Faith felt suspicious when she saw Dominic not being excited today. Usually the man always has a topic to discuss. But this time Dominic was silent as if there was something he was hiding. But Faith did not dare to ask directly. While eating his lunch the woman thought how to make Dominic cheerful again. He thought Dominic was sad to think of their father lying in the hospital.

"Sister, papa said he wanted to go around the world. I told papa that we two would come if he wanted to travel the world. Then Papa looks objected. But I don't care. Even if Papa refuses we still follow papa yes. I also want to travel the world. It would be so happy if I could go out with Dominic and Papa, too" Faith said excitedly.

"Did Papa say that? Does he really want to travel around the world?" ask Dominic to come back to make sure.

He wouldn't be good at lying in front of Papa. If Papa finds out the cure for his illness then he won't take it again."

"Alright Brother. Just leave it all to me. I'll figure out a way to give Papa the cure without Papa knowing. Now let's go back to the hospital. I feel uneasy about leaving Papa for too long like this." Faith got out of the chair.

Dominic agreed. The man also moved out of his chair and invited Faith to leave the restaurant. Accidentally Faith saw Zion who was then buying food at the same restaurant as her. Faith had held back her footsteps in shock to see Zion in Dubai. But the woman doesn't want Dominic to see Zion. Until finally he turned his gaze in the other direction so that Dominic did not see the existence of Zion there.

"Why did you stop? Is anyone missing?" dominic asked puzzledly when Faith suddenly held back her footsteps.

"none. Suddenly my head feels dizzy."

"Are you sick?" dominic asked with a worried face.

"That was. But now I'm healed. So Dominic doesn't have to worry anymore" Faith replied with a sweet smile.

"So fast?" Dominic doesn't believe it.

The woman immediately grabbed her brother's arm and pulled him away. "Come on. We need to see Papa soon. Don't let Papa wait too long for us." Faith looked at Zion once more to make sure that what she saw was not wrong. When he was convinced that the man was indeed Zion, the woman looked back to the front. "Thank you for coming to check on my best friend" Leona told the male doctor standing in front of her. The woman even smiled happily at the male doctor who was now examining Zean. The doctor was one of Livy's friends. The best doctors who always manage cancer.

"But cancer isn't always deadly, is it? This time Zean will definitely be cured soon, right?" leona asked expectantly.

When Leona and the doctor are busy chatting suddenly Dominic and Faith go inside. The brothers looked confused when they saw that the room his father cared for was filled with many people. They even thought they had entered the room wrong.

"Faith why are you standing there? Come here quickly."

"Leona. This is my son his name is Dominic and that is my daughter his name is Faith" Zean said.

"That means Zion loves her daughter Zean?" jordan whispered in Leona's ear. Leona was silent without knowing what to say. He realized that this was all planned by his father-in-law.

"Faith, why are you staying there? Hurry up, Aunt Leona. This Aunt Leona is papa's best friend," Zean orders.

"Well Pa," said Faith carefully. The woman looked towards Dominic before looking towards Leona again. "Tante, how are you?" greet Faith in a soft tone.

"Faith. Why didn't you tell me you were actually Princess Zean."

Dominic raised one eyebrow when he heard Leona's question. "Do you know my sister? Have you ever met before?" ask Dominic to know.

Faith looked at Dominic's face. "Tante Leona is Mr. Zion Zein's biological mother, sister."

"What?" dominic's chirps don't believe it.

The male doctor who had been checking Zean's condition said goodbye to leaving. He had already managed to bring the results of the examination on Zean's health. The doctor just needs to set a schedule for the next meeting.

Now in that room there were only five of them. Things still look awkward. Zean was the only person who did not understand the problem that had occurred.

"Leona, why are you being so quiet like this?What exactly are you thinking about now? Is there something wrong with my two children?" ask Zean confused.

"none. They look like good kids" Leona replied. He looked towards Faith again then smiled and forgot about the trouble that had occurred between them. "Tante wants to tell you that your Papa actually has lung cancer. He deliberately hid his illness because he did not want to make you both sad. Now you rest easy because Auntie has managed to persuade your Papa. He wants his illness treated." Leona looked towards Zean again. "He said he wouldn't leave this world before he saw you two get married."

"We already know, Auntie," Dominic replied. Ever since he found out that the woman standing in front of him was the biological mother of Zion Zein made Dominic put on a face he did not like.
