004: Children of Choice
They saw in the navel of the little boy emitting a golden yellow light. After paying closer attention, it was discovered that the light came from a pearl the size of an adult's thumb.
The pearl was half of it already inside the child's belly button. This is what made the boy scream in pain.
The little boy's mother looked very panicked and cried seeing that. While the father looks to be draining energy in towards his right palm.
A moment later, the handsome man's hand moved to pick up the Pearl. But when his finger touched the pearl, the man gasped in surprise. Because he felt the pearl absorb its inner power quickly.
The man tried to remove the pearl, but both fingers like fused with the pearl.
Instead of wanting to take a pearl, but the opposite is true. The pearls just get inside and finally not seen again. The fingers of the man can be pulled back.
After the Pearl was completely inside his navel, the little boy stopped screaming. His breath was wheezing and sweat was pouring down his forehead.

After that Guo Jin gestured to start the event.
One by one the children who had been selected advanced and tried to pass the Lightning Stone Bridge.
Every child who tries to cross the bridge always bounces when their feet are on the floor of the bridge. Unlike what Guo Jin experienced yesterday, these children were not struck by lightning.
Meanwhile, two Elders were on standby behind each child trying to climb the Lightning Fog bridge.

Elder Ma Hua restrained Breath as his beloved grandson stepped towards the Bridge. As Yu Lian's footprints stepped on the floor, her body did not bounce off. Yu Lian looked back at her grandfather.
Elder Ma Hua smiled happily seeing her grandson not bouncing. Then he nodded as a sign of Yu Lian to continue his steps.
While Patriarch Guo Jin's face looked elated. Likewise with the other Sect Elders.
Seeing his grandfather nod, Yu Lian continued her steps. One step, two steps he did. After making the third step, Yu Lian felt an oddity.
Yu Lian was unable to move her legs anymore. In front of him it was as if there was a wall blocking his feet from stepping.
Yu Lian turned her head towards the grandfather who was now frowning his forehead.
"Lian'er... What's up, son?" Elder Ma Hua asked curiously.
"Grandfather.I can't step anymore.My feet are like hitting a wall" Yu Lian replied in fear.
When he wanted to retreat, Yu Lian's body was blocked by something like hitting a wall. Yu Lian was terrified as she could neither step back nor step forward.
Seeing the frightened face of his grandson, Elder Ma Hua wanted to catch up with the grandson immediately. But the sudden sound of lightning roared, stopping his steps.
