The 3rd Generation

The 3rd Generation
Chapters. 128

Zion drives her car at high speed. The man was chased by a horde of unidentified motorcyclists. Zion was 18 years old. His martial skills were not many. If he were to be attacked in this state alone, he would lose.

Zion's car ran out of oil. The journey he took was not his distance. Now he had to get out of there so as not to get caught. He scolded his own car repeatedly. Even if he knows it's all free.

"Damn!" Zion looked up from the rearview mirror to check if the swarm of biking people chasing her was still behind. He can be a little relieved when they are not visible. The man noticed the location around. Silent. There was no sign of life there.

Zion took her phone out of her pocket. His face was again irritated when he did not find a signal there. Simultaneously, the enemy began to look back. This time without a second thought he immediately got out of the car to save himself.

Zion ran towards a village not far from there. The man hoped there he could get help. Zion held back her footsteps when she saw a woman who was laughing cheerfully. The woman was playing with her friends under a shady tree. They all looked very happy without a care that the sky was almost dark.

That woman is Faith. Zion was still glued to look at Faith who was playing. The 15-year-old girl looked very happy in life. Beautiful and cheerful. That was the first impression Zion gave when she met Faith.

Zion laughs when Faith changes her guard. His eyes were covered with cloth and he had to catch his friend. The smile on Faith's lips made Zion forget herself.

Zion gnashed her forehead as Faith's friends chose to leave secretly. Faith in living alone. Zion walked up to Faith because she wanted to see Faith closer. To the extent that he forgot about the enemy who wanted to capture him.

Faith shouted one by one the name of her friend. The woman continued walking until she finally stood on the edge of the abyss. Zion ran to chase. He did not want to until Faith went into the abyss.

"Where are you?" yelled out Faith who was still searching. Before entering the abyss, Zion pulled out Faith's hand.

"Revelation!" shouted Zion.

Faith turned and shouted. In the end, Faith's body was on Zion's body. The woman immediately opened the cloth that covered her two eyes. She was shocked to learn that her body was now on top of a man's body.

"Who are you?"

Zion got rid of Faith. The man sat down and looked to the side. There has been seen a swarm of people who want to capture Zion. Zion has no other choice now. He stood on the edge of the abyss. Below is a river flowing. Unwilling to get caught, Zion immediately jumped into the abyss.

Norah gently rubbed his head. In front of him was Zion who was satisfied because she had told the beginning of her meeting with Faith. She felt like she had a good reason to blame Faith for not remembering her.

"Just like that?" ask Norah.

"Yes" Zion answered confidently.

"After entering the abyss, did you meet him again?" Norah tried to stay calm. Although he really wants to laugh at his biological brother.

"No. It was our first and last meeting. Even then I didn't know what his name was. But at least I've met him, haven't I?"

"That means sister Faith is not wrong for not recognizing sister. The meeting was like that. You two didn't even get acquainted. No chatting. Obviously not knowing each other. Perhaps you will remember the face of Kak Faith because you are amazed by her. But what about Faith herself? That brief encounter left no impression. Stop blaming Faith. Because here, Faith is not wrong. The wrong sister for expecting too much!"

Zion sighed before leaning back. "Are you on my side or on his side?" Zion doesn't take it if Norah blames her.

"Sister, brother should think with a clearer mind. Indeed from the story of brother I can conclude that brother has saved the life of Kak Faith. If only Brother hadn't been there, somehow narip Kak Faith. I admit it's a plus for Kak Faith considering sister. The problem is that you don't have time to talk. It's even possible that Faith didn't realize that she was trying to help him. Lest he remember brother as a perverted man again for forcibly pulling him and making him on top of his body."

"Then now what do I have to do to let her know that we've met before?" zion asked with a frustrated face.

"Tell me the truth. It's the only solution" Norah replied casually.

"Then, what should I do if he says he doesn't remember?"

"If it was such a story, he should have remembered. But, if he remembered brother as a perverted man, this could be severe. He might not want to see you again!" Norah was satisfied because this time she could make big brother panic. Rarely could he be like this. It's usually Zion who makes him unsettled and worried.

Zion was silent for a moment. He didn't want Faith to judge him badly. "You're the only one who met him. I can't."

"good. But after getting engaged, huh? As per the initial agreement."

The day keeps changing. Faith has been safe since she lived in the house Zion provided. But the woman was bored. He just keeps getting locked up. Faith was not allowed out of the house because it was dangerous. The ingredients for cooking are already in the refrigerator. Faith could manage any food she wanted. Zion often sent food to Faith.

That morning, Faith had just finished her bath. The clothes have changed. But somehow she kept crying. Faith looked at her own face in front of the mirror. His eyes are red and swollen. He still couldn't stop crying. Faith is tired of living her life now. He had always been given such a heavy ordeal. This time Faith wasn't sure if she could get through.

"Pa, Mama. I have to how. Until when I hid in this place. The man who helped me was also a stranger I had never met. What if he has a specific purpose." The previous incident caused such a deep trauma in Faith's heart. He doesn't want to meet a guy like Dominic.

"Zion Zein's. Is he really a good man?" ask Faith in my heart.

Faith Dies with both hands resting on the sink table. Head's dizzy. His mind was completely dead-end at this moment.

The sound of knocking on the door made Faith shocked. The woman was severely traumatized by Dominic's men.

"Faith, are you inside?"

Zion's voice made her calm again. Faith wet her face with water and dried it with a towel. "Yes, one minute!" faith shouted from the bathroom. The woman immediately came out so that Zion would not continue to knock on the door.

Zion stood with such great curiosity. It's been almost an hour for Faith to get into the bathroom. The man was worried. She's afraid something's going on with Faith.

"Are you okay?" Zion was worried when she saw Faith's eyes were red from crying. "Have you just cried?"

"No. My eyes accidentally got soap. It feels so painful. I cleaned it with a lot of water. Not lost my eyes become red, "faith lies while looking down.

Zion knew that the woman in front of her was lying. But he didn't want to force her to be honest. Zion Wants Faith to always feel comfortable around her.

"Have you had breakfast?"

"I ...." Faith held back her sentence.

"I brought you breakfast. We both have breakfast."

Faith just nodded. "I'm going to change clothes. My clothes are wet with water."

"alright. I'm waiting at the dinner table." Zion immediately left Faith for the kitchen. Faith walked into the room.

Zion took the food she bought at the restaurant. The man put it on the plate. This was the first time she had ever been this bike with a woman. Zion really enjoyed what she did.

"She pretends to forget or actually forgets. Zion sat on one of the chairs on the dining table. The man looked at the window while imagining his first meeting with Faith. This second he realized that their first meeting was not worth remembering. Just a short meeting that meant nothing at all.

"Are I taking too long?" Faith had appeared and was seated immediately. The woman looks fresh in a yellow dress.

"Eat. You have to eat a lot to get your health back up" Zion said. He put his food in his mouth while occasionally looking at Faith.

Faith just kept quiet. The woman also put her food in her mouth. He hesitated to eat it. He was afraid that there was a mixture of drugs in the food. Faith's scared in the trap.

"Why silence?" zion asked as the spoon stayed in front of his mouth.

"I want a trade. What can?" pinta Faith's. Zion scrunched her forehead. He looked at his own food that had just been reduced by a spoon.

"But this is my ex" replied Zion. It was clear that the man refused.

"I don't want to eat this food. The food you eat looks more delicious" he replied. The before was not like that.

"Okay, all right." Zion immediately pushed the food towards Faith. "I'm gonna eat this one." Zion takes Faith's food and begins to devour it. The food is the same and tastes the same. But somehow Faith asked for their food to be exchanged. This confused Zion.

"Did she think I gave her something weird?" muttered Zion in the heart.
