"PARENTS..!!"

Laurent's cry stopped that very second when he saw the father's arrival. The beautiful girl ran over to Rey and hugged her feet. "They're evil, the time won't take me to Papa. Anyway Papa should fire them." Rey flicked her daughter's forehead with a cringe and smiled faintly.

"You think Papa's gonna come after you?" Laurent nodded. "Papa won't fire them because they've worked so long and only they can, Papa trusts to take care of you. Now you understand?" Laurent nodded.

Rey dropped Laurent off and sat the little girl on her bed. "Pa, this hour Papa's coming home? Papa misses Laurent, huh?" Rey grunts heavily

"Papa, won't come home if you don't make trouble. Stay here, Papa will take a shower first and after this we'll take a walk out."

"Okay, Pa."

Laurent got out of bed and walked into the room where Rey kept all her belongings such as her clothes and shoes and expensive watch. The boy was seen sorting out which clothes Rey was wearing today, and the choice fell on a sleeveless white shirt and a Gucci-turled black long vest.

Laurent stared at the clothes with a fluffy smile then took it out "Papa, just put this on, okay." Laurent handed Rey the shirt and vest.

Rey gave no answer, instead she picked up the shirt and the long vest then put it on.

Laurent did not blink and his eyes twinkled to see how his father looked in his chosen clothes. Rey clasps Laurent's tiny fingers and the two walk hand in hand leaving her room.

It's no secret that Jessica is terrible at everything, and one of them is cooking. Never mind cooking, cooking water she can't, lucky she has a son who cares so much about her and understands herself so well.

Maybe he is only eight years old, but Kevin is good at everything, and one of them is cooking. Almost every day the boy was cooking for Jessica as well as himself. Since childhood Kevin has been very independent and never relied on others, including his mother.

First of all what Jessica did was check her heart rate and pulse. Both of Jessica's eyes widened to see signs if the man had pneumothorax, and it was seen when the man seemed to have difficulty breathing.

"It's the doctor." A man gave Jessica his pen.

He had to do a quick treatment, because otherwise, this man could have lost his life in just a few minutes due to the incident.

"Calm down son, Papa's fine." Rey's whisper convinced.

"Sir, we need to get to the hospital. You've lost too much blood, if you wait for the moon, it'll be too long. I'll take you." Jessica immediately helped Rey stand up and led her out.

His injuries were severe and needed immediate treatment.

Jessica helps Rey to sit in the back seat. Suddenly Jessica tore off her dress which she then used to tie Rey's head which kept on bleeding and the cloth ties then descended towards her left eye, which was also bleeding.

"Kevin, you're sitting in the back with this uncle and his daughter. Help pressing and binding the wound on his arm."

"Okay, Mommy."

They arrived at the hospital twenty minutes later. Jessica drove her car a little speeding, the goal was so Rey could get help immediately because if allowed to continue she could bleed to death.

Some nurses immediately welcomed their arrival, Rey downstairs in a stroller. "Mrs, you better wait outside. Your husband let us handle it."

"He's not my husband but my patient, I'm a doctor at this hospital. My name is Jessica Astoria."

"Oh, Doctor Astoria is apparently you, sorry we don't know. Please come in then."

Rey is immediately thrown into the room and all Jessica needs to do now is meet Laurent and tell him if his Papa is okay.
