"What?? Oh no, Pa. Papa can't seem like gini. But Rasya did not want to be fooled by him. Point," protested the blond girl who had hazel green eyelids in annoyance at her father who was currently sitting opposite her with a hard-to-understand look, he glanced cynically at the man he was about to be betrothed to. To the right of the girl called Rasya, or who has the full name Rasya Eurika Lee was sitting a couple with a son who was in the middle of them. The two husbands and wives just silently watched the debate between Father and son who was none other than his father's best friend since High School. The boy silently looked at the face of the girl who was currently stomping her feet bitterly due to the decision of the father who did not want to hear his opinion first. The boy who sat with his parents tried to behave as calmly as possible to watch the behavior of the girl in front of him even though his heart was eager to curse Rasya's attitude. "Listen baby, you know that this isn't all your mother's wish from long ago. So please obey, okay." Said Alexander Lee, Rasya's father who is also the CEO of LA group, a very famous property company in Korea. "Papa's sure you can do it, honey. And again, aren't you one school? How could you not know each other, Shay?" Alex said as calmly as possible. He knows the nature of his son well, the more forced then Rasya will be more rebellious not to accept. Her thought.

Rasya sniffed his shoulders.

Suddenly he stood up and grabbed the school bag he had placed next to his seat. Without a word he steps in leaving Father and Gerald's two parents, the man he's been betrothed to.

When he had just set foot on the first rung of the stairs, suddenly the father opened his voice which made Rasya immediately stiffen.

"From next week you'll be staying with Gerald so you can get to know each other more deeply," alex's voice was slightly raised so that Rasya, who was some distance away from the living room, could hear his words.

Without answering the father's words, Rasya immediately climbed the stairs with a footstroke that sounded quite loud.

Alex looked back at his two friends who were smiling at the scene between him and Rasya.

"Your son is very similar to his mother when he was young, yes" said Nadia with a slight chuckle while shaking her head in disbelief.

"That's it, let alone his stubbornness. Not much different than you, Alex." Sambar Miko, Nadia's husband and Alex's friend.

"Ah, you can do this" replied Alex accordingly.

Gerald only kept silent occasionally smiling at the conversation the old man had before him.

Rasha Pov

I threw my body on the bed after arriving in my blue-painted room. With my body down, I grumbled because of my father's own attitude. I just got home from piano lessons and immediately received some very shocking news for me.

"Welcome to the jungle, Yes. Arghh...why should Papa betrothed me to him, O Lord.." I shouted behind my sleeping pillow that I deliberately used to cover my face.

It's not that I don't know who I'm going to be betrothed to, I know him very well. Even I know how his character has been all along. I'd only lie to my father if I didn't know him. Who does not know Gerald Stefan Hardjoko. The hottie guy who triggered himself as the most handsome guy in school with so many fans, really makes me sick. Not only because of his nature but also because of his behavior that likes to arbitrarily treat women without the slightest feeling. Every time you change your partner is like changing your phone. A haughty guy with a style that's far from cool in my opinion.

He has three close friends named Revan, Gio, and Jun. The attitude of his three friends was not much different from Gerald. Troublemaker.maybe that's a proper nickname for the four of them. Every day can only make you feel like a child. Revan the son of the school owner, Gio the son of the number one mining entrepreneur in Indonesia and Jun the son of the oil palm plantation owner. They all use their parents' power just to have fun and do whatever they want, just like Gerald.

"You've been fooled by that innocent look, Pa." I'm monologuing.

Author Pov's

Miko looked at the gold-colored watch that was coiled on the arm of her right hand. A second later he looked up and turned to Alex who was drinking a cup of tea.

"Mmm. It looks like we have to leave now, Lex." Miko hesitated a little.

Alex who was originally staring at his drink looked up and looked at Miko with fused eyebrows. "Why hurry, stay longer. Haven't we seen each other for a long time, and again this isn't the first time we've met since you've been in America taking care of your business." Said Alex would not be willing if his best friend had to leave now.

Miko chuckled, then confirmed her slightly uncomfortable tie. "What if our weekend is playing golf together like it used to be?" Rose to Alex who was still staring at him.

Alex seems to be fond of the offer given Miko.

"All right, you just set the time."

Alex agreed with his best friend.

Miko and her family finally leave Alex's house. Initially Alex had Rasya drive the family Miko to the front but Rasya refused on the grounds he was exhausted until finally only Alex drove them all to the front of his house.
