Chapters. 98. Surprise Clara.

Clara was dumbfounded at her place when she heard Mahen's words. He was still too shocked by what the man had done earlier, and now instead had to hear such a remark.

"You remember this well, lady sib*alan! Don't show up in front of me again, or I'll kill you!" mahen's words full of emphasis made Clara flinch.

Clara quickly got out of bed with the pain around her stomach and waist. "A-what's this really, Mahen. Me, I don't-"

"Shut up!" Mahen pointed right at Clara's face making the woman speechless. Mahen's face flushed full of emotion with teeth rubbing against each other.

"Already, Brother. Now come on, let's go home!" bring Vano. He did not want any more commotion caused by Mahen.

Mahen immediately turned around and was about to leave the room, but Clara immediately ran over and hit her body from behind.

"N-no, Mahen. Don't do this to me. Me, I love you so much,"

"Take your filthy hands off my body!" Mahen forcibly pulled Clara's hand that coiled around her stomach and threw it violently.

Clara's body hit an infusion refracting pole making the infusion needle stuck in her hand come off, until fresh blood came out of it.

Vano who saw all that immediately pulled Mahen's hand out of there, and told River to clean up Clara before things got worse.

"Deliver! I can walk by myself." Mahen brushed off Vano's hand while glancing towards Clara who was currently grimacing in pain while holding onto the stomach. She turned back but Clara again blocked her hand.

"Deliver!"

"No, I'm not letting you go. Please listen to me first, Mahen. Don't be like this,"

"I don't want to deal with women like you anymore, Clara. Stay away from me, and take your son with the other man."

Clara shook her head with tears drenching her face. His feet trembled withstanding the pain that seemed to be crushing his stomach until cold sweat flowed down.

"I love you so much, Mahen. Me, i-"

Clara fell to the floor because she could no longer bear the pain of her stomach, but her hand held Mahen's arm firmly making the man's body come down.

"Get your hands off!"

"Stop it, Brother. Look at how it is now!" Vano and River tried to lift Clara's already extremely pale and cold body.

"What's this?" The doctor and several nurses entered the room and were shocked to see what was happening. "What have you done?" He immediately approached Clara who had already closed both eyes.

"It wasn't us, but this woman herself did it" Mahen said guiltlessly.

The doctor and several nurses took Clara to bed and laid her down. Then they fixed the infusion that was already lying on the floor.

Mahen, Vano, and River who were about to exit the room were prevented by the Doctor.

"The baby has nothing to do with us!" cut Mahen quickly while waltzing out.

Vano clucked in annoyance at what was happening at this moment. "Do your best for the baby, I'll bear all the costs." He could not bear to let that innocent baby endure all this.

"Then what about the baby's father, sir?"

"I don't know. Just ask her mother." Vano immediately turned around and walked out of the room, while the Doctor rushed to check on Clara's condition.

At the same time, Via has arrived at his home with ushered by papa Adrian and also mama Camelia.

"Mama!" Yara who saw the arrival of her mother immediately ran out. "Loh, is Oma the same Opa too?" He was a little surprised, but smiled brightly.

Mama Camelia looked at the toy with sadness, not a single toy that Mahen gave Yara.

"Mas Mahen's toy is in the room, Ma. Sometimes Yara likes to play in the room too, don't you love?" Via looked towards Yara who was instantly answered with a nod of the girl.

Mama Camelia smiled as she rubbed Via's arm, indeed the woman was very sensitive to what she was thinking.

Then papa Adrian invites Yara to play on the balcony of the apartment because there is an important thing that his wife wants to say to Via.

"Look, Son. There are important things that you want to ask you, but you hope you are not offended or angry with your mother" he said.

"It's okay, Ma. Mama can ask me anything, God willing I'll answer if I can."

Mama Camelia nodded happily. "So, what, do you still love Mahen, Via?"
