As per reading the diary and meeting the blue Dwarf. Arya decided to start farming which before that, she learned about farming and ranching from [S-Book] she bought;

After that, Arya continues to learn it until a new feature appears, namely [Mission Of Dilligence] or perseverance mission.
After getting that, some notification from MOD came.

"There are some rules that we must abide by ..."
Then, Chizuru explained about some of the rules among her;
The first law, every Sumeru villager must believe there are Five Holy Land Spirits namely Water Spirit, Fire Spirit, Wind Spirit, Earth Spirit and Fertility Spirit.
The second law, every Sumeru villager is not allowed to commit crimes such as murder and violence.
The third law is that no land animal should be killed or consumed except marine animals.
The fourth law cannot be stolen.
While reciting the fourth law, Chizuru paused for a moment and frowned.
"Chizuru, what's wrong?" ask Arya.
Hearing Arya's question, Chizuru suddenly let go of her daydreams and smiled towards Raya.

Arya was still curious about Chizuru's silence but, she ignored him and Chizuru continued her explanation.
The fifth law, every year the inhabitants of the holy land of Sumeru are required to give offerings in the form of festivals to honor the Spirits of the Holy Land.
The sixth law requires that every citizen share and love one another.
The seventh law, the holy land that can be entered by a person the owner of the seven great virtues.
The eighth law, all laws and regulations are absolute.
The ninth law, if anyone violates the above laws, will be subject to severe sanctions.
"... And, those are some of the rules that Arya must obey" said Chizuru who ended his explanation.
"Talking about punishment? Has anyone been punished?"
When Arya asked about it, Ricki came to answer her by carrying four chickens that had been placed in a special basket.
