156. Opening a New Sheet

Syafa who yesterday suffered burns due to Arman spilling coffee into his body has started to improve his condition.

"How's Mama doing better?" rasha asked as she approached her mother who was trying to deliver medicine to her burns.

"Rasya will help mamah!" Rasya volunteered to help her mother apply the ointment to the burns on her body.

"It's okay Rasya. It's just a small wound tomorrow or the day after tomorrow it'll be healed. You better take a break. You have to go to school tomorrow!" syafa tells Rasya to rest because time has shown to take a nap for Rasya.

"Alright Mah Rasya rest first. Mama, don't forget to rest too, huh? Mama can't be tired either!" Rasya then kissed his mother's cheeks giving a good afternoon greeting to the mother he loved.

Rasya is very happy because it has long not seen his mother drink alcohol again his mother has now started to live a healthy life.

"Hopefully you will continue to be happy like this and never touch alcohol again!" rasya prayer before He decided to go for a nap to be more fresh after being tired of school all day.

Meanwhile Syafa was still outside the room, he started thinking about the young man who yesterday met him and made him now have to bear quite serious burns on his body.

"Do I need to contact him because tomorrow I have to go to the hospital again to check up on these injuries?" Syafa continues to monologue to contact Arman or not. Who finally decided to contact Arman.

"Hello tomorrow I'm going to the hospital to check up on my burns. Are you going with me?" shafa asked carefully because he was afraid that he would offend Arman.

"I'm sorry I can't seem to come with you because my mother just died I have to prepare a birthday event for her and at my house I'm very busy!" arman said in a lethargic voice.

"Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi rojiun! I'm sorry for your loss I didn't know your mother was dead!" syafa said he regretted that he had disturbed Arman. The young man was grieving because his mother had just died.

"It's okay. I am guilty of you and I have a duty to be responsible. It's just that right now it's not possible for me to do that. Help you to forgive me. I'll transfer the cost to you! Just send your account number to my phone number and I'll transfer it immediately!" arman said in a lethargic voice because he still felt sadness after his mother died.

"No need! You don't have to transfer anything to me. I'm just asking because yesterday you said that I should call you if I want to go to the hospital again!" syafa refuses Arman's offer of hospital fees.

"All right then I'll hang up on this because I have to get the event ready for tonight!" Arman. After saying goodbye, Arman immediately closed the call and immediately prepared for a tahlilan event for his mother.

"Geez! How embarrassing I was to contact him! But pity him too, his mother had just died surely he was very sad!" syafa continues to monologue to himself.

"I'd better get some sleep!" syafa.

Meanwhile, Arman's father is currently in his room staring at a photo that he longed for.

"My wife you really have an amazing heart. You want to take care of them so that I am free from the guilt of abandoning them both! Please forgive my mistakes all this time to you and rest in peace there!" said his father Arman staring at a picture of his wife who is currently staring at him.

Meanwhile, Arman is busy taking care of tahlilan for his mother.

Arman was exhausted. Because he had to prepare the tahlilan event himself no one helped him. The employees arrive after the new event starts.

His father had offered to help send a maid in his house to help the event but Arman refused because he did not want to bother his father.

"You must be patient, Arman must not be weak! Your mother is calm in the afterlife. Pray for the best for him!" said neighbor Arman who is not far from the unit of Arman's apartment.

"Let Mother rest in peace. Do not let you continue to be sad, making your mother even become unsettled there!" another said that only Arman responded with a smile.

After the tahlilan event was completed, Arman also cleaned up everything with the help of his employees to clean up dirty dishes and glasses and remove the garbage scattered in his apartment.

"Thank you for all your help. For these 7 days without you I would have had a hard time preparing an event for my mother!" arman said to all employees who were present at the time tonight at his mother's tahlilan event.

"Arman is okay, it is our duty to send the best prayers for the dead!" said Arman's employee while saying goodbye to him because it was already night.

After everything was done and everyone left it. Arman then re-thought his life. What path will he take from tomorrow after his mother leaves him alone in this world.

"I have to start living my life again. I can't cry this kind of thing. I'd be sad to see me like this!" Arman then tidied up her mother's belongings for her to donate to a place of need.

Arman's mother's belongings are still new because Arman has not been bought by her mother for long because they have not lived together as a mother and child.

Arman was sad to have to part with his mother, whom he had longed for all his life.

Arman reflected back on the path of his life during this time that felt so stifling so many thorns that always blocked him.

"Let me rest first. Tomorrow I think again everything feels so headache-inducing!" arman then gave up and he laid his body on the bed.

"Why do I feel like it's goosebumps right now? What if the creature that always bothered my mother was still in this house?" Arman monologues to himself. Then he immediately took the water of ablution and the Koran and read it aloud.

After the atmosphere in the room began to normalize, Arman then stopped reading the Koran.

"Tomorrow I must meet Ustad Fahri asking him to sterilize this apartment so that I can live quietly and not need to be terrorized by them again!" arman was finally able to sleep. After he spent about 1 hour in his room.
