Extra Part: Giving Birth

A few months later

Rika was in a delivery room in a hospital. He has just experienced an opening 8 and there is still some time left to wait until the opening is perfect.

Angga looked very agitated to be by his side. Since then he never left Rika for a second, even he was willing to delay all important work because he had promised to accompany his wife to give birth no matter what the circumstances. Several times he wiped away the sweat that flooded his wife's face. Even Rika's face looked paled and full of pain, even though it was covered with a smile on her lips.

"Doctor! Quickly stop the stomachache on my wife!!" yelled Angga who was no longer able to look at Rika who had been constantly pulling and exhaling her breath through her mouth.

A few nurses walked towards him. They looked frightened because since then Angga always scolded every nurse and doctor who was there. He considers them too indifferent to the state of his wife. His wife was in tremendous pain.

"Sir, sir, the opening is not perfect yet" the nurse replied timidly.

"What?!! Why are you guys just quiet, since he had a constant stomach ache!!" Again, a curse managed to escape from Angga's mouth.

He turned as Rika tugged at his hands, holding back the anger she wanted to give back to the nurse in front of him. Rika looked down at herself and was accompanied by a sweet smile.

"I'm not-nothing," Rika replied stammered. As much as possible he endured his pain and kept all his groans. It was her choice to give birth normally. He also wants to feel the pain of fighting for a new life.

"But baby, I can't bear to see you in pain like this" Angga stroked Rika's hair and kissed her forehead a few times. However, there was a lot of uneasiness in him and the fear of losing.

"How about we have a caesarean section, you won't feel this kind of pain." Again, Angga persuaded Rika for the umpteenth time.

There is a sense of fear in him when he finds the current state of Rika, must endure tremendous pain in order to bring out a new figure in their lives. Even if he doesn't moan and always smiles. Angga sure behind his expression that looks calm, it feels very difficult to bear the pain alone. If the pain can be divided, then he will bear 3/4 of his wife's pain. Even he willingly had to bear it fully, as long as his wife survived.

Rika just shook her head slowly. He again felt tremendous pain in his stomach. He took his breath back through his nose and exhaled it through his mouth. In fact, he was seen beristighfar several times accompanied by his hand that gripped whatever he could reach.

The nurses and doctors came back to Rika to check on her condition. The opening seems to be perfect.

"Mother, listen to what I'm instructing and follow all my instructions" Sabilla said.

Rika was only able to nod weakly. He already felt tremendous pain, even he felt heartburn and wanted to defecate. Even his birth canal was already feeling extremely hot.

"Both mother's hands hold the thighs yes" dr. Sabilla's instructions. He checked his birth canal.

"Breathe mom, exhale!" Dr. Sabilla is back.

"Ejan, mom! slow down!" dr. Sabilla's orders.

As much as possible Rika followed the instructions given by Dr. Sabilla. He closed his eyes when he had to push.

While Angga he looks very tense seeing the delivery of his wife. This was the first time she had ever seen a woman give birth before her eyes.

Really, he felt nervous and scared of himself. Even since then he was not able to speak anymore, to breathe it was like he had begun to have difficulty.

Angga's hands look busy stroking Rika's head even he kissed her forehead a few times. He always whispered his words of love for Rika until weeping voices filled the room.

"Oek oek oek" their first baby voice was born.

5 Minutes later, the second baby was safely released.

Angga was so moved by it, he wiped the tip of his slightly dewy eyes. There was a smile of joy that was immeasurable even his heart was so pounding looking at the two tiny babies who were being cleaned by the two nurses.

"Pak Angga please come out first, we'll clean Rika's mother first."

Angga nodded, he looked at Rika for a moment then peeked at her forehead and passed out of the room.

"Hows it? Are the babies out?" Eland and Rani immediately invaded Angga.

"Yes pa, ma, both of them have come out safely. And now they're both being cleaned up by nurses and doctors."

Eland and Rani smiled happily at him. She is now a grandmother and grandfather of two grandchildren.

"What about Rika? She all right?" Rani asked back.

"Good son, you are now a father. Your responsibility will be greater. So, be wise in making every decision and also educate your children properly," advises Eland. He was really moved and patted his son's shoulder.

If his wife were still here, he would be very excited. Especially after knowing that the grandson who is waiting for turns out to be twins.

Angga nodded, he hugged his father to vent his joy and a sense of haru mixed into one. Then sit right next to his father, in the waiting chair in front of the delivery room. Staring at his cellphone which was deliberately turned off earlier when accompanying Rika maternity. He did not want to be disturbed because of the sound of his cell phone. Turn it back on and check some incoming messages that have not been read.

"Hows it? Are they safe and sound?"

Angga straightened his head when he heard another voice heard in his ear. In front of him stood the figure of Alvaro with his wife. He was on duty in the same hospital as the hospital where Rika gave birth.

"good. Both are healthy and safe" said Angga. He stood up and approached Alvaro.

"Congratulations, now that you are a father," Alvaro thrust his right hand towards Angga, who was immediately greeted by him.

"Thank you" said Angga, revealing a line of white and clean teeth.

The doctor came out of his room and walked towards Angga.

"The wife of the father will be brought to the room immediately, along with the father."

"Thank you, doc!" Angga was adopted by Dr. Sabilla.

"Have you prepared a name for both of them?" Eland approached Angga.

"Had pa, his name was also discussed with Rika. He also contributed in giving his name," said Angga.

"That's great! You're a suitable and compatible couple. This will be a good example of educating your children in the future" Eland patted Angga on the shoulder.

"Truely Angga, you are a parent figure, so you should exemplify something good in the eyes of your children. Education is not only limited to the school environment but the family environment is the first in shaping its character." Rani opens her voice.

"Yes, ma. Guide Angga in educating them," he said.

"Sure!" Rani and Eland nodded simultaneously.

After Rika entered the treatment room, the entire Angga family came to see her, including Alvaro and his wife. They alternated seeing twin babies who look handsome like the mother and father. The face of Angga and Rika.

Their twins were also placed in a box next to Rika's bed.

"How beautiful your son is, his nose and mouth are like yours," Eland looked at Rika and Angga's love.

"Who's their name?" ask Eland later.

Angga walked over, staring fixedly at his two twin babies. Then turned to look towards Rika who had already nodded towards him.

"The first child, his name is Daffa Ramdan and the second is Daffian Hamizan" Angga said.

"Broch! Don't forget our family clan" Eland added.

"Yes pa, his name is Daffa Ramdan Rahadian and Daffian Hamizan Rahadian."
