"No, that's impossible!" Mahen closed his ears because he no longer wanted to hear what they were all saying.

"You must accept all the truth about your wife, Mahen. Because that's what he did,"

"Do whatever it takes to save my son" Mahen's pinta made the Doctor nod.

"alright. We'll move the patient to the operating room soon." The doctor immediately turned around and went back inside the room.

Papa Adrian held Mahen's body which was about to fall back to the floor, then he brought his son back to the chair.

Mama Camelia who had just realized the existence of Via immediately approached the woman. "Why sit there, Via? Come on, sit next to Mama."

Via nodded his head in a slightly awkward manner, he felt that he should not be with them in this kind of situation.

"They? You, you here?" Mahen who heard the mother's words immediately turned to them, and it appeared that Via was in this place as well.

He smiled at Mahen. "Yes, Mas. I'm here to see Clara."

Mahen stared at Via with nanar and full of regret. If he hadn't hurt that woman, none of this would have happened.

A few hours later, the operating room opened and everyone came back to the doctor.

The doctor again let out a rough sigh making everyone feel worried. "Your wife's condition is fine, sir. But, your son's circumstances are not good."

Everyone was shocked when they heard it. "What happened to my son, Doctor?" Mahen clutching the collar of the Doctor's shirt made everything panic.

"Sorry, Sir. Your Child is currently in a critical condition due to heart failure, and the Doctors are still trying to save him."

"W-what?" Mahen's body staggered back to make Vano and papa Adrian quickly hold it.

Everyone was devastated when they heard how the baby had just been born into the world, especially Mahen who had to be re-shaken by what happened.

"Please save my son, please." Mahen cupped his hands together in front of his chest making everyone stare wistfully, as well as the Doctor.

"We will do our best, sir. Then excuse me first." The doctor turned around and went back into the room.

Vano and papa Adrian immediately sat Mahen's body on the chair, then mama Camelia sat next to the son and re-hugged Mahen's body.

"Patience, Honey. The strong yes, all will be well." Mama Camelia rubbed Mahen's arm even though she herself felt very sad.

"My son, Ma. My boy,"

"Yes, Honey. Mama understands. You have to pray a lot for your little one to be okay, and be sure that God will surely give healing and health to your child."

Mahen sobbed bitterly in the arms of her mother. Not lost shock and pain due to the truth Clara, now she must be re-shaken because of the condition of her son who just finished surgery.

Vano then approached Via who was also looking at him.

"Have you had lunch?" his question was answered with Via's head. "I'm going out to buy food, mom and dad haven't eaten either."

Via then moved from the chair. "Come, I'll go!"

"No need, you're here with them. And ...," Vano paused his remark making Via stare in wonder. "maybe you can comfort Mahen a little, because we can't do it."

Via was quite surprised by what Vano said, and somehow he felt that the man's words sounded very bitter.

"Alright, I will try to calm and comfort Mas Mahen" said Via.

"Good, if that's what I'm going to do first." Vano nodded his head and prepared to leave.

"I'll cheer him up as a friend, Vano. Not more."

Vano, who was about to step foot, was forced to hold her back when she heard Via's words, she then looked back at the woman with a smile.
