laser shot]! " A dark blue magic circle was formed and shot a laser beam from within it towards Alex. The young man formed a shield using shadows to defend. However, several attacks broke through the shield and hit Alex's left arm. He paid no heed to it and used the shadow to move quickly behind Reon.

"Shadow free!!" He shakes the sword he made from the shadow. However, Reon dodges and launches a devastating attack on Alex. The dark purple mane youth was thrown and smashed into the palace wall. It hurt for him too. But he won't just give up.

However, apparently Reon's attack was not enough to get there. He had already focused his energy on the 2-meter-long magic circle before him. A dark blue-colored magic energy formed before him and instantly launched towards Alex.

"Is he crazy?!"

An attack was launched and a huge explosion occurred. Even the wall behind Alex had collapsed. Reon who saw that just stared flat. He really doesn't play.

"Diamond blessing! " A magic circle formed under Reon's feet and a shadow rope appeared that directly tied his legs and hands. "Shadow prick!! " The next attack was launched. But again managed to be held back by the shield that Reon made.

"You think an attack like that could hurt me? " Reon instantly cut off Alex's magic and launched a slash toward his sister. Alex formed a sword from the shadow and instantly held it. But Reon immediately kicked Alex in the stomach which pushed him a few meters. His breathing began to fall apart. Moreover, the pain in his body complicated him. Yet...

The wall behind him collapsed and Alex could not escape. The wall collapsed on him. Reon who saw it just fell silent without any intention of helping his sister. He felt it was not finished. Alex has not lost. And sure enough, the sky darkened and a 7-meter-long magic circle appeared above him and launched a black shadow into the air forming the figure of a long, pitch-black creature.

"Dragon's shadow magic? Heh. He finally showed it. " Reon muttered to see the magic that his sister had created.

A dragon snake made of shadow magic floated above the palace and saw Alex standing on his head. However, Alex's condition at that time was not exactly good. Blood flowed from the temples and corners of his lips. It seems that he has trouble breathing. Is this his last attack?

"[Shadow magic: dragon shadow ring]!! " Excited. The dragon opened its mouth and appeared a ring-shaped shadow that was directly directed at Reon. Reon tried to slash it but not completely the ring was destroyed.

"[Shadow magic: a torrent of shadow dragons]!! "

The shadow dragon was casting a fire-like shadow that instantly caused an explosion once it touched an object. A pretty great attack plus the ruins of the building that made it difficult for Reon to avoid the attack. However, suddenly a slash pointed at him. Reon tried to dodge, but the attack still hit his left arm. Blood quickly flowed, but Reon ignored it.

He looked at Alex who was in pain with his right hand holding his left chest. "Forcing oneself. " Reon muttered and darted towards Alex. The dragon continued to cast a shadow that hit Reon several times. But he doesn't care.

Until he was in front of his brother.... "Sorry All"

Reon shakes his sword and hits Alex in the chest. Blood flowed profusely from the quite severe wound on his chest. At that instant the shadow dragon shattered back into a cloud of smoke and disappeared. Alex was immediately unconscious and almost fell if Reon did not catch him.

A sudden feeling of guilt arises when you see the condition of the younger brother is quite bad. It seems like he's overreacting a little this time. He rubbed the pale face of his sister. "Sorry All.. I just don't want to lose you in a war... You still don't understand... Besides of.. There's something else I need to do" he said. He recalled the time Alex used the attack. Shadow dragon magic. The clear level 7 magic consumed a lot of its user power in a single attack. If it continues to be forced, Alex's life could be in danger. Moreover, quite severe injuries on the chest and arms.

"What's going on?! " People scream and Reon looks back. Ah.. His mother and father stared in disbelief. How not? As a result of the fight, half of the palace was destroyed and it was clear that they would be in big trouble.
