CHAPTER 46

The Emperor could not sleep all night, he kept thinking about how he could protect his family from people who wanted to hurt him.

The black circles around his eye bags were faint, indicating the man was not sleeping at all. He must prepare himself if Anhar comes looking for him.

It didn't matter if Adelia came back, but the problem was Keiina's identity. The Emperor did not want to make his only sister uncomfortable, the wound that Anhar had cut so deep that Keiina did not even want to know who her father was.

The emperor rushed towards the company, he even passed his breakfast just because he had to coordinate with Aldo so that Keiina's identity would not be revealed.

The emperor looked over before getting into the car. "Mama.."

Adelia smiled at the Emperor who cared so much for her sister. "If Mama dies, mama will calm down because Keii is your wife." Adelia said and shed tears.

"Mama.. Mama can't talk like that. Mama will always be healthy for me and Keii too. My mother is my strength." The emperor embraced Adelia.

"Thank you for being a good boy, Kai. Oma raised you so well." Adelia rubbed the Emperor's back gently.

The emperor broke his arms. "Mama stay home with Oma and Keii. Just pray Kai can solve all these problems." The emperor kissed Adelia's temple and headed straight for her company.

Audrey passed the Emperor who had just stepped out of the elevator and walked quickly towards his room, the Emperor smiled faintly at Audrey while Audrey lowered her head a sign of respect. Audrey followed the Emperor back to his room with Aldo and Marry.

"Cancel all my schedules today." The Emperor said to Mary.

"Good, Sir." Answer Marry.

Audrey looked at the Emperor's face which looked exhausting. The dark circles around the Emperor's eyes were clearly visible to Audrey.

"Sorry Mr. Kai, Mr. Anhar of the WG Group subsidiary company filed a meeting today with you." Said Aldo.

The Emperor massaged his temple, Audrey felt something, something happened to the Emperor.

"Allow." Answer Emperor.

"Detective Aaron can not give a report to you today because suddenly had to go abroad, his son had an accident there." Report from Aldo again.

The Emperor nodded, not taking into account what Aaron was investigating, but his biggest problem was Anhar and Riska.

"What time is he coming?" Ask Emperor.

"Assistant Mr. Anhar says it's on the way." Reply Aldo again.

Marry leaves Anhar's room, while Aldo and Audrey work in Anhar's room.

Audrey occasionally glanced towards the Emperor who looked agitated by loosening his tie.

Aldo, who understood that, tried to give a little room for Audrey and the Emperor.

"Sir, I'm sorry to pick up the new document authorized by the finance division." Said Aldo and the Emperor nodding.

After Aldo came out, the Emperor and Audrey were in the room. The emperor stood up from his seat of greatness and approached Audrey who was sitting on the sofa while doing her work.

"Audrey.." Call Emperor.

Audrey stood up and faced the Emperor.

"May I hug you?" The Emperor and Audrey looked confused. "I.. I'm..." The Emperor hung.

Audrey hugged the Emperor. The Emperor hugged Audrey tightly. "I'm so fucked today." The Emperor tried to complain to his lover.

Audrey remained silent, but her hands continued to rub against the Emperor's back, giving the Emperor peace of mind.

"Give me the engraving, Audrey. Stay with me because you are also my strength." Said the Emperor and Audrey nodded in the Emperor's arms.

Audrey was eager to ask about something that had happened to the Emperor, but Audrey was still limiting herself.

The emperor broke his arms. Staring at Audrey's soothing face, bringing her face closer and kissing Audrey's forehead for quite a while. Audrey just smiled back at him.

"Have your condition improved?" Asked the Emperor who was still worried about Audrey's condition while tidying Audrey's hair behind his ears.

"It." Answer Audrey.

Audrey nodded. "It's okay." The answer is still brief.

"Did something happen to you?" Ask Audrey.

Emperor smiled. "You're worried about me?" Ask.

Audrey nodded faintly. "Didn't you sleep all night? Your eyes are blackened." Audrey said subconsciously rubbing the Emperor's eye bags.

The Emperor grabbed Audrey's hand and kissed her. "Yes." Yeah."

Audrey tiptoed and peeked into the Emperor's two eyes in turn. The Emperor warmed his heart and hugged Audrey's waist, feeling a new flow of strength and vigor from her lover.

Marry knocked on the door and the Emperor took Audrey off gently, with a stolen kiss on Audrey's lips and tidied up a bit of her clothes.

"Lake in." He said and walked to his desk again. Audrey sat down and did her job again.

"Master Kai. Mr. Anhar has arrived." Marry.

The emperor breathed for a moment. "Hurry up call Aldo." Said the Emperor and was nodded by Marry.

Audrey kept watching the Emperor, wondering what happened to the man.

Anhar came in and Aldo soon followed him.

"Kai..." Call Anhar.

The emperor was just cold.

"Can we talk both?" Anhar asked the Emperor when he saw Aldo and Audrey in the Emperor's room.

"Can't." The Emperor replied in a cold tone. Even Audrey alone could feel the Emperor's cold aura.

"If you want to talk, talk. They're not for me, here you're for me." The Emperor said again.

Anhar breathed his coarse breath, "On Your Mama."

"Don't bother Mama anymore!" Hiss Emperor.

Anhar smiled faintly, "So it's true that you've found your Mama?"

"It must be your cheap lady who told you, right?" Guess Emperor.

"Kai... Can't Papa meet your Mama or at least let Papa come to your house and meet your Mama too Oma."

"For what?" Ask the Emperor quickly. "To hurt her again?" Asked the Emperor cynically.

Anhar just silently did not answer, he himself was also confused as to what he was so eager to meet with Adelia.

"Go away and never think to see Mama, you and Mama have absolutely no relationship whatsoever, civil record you are divorced." Said the Emperor with great emphasis. "And tell your woman, don't ever intend to hurt Mama if I don't want to make her life hell." Hiss Emperor.

Audrey immediately stood up and walked up to the Emperor, her hands gently rubbing the Emperor's shoulders, making the Emperor look up and then hug Audrey's waist, leaning his head in front of Audrey's stomach.

"Am I cruel?" She asked a voice that Audrey barely heard.

"We're going home, you're not okay." Take Audrey and the Emperor.
