Arya who was in the ward to perform the process of Alchemy Acupuncture. He began by piercing a needle while placing Chcl3 (Chlorporm/dope) into the soles of Elsa's feet until Elsa was lying asleep.
Seeing Arya easily make an anesthetic for Elsa makes Jin Woo amazed. "That's amazing!"
Arya ignores Jin Woo's murmur and continues the next step, which is to place a needle under Arya's heart which is the exact location of the point on her pancreas.
Then, Arya used the innate features of the Divine Art.

After the gift, the cancer in Elsa's pancreas shrank which signaled the cancer had been conquered which Arya muttered to herself.
"Okay, the cancer was conquered" murmured.
Jin Woo who heard that became shocked and astonished, "Eh? Successfully conquered."
"Now is the time to overcome the side effects" said Arya.
Which side effects in the treatment include nausea, loss of appetite, diarrhea, fatigue or hair loss. Therefore, Arya gave some other drugs including;
Sodium chloride, potassium chloride, anhydrous glucose, sodium bicarbonate, and trisodium citrate dihydrate.
The process lasted an hour and was finally completed.
"All done. All right, now I'm going to wake Brother Elsa!" Aryan muttered.
Jin Woo and Megumi who heard that, nodded their heads.
Then, Arya removed all the needles from Elsa's body and stuck them to the nerve point to be realized.
After thrusting that point, Elsa opened her eyes. Megumi who saw that, she exclaimed.
"Sister Arya, Mr. Jin Woo. Elsa is conscious!" exciting Megumi.
Hearing that, Jin Woo and Arya check on her.
"Elsa, how? Is anyone sick?" ask Arya.
"There is nothing lighter in my chest" replied Elsa, holding her belly.
Arya who heard that, she also let out a long sigh. "Thank God there are no side effects. All right, sister Elsa you're trying to get up!"
"Well, doctor Arya," replied Elsa then, she woke up from the fall assisted by sister Megumi and faced Arya and Jin Woo.
Then, Jin Woo goes on to examine Elsa from her eyes and the pulse on her chest.
"Now, try moving all your bodies!" jin Woo.
"Yes. Yes," answered Elsa, moving her whole body. "Like there's no problem." Then Elsa looked at Arya. "Arya, are you really treating me? or just make me sleep then, hypnotize me to do the no-no" said Elsa, who pointed her finger short and smiled broadly.
"Eh? Wherever possible, I really mean to treat you," replied agitated Arya.
Seeing Elsa and Arya's attitude, Jin Woo and Megumi chuckle.
So did Elsa, she laughed when she saw Arya who was agitated. Seeing Elsa who could laugh again, Arya also laughed a little and a moment later, Elsa pulls holding both of Arya's cheeks and pulls her towards her face where she gives Arya a lip kiss that makes Arya a little surprised.
The kiss was not long and Elsa looked at Arya with a very close distance. "Thank you, Arya."
Arya smiled and replied, "Sama-sama."
At the same time, Shion said something.

And, that's the process of Aryan treatment which the next day, the next day, Mr. Thomas and Mr. Rose take Elsa to the hospital to make sure the Alchemy Acupuncture process goes well and while examining her with X-Ray and MMR the cancer that was attached to Elsa disappears and the doctor declared that Elsa was fully healed.
Knowing the ability of Arya, Mr. Thomas and Uncle Bayu decided to keep his ability secret for the sake of better Arya himself who is still under their supervision.
