Chapter 2: Don't be Narcissistic!

“Kek.... That's right! Devan's time was betrothed to a woman like her? Devan can't accept a woman who isn't at the same frequency, cake! He's too ordinary.. He's too bad for Dev! ” Said Devan shaking his head while pointing at Danisa with insults. The girl who a few hours ago entered the Cakrawangsa residence just stared at Devan flatly. He really did not care about the man in front of him.

“Devan can not accept this village girl cake! He's just using us!” Devan said staring hard. This young man raised one eye eyebrow.

Danisa received the caci maki that Devan served her nonchalantly. He chose to surrender. Although in reality that occurs, for a long time his ears feel hot also hear insults thrown in a row.

“Enough Dev! Stopit! You've gone too far!” Hardik grandpa with a thunderous voice. The room turned silent for a moment. Grandpa hints at Tini to bring Danisa to the room.

While in the middle room, Devan was stared at by grandfather with a look of intimidation due to his own actions. Grandfather was so disappointed in Devan's attitude that he thought it was so outrageous.

“Hhhh... Well. But trust me, this is the best decision. Marrying Danisa is the best for you!” Grandpa patted Devan's shoulder.

“But why cake?!”

“Can that nice girl who comes from a nice family, son! Honestly speaking.. Our family owes much to the Danisa family. It is because of the kindness of his family in the past that we can enjoy this kind of life. Now, both of his parents are gone. Danisa only lives with a grandmother who raised her. And his only request is one, which is to marry you to Danisa. So that his grandson was there to take care of especially feared in case the lifespan of grandmother would not be long! The Danisa family so trusts our family to make Danisa happy” Bright grandpa long.

“What repay the debt of gratitude should be at the expense of Devan, Kek?” Devan asked, raising his head. It is still difficult to accept a unilateral decision from grandfather.

There was a knocking on the door. Danisa tidied up the hair ties that already look a little disheveled and then moved lazily to open the door of the room that he now occupies.

Not long after, Danisa only needs a little time to comb her hair. Then he went down to the dining room. There all the family members gathered. Danisa's presence made all eyes on her.

“Come sit next to Devan, Son!” Grandpa's word. Danisa took the place. Devan glanced lazily with the tail end of his eyes.

They finally started a dinner together. A large table filled with a variety of foods. Lauk pauk is presented with various types. Danisa touched her food reluctantly. Being a stranger with the gaze of a few pairs of eyes looking at him unfriendly was really very unpleasant. Danisa's really unwanted in this big family. Only my grandfather would be nice to him.

Dinner looks so sad. There is not much talk between them. Only the occasional sound of plates and spoons clashing filled the ears. People were indifferent, only Ranti who had been staring at Danisa's eating style with a cocky feeling.

“Hmh Grandpa cleared his throat breaking the silence.

“Dev, how about Danisa continue his education at Ramayana Medical School? You can enter Danisa there” Ask grandpa suddenly. The medical school he was referring to was a foundation in which Devan had a 67 percent ownership stake. The young man invested a lot of money there.

The renowned foundation is a renowned medical foundation. The school itself is a top school and has a hospital with a high reputation.

“Mana can be so kek, Ramayana Medical School it is a school that is dreamed by many people out there. Where is it possible Devan put Danisa into the school especially with the frills of insiders. Grandpa Cakrawangsa finally gave up after seeing Devan and Danisa's rejection.

The night is getting late. All day at the residence Cakrawangsa make his body Tired. Danisa will be escorted back to the apartment by the driver who drove her earlier after saying goodbye. Treat them all the same. Except for Grandpa who kept treating her so well that she touched Danisa. Grandpa treats Danisa like his own granddaughter.

Danisa looked at the foreign residence with a sad look. As if he did not want to linger, he continued to step towards the parking lot. The light night breeze made the tip of his long shirt sway.

There were other footsteps approaching him. The steps slowly approached.

A grimace ambushed Danisa's hand. How surprised he was. Danisa almost shouted. But after looking further into the darkness, it turned out that Devan was the one who gripped his hand.

“You...” Devan pointed at Danisa using his left index finger.

“Don't ever wish to marry me!” Continue Devan haughty. The words that came out full of suppressors from his mouth sounded solemn. Danisa. Heart angry. His pride speaks. Danisa returned Devan's gaze. He picked up his phone and typed something in there and showed it to Devan.

“Don't Narcissist!!”Sahut Danisa. He slammed Devan's hand with a jerk. The hand finally slipped. Devan could only stare at Danisa with a dumbfounded face.
