"But Ga..."

"Aren't you asking for certainty from me? So let me prove, with or without the blessing of my parents, that I will still marry you" Arga pulled Shanum's hand to leave the grand residence of her extended family. But Shanum looks reluctant to come along, considering that he is not at all accepted by Arga's parents

"Ga.. don't be like this, we can't get married without your parents' blessing" Shanum whispered as he tried to hold back his steps

Arga stopped his steps, and looked at Shanum's face. He smiled at Shanum, as if to say that everything would be fine. He took off his hand, put his arm around the woman's shoulder, and took her away

The car that Arga drove really went from the Argantara family residence. During the trip, there was only silence between the two, until finally, Arga's car stopped in front of Shanum's contract. Both got out of the car, and went inside

"Immediately prepare your luggage, we will go to your village now" Arga said as he closed the door

"For what?" ask Shanum

"But, your parents"

"The ones getting married are you and me, not them. So leave them with their choice, and I stick with my choice. Please believe me, that everything's gonna be okay"

Shanum is still sculpting. How could he marry this man, while the family of this man clearly rejected him. How can this happen

"You believe me, don't you?"

Shanum was shocked when his consciousness returned. He looked at Arga who was holding his hand, and stared at himself intensely. He was not even able to say anything, because for whatever sake he was feeling nervous now, and all he was able to do was nod

"Then pack up, we'll go to your house today"

Shanum passed towards the room, and put some clothes into his bag. When he finished, he took the bag out, and met Arga. Arga, who saw Shanum's arrival, immediately took over the bag from Shanum's hand, and led him towards the car. After that he went back around the car, and allowed Shanum to enter

"Ga..."

"What's wrong?"

"Don't leave Jakarta if your heart isn't sure. It would be better if you lost me, than you had to stay away from, or not even be recognized by your own family" Shanum said, somehow the Arga family's rejection of him really disturbed his mind
