Chapter 1: Akira

The sound of a newborn baby's cries echoed to the outside of the room, where an adult woman and three boys were waiting anxiously.

"Auntie, was my sister born?" Ask the eldest.

"It seems so Naoya" said the Aunt smiling.

"Yeeay, I finally have a sister" said the youngest child, Yuki happily. "I want to meet with Sister Bi, come on in" he said impatiently as he pulled his Aunt's hand.

"Wait a minute yes, we have to give permission first to the doctor" replied the Aunt stroking gently Yuki's head.

The second child, Shinji, looked more relaxed by sitting on a hospital bench. A sweet smile was carved from his lips. Of course she was also happy to hear her newborn sister's cry.

Shortly thereafter, the mother and her newborn child were moved to the treatment room and allowed to visit.

"Mama.. Where is my sister" said Yuki running inside, she really can't wait to see her little sister.

"Is Mama okay?" Tanya Naoya approached her Mama and Papa.

"Mama's fine, baby, thank you. Look at your beautiful sister" said the mother showing her beautiful baby.

"It's so pretty." Naoya smiled.

"She's adorable, she's beautiful. My sister is beautiful Papa" Yuki said excitedly.

"That's right Yuki, she's beautiful" said the father rubbing gently on Yuki's cheek.

"What's his name, Ma?" Ask Shinji.

"Yes Ma, what's your sister's name?" Ask Yuki again.

"Hmm, who is it? Mama hasn't thought about it. What about Papa?" Ask the Mother.

"Hmm, Papa doesn't have a name for sister either. Would you like to give a name to Brother?" Ask the Father.

"Who is it?" Yuki was confused.

"Hmm I'm confused too, Pa" Naoya said.

"The name is Akira only Pa" said Shinji smiling with sparkling eyes.

"Akira.." muttered Yuki.

"About good, too" Naoya said.

"Yes, Akira is a good name" said the smiling mother.

"Alright it's decided, Brother's name is Akira. Thank you Shin" said the father stroking Shinji's head.

"Sister Shin is cool, I like him" Yuki said with a thumbs up.

"Of course, I'm great" he said, bragging.

"Halo Akira, let's play with Brother" said Yuki touching the cheek of the Sister.

"He still doesn't understand, baby. Later if Akira has grown up, Yuki can only invite him to play" said the father smiled as he ruffled Yuki's hair fatigued.

"Looks like she's hungry, let her suckle first huh" said the mother, who was adopted by Yuki.

Everyone smiled happily at the daughter who had been born and became part of the Souma family. They were very happy because after a long wait, finally a daughter was present as a member of the Souma family. Mr. Souma did want a daughter, but God said otherwise because his three children were men and this time God granted his wish. Of course it does not make the love and affection for his three sons less. Not much different from Madam Souma, she was also very happy when her daughter was born safely.

Today, the birth of a daughter is really very much awaited by this family. Naoya, Shinji, and Yuki are also very happy that they finally got a beautiful and adorable little sister. Especially Yuki who really wants to get a sister.

Every day becomes an even more fun day with this beautiful little baby for the Souma Family. The sound of the cry of this beautiful little baby had enlivened the Souma family home. Her siblings are also never bothered even if Akira cries at night. They even played with Akira even though it was 2 in the morning.

6 months later...

Shinji wakes up at night to hear his little sister crying from his room right next to Shinji's. Afraid of something happening, he rushed into the room to get to his sister.

"Mama?" Said Shinji looking for his mother's whereabouts. "Is mom not here? Hi Akira, don't cry yes, there is a big brother here. Yosh yosh, smart boy, don't cry yeah" she said stroking Akira's cheek gently, trying to calm and ease her cries.

It seemed like her attempt was successful because miraculously, Akira immediately stopped crying and looked at her brother.

"Why is Akira crying hm? Is Akira hungry? Sister can't find Mama, so we just wait here huh. There's Brother here, so don't cry anymore" Shinji tried to get his sister talking.

He smiled looking at his laughing sister with 2 teeth about to grow. Akira tries to reach for the older brother who makes Shinji anxious. Shinji then reached out his hand to be held by the younger brother.

"You're so adorable Akira" she said, smiling.

"Oh? Shin, is Akira crying?" Ask your mother when she enters the room.

Shinji nodded. "Emm, it looks like he's hungry Ma, but now he's playing with me" Shinji said.

"Thank you, Shin is indeed really reliable" said the mother stroking Shinji's head.

"of course. Akira is my younger brother so I will take care of him and make him smile all the time" he said.

"That's right, you have to take care of your sister. Not just Akira, but Yuki and Naoya as well. Mama trusts you. Now that Shin is back to sleep huh, it's already night. Shin's going to school tomorrow, right?" Say Mama again.

Shin nodded. "Alright Ma. We play again tomorrow Akira, bye-bye." He waved his hand at Akira. The mother smiled at the behavior of her son.

"Good night, sweet dreams" said Mama kissing Shinji's forehead.

"Good night, too, Ma."

"Good night, too, dear."

The next day...

In the afternoon, Mama, Naoya, Yuki, and Akira are together in the living room. Now Akira can sit up straight and his teeth are starting to grow. So adorable.

"Open her mouth, aaa.." said Mama who was feeding Akira. "Smart child" said Mama when Akira obeyed his words.

"Yuki too, Yuki also wants Ma" Yuki said.

"Yuki what do you want? Want some Akira food?" Mama asked confusedly and was taken in by Yuki.

"You're there, it's food for babies not for Yuki" Naoya said.

"But Yuki is also a child, Yuki wants that" Yuki said whining.

Mom smiled. "Sister Nao is right, this is a special meal for Akira. Yuki already has teeth, so just eat rice" said Mama.

Yuki was silent for a moment. "Alright, Yuki wants to eat rice alone" Yuki smiled.

"Wait a minute, Mama fed Akira first. Patience is dear" said Mama smiling.

"I understand Ma" said Yuki who also smiled.

A while later…

"Mama will cook first, you guys please take care of Akira for a moment" said Mama.

"Good Ma" said Naoya.

"I don't eat the doll" said Yuki, pulling the doll from Akira's hand violently.

"Don't pull Yuki!" Her words stopped Yuki's hand. "Why are you so rude?" Upset Naoya.

"About eating his doll, Kak, it's dirty" said Yuki.

"But not pulled like that, Akira will cry" he said again.

Yuki. "I'm sorry Akira, you're guilty" Yuki said. 

Akira smiled broadly showing his teeth that would grow upon hearing Yuki's words. It seemed like this little girl understood what her brother was saying.

"He smiled, Brother! He smiled at me!" Yuki gagged.

"It looks like he forgave you" Naoya smiled. "Smart kid" he said again as he stroked softly Akira's cheek.

They then returned to play with Akira, and some time later Lady Souma came back to her children.

"Kids let's eat, the food is ready at the dinner table" said Mama approached her three children.

"Good Ma."

While they were eating, Akira was carried by Mama while clenching her hands. She's really very adorable.

"About, open her mouth aaaaa" said Yuki thrusting a spoonful of rice to Akira who was carried by the mother.

"No Yuki, Akira can't eat rice yet!" Upset Naoya pulls Yuki's hand.

"About a little baby, he can't chew, his teeth haven't grown" said the mother was anxious to see Yuki's behavior.

"Ma.ma.ma"u"

"Oh?!" Say them simultaneously.

"Mama... Mama!! Akira spoke to Ma, Akira called Mama's name" Yuki said.

"Mommy's son is already big" said Mama moved and hugged Akira.

"about great. Continue to learn to call Brother ya" said Naoya smiling.

"About having to call my name first, only after that can you call Kak Nao" said Yuki.

"No, I'm the biggest so I should be called first" Naoya said.

Mama just watched the behavior of these two children while smiling. (I am grateful to have children like them) he said in his heart.

Shinji looks like he just got home from his music practice. He was very interested in music.

"I came home" Shinji said as he entered the house.

"Sister Shin is welcome" said Yuki, welcoming Shin with enthusiasm. "Sister, Brother Shin knows not? Akira can talk, he called Mama's name" he said excitedly.

"really?? Can Akira also call me??" Shinji said a little surprised.

"Not Brother, Akira just called Mama" Yuki explained.

"It turns out that my sister has grown up, I want to meet Akira" said Shinji excitedly as he took off his shoes.

"Emm, we have to get Akira to call our names Kak" Yuki said excitedly.

"Alright come on" said Shin who was also excited.

They then ran into the house.

"Mama.." call Shinji after reaching the living room.

"What's up Shin? Why scream like that?" Mom asked a little panicked for fear of something happening.

"Yuki said Akira can call Mama, I also want to be called by Akira, Ma" Shinji explained.

Mom smiled. "Geez, Mama thinks what's up Shin. That's right, Akira called Mama's name earlier, but Shin and the others couldn't force Akira to call you names, she was a child" Mama explained.

"Shin. he's still very small, there will come a time when your name is also called, so be patient. It used to be when little Yuki was like that too, right?" Obviously Mama.

Yuki nodded. "Emm, I can Ma" Yuki smiled. He immediately ran towards Akira and Naoya who were busy playing.

"Okay Ma, I go up first" Shinji's permission was taken by Mama.

A while later…

"About, let's play with Brother" said Shinji approaching his sister.

"Hello Akira, peek.ba!" Shinji plays Akira which makes Akira laugh. He opened his face with both hands. Akira really looks happy.

"It's very exciting" he said again. "Paul. ba! Peeky peek.ba!"

"A little anxious, Yuki wanted to eat her spilled cheeks" said Yuki, pinching Akira's cheeks in a fit of anxiety. However it seems like she was too loud, thus making Akira cry.

"What are you doing Yuki? Look at Akira so crying" Shinji said upsetly.

"Why was Akira pinched? You are so evil" said Naoya. "Yosh yosh, beautiful children should not cry yes" said Naoya holding Akira. "It hurts? Do not cry yes, then let Brother who is angry with Yuki" said Naoya to calm Akira.

Soon after, Yuki also cried loudly. Hearing her children crying, Mama then approached Naoya and the others.

"What's wrong? Why is Yuki crying hm?" Mama panicked.

"Yuki pinched Akira's cheek until she cried Ma" Shinji said.

"YYYYYYYYYYYY!!!" Yuki's cry was getting louder.

"Yes my.. Nao watch Akira. Come here Yuki" said Mama hugging Yuki and Yuki tightly hugging Mama.

"Yosh yosh, it's okay. Everything's fine, don't cry?" Said Mama stroking Yuki's back.

Yuki cried for quite a while, even when Akira had stopped crying, Yuki still kept crying loudly. Although she has been soothed by her mother and two brothers and promised to be bought a toy if she stops crying, Yuki still cries. Until a while later Yuki stopped crying from exhaustion.

"I'm sorry" said Yuki looking at his mother.

Mom smiled. "Smart child, no problem but do not repeat again huh, pity Akiranya, Yuki dear Akira is not it?" Mama cupped Yuki's cheeks and Yuki nodded.

"Promise will not be repeated?" Mama raised her little finger.

Yuki. "Promise" said Yuki, frowning her little finger.

"Smart kid" said Mama stroking Yuki's head. "Here, let's have a fat Mama, Nao" Mama told Naoya.

Naoya then hands Akira to Mama.

"I'm sorry Akira" Yuki said, staring at her sister.

"It's okay Brother-Mama smiled - Shinji let's eat first, then go cold. Shinji can eat alone, right?" tell Mama.

"Yes Ma. Brother eat first Akira, bye-bye" said Shinji smilingly waving his hands.

Her night...

"Papa welcome" welcome Yuki.

"Oh? Yuki hasn't slept?" Ask Papa.

"Not Pa, Akira is still awake. Papa, do you know what Papa? Akira can already talk earlier" explained Yuki.

"really? That was really great. We go inside first yes, we will talk inside. Come on in" asked Papa to hold Yuki's hand.

"Welcome Pa" welcome Mama.

"Why haven't the kids slept Ma?" Ask Papa.

"Yes, Yuki doesn't want to sleep because Akira hasn't slept either. He wants to play first with Akira" Mama explained.

"More is tomorrow, right? Now Yuki is sleeping" Papa said.

"In the meantime Pa, I still want to play with Akira" Yuki said.

"Alright but do not get late at night, Papa wants to take a shower first" said Papa went to the room.

"I understand Pa" Yuki replied.

"Mama, Mama, let me hold Akira, I beg you" asked Yuki when she saw her sister who was busy playing with her dolls.

"Can Yuki hold Akira? Is Yuki strong?" Ask Mama to make sure.

"Hmm. I've never tried it but I want to carry it" Yuki explained.

"Don't Yuki just take Akira, after this Yuki has to sleep, promise?" Ask Mama.

"I promise Ma."

Mama then tells Yuki to sit on a chair and place Akira on her lap. Yuki really felt very happy.

"About now sitting with Brother, is Akira happy?" Ask Mama. Akira then laughed back at his mother's words as if Akira really understood what her mother said.

"About laughing Ma" Yuki said smilingly.

"You laughing? Akira must be happy to be put on me by Brother" said Mama smiling.

"Of course Akira would be happy with me" Yuki said.

Soon Akira and Yuki's voices are no longer heard and when they are seen, they are already asleep with Yuki bowing and Akira being hugged tightly enough by Yuki to avoid falling.

"Geez" said Mama smiling.

Mama then takes over Akira from Yuki's lap slowly. Mama did not want to wake Yuki who was asleep. Mama also laid Yuki on the sofa to make it more comfortable.

"They're sleeping Ma?" Said Papa who had just arrived.

"Yes, Yuki fell asleep while holding Akira, she really is a good Big Brother" Mama smilingly looked at Yuki.

"My handsome and adorable son is truly a great big brother" Papa confirmed Yuki's position. 

"So Yuki said Akira can talk, is that right?" Ask Papa.

"That's right Pa. Akira called my name first" Mama said proudly.

"It should be the name of Papa who was called first, too bad" said Papa sadly.

"Don't be sad so Pa, later also Akira can call Papa, like the first to get a child only" said Mama meledek.

"That's right. All right let's go to sleep, it's night. Let Papa take Yuki to his room" Papa said.

"Good Pa."
