"Did jealousy not hurt your heart?" liu Zixia asked as she saw Ye Lian enter their room.
Liu Zixia gave a small smile as she remembered the angry and jealous behavior of Ye Lian, her husband.
"I haven't spent a lot of time with you and suddenly someone comes along and claims to be your next concubine. Then what can I do besides get angry?" asked Ye Lian pouting.
He knew his beautiful wife would not hurt his feelings but he was really in that phase right now.
Ye Lian felt that she had not completely conquered Liu Zixia's heart. He was afraid of not being loved like his Emperor Father even though he was a king who led the country only because his mother's concubine was more handsome and attractive.
Liu Zixia who had once felt in Ye Lian's position smiled sweetly. With quick steps he approached Ye Lian.
"I will treat you well and the same as now if you were a good boy. I don't want to have many husbands either, but your Queen's mother said that I don't want to, like it or not, I have to have at least seven husbands if I want to be with you." Liu Zixia smiled as she rubbed Ye Lian's face gently.
Surprised to hear what Liu Zixia said just now Ye Lian's eyes widened with gaping mouths.
"When did you say that?" ye Lian asked angrily, her mother really knows how to destroy the feelings she has.
"He sent a letter to Yuhuan kingdom when I was kidnapped by Lin Yuhua. Lin Yuhua was able to kidnap and marry me all because of your Empress Mother's help." Liu Zixia replied hesitantly.
Really Liu Zixia did not want to destroy the relationship of Ye Lian and her mother but when viewed from the point of view of the struggle for power and affection.

Liu Zixia was shocked to hear what Ye Lian had said. It turns out that the law protecting women hurts men.
"Does the Emperor's Father love your Empress Mother?" liu Zixia asked quietly and hesitantly.
