Chapter 14

Now Ruby has appeared beautiful with a luxurious dress that wrapped her tiny body. The dress showed her smooth white back. Tonight, Ruby is so happy that Alex promises to come home for dinner together.

Ruby was waiting for Alex at the mansion's doorstep. The dining table also had a variety of foods ready. A beautiful smile continued to be seen on Ruby's tiny lips.

Before long, a luxury sports car entered the mansion grounds. It turns out it was Alex who appeared with her mother-in-law and Lexi, the woman who is still mysterious to Ruby.

The smile that had been seen now changed. Alex is still the same, no matter what. Alex walks into the house without greeting Ruby. With pompous steps and a haughty face, Alex's mama walked into the house while staring sinisterly at Ruby.

"Curtain, look for face," decih Lexi, following in the footsteps of Alex's mother.

"Lex, Mama straight to the room. My mom is tired today." Mama Alex says to rest. "Oh yeah, is the room ready?" alex asked one of the servants.

"Here you go, madam."

"Bring all my things up!" orders again. "Lexi, take a break, son! You must be tired. Remember your content."

"Yes, Mama."

"Lex, take Lexi to her room!"

Alex nodded then led Lexi up the stairs carefully. Ruby just watched all the attention her in-laws and husband had to Lexi. With dewy eyes, Ruby looked at Alex's back nanar who was guiding Lexi carefully.

"What is your relationship?" inner Ruby.

"Madam, dinner's ready" said

Aunt Lili.

Ruby simply replied with a nod.

Ruby was pensive on the balcony of her room while looking at the sky. Two hours had Ruby in that place waiting for Alex who never went into his room. The night is getting late, but Alex hasn't shown up yet.

"Where's Alex?" inner Ruby with frown.

Out of curiosity, Ruby moves in to find Alex. Now Ruby is on the 2nd floor of his mansion using an elevator specifically made for Ruby. When Ruby came out, she saw Rebecca and Lexi near the stairs.

Their faces looked tense. It is very clear they are fighting. Slowly, Ruby approached them.

"You are the one who is angry!" furious Lexi.

"As you know, I'm Alex's wife and I'm pregnant with her child!"

Ruby was stunned and unmoved when she heard Lexi's words. "Wife? Pregnant?" ruby in the Heart.

With her heart pounding, Ruby drew closer to them.

"Didn't you also fuck Alex a lot behind Ruby's back? You've betrayed Ruby a long time ago. And you also often spend a hot night in this house while Ruby is sleeping. So, what name would you be worthy of, Miss Rebecca, if not******cheap?!" kekeh Lexi with a scornful face.

"You ...." Rebecca's words paused upon hearing Ruby's voice behind them.

"Becca, so you and Alex have been betraying me all this time?" ruby asked with a trembling voice holding tightness in the chest. Her tears are flowing. She could not believe that her husband and her friend had betrayed her.

Rebecca just stared at Ruby flatly while Lexi smiled mockingly.

"You're a stupid, naive girl, it's worth it that Alex is easy to use you, cih!" decih Lexi while looking at Ruby cynically.

"What do you mean ... Alex?" Ruby asked with a thumping heart.

"Ck! Did you think Alex loved you all this time?" cynical Lexi. The woman approached Ruby and whispered, "Originally you know, Alex married you because he just wanted your property. She never loved you, Ruby, she just wanted your treasure!"

Ruby was only able to be stunned by the tears that had already flooded her cheeks.

"Oh yeah, the one who helped Alex become your husband and took away all your inheritance, was him!" Lexi turned her gaze towards Rebecca.

Ruby turned her gaze towards Rebecca while Rebecca just remained silent while folding both her hands on her chest.

"Why, Becca?" shrieked Ruby as she stared at Rebecca intensely. "Why did you do that to me, Rebecca?! Why, Becca?!" hardik Ruby who does not believe that the friend he already considers brother so could betray him.

"I did it because I wanted to see you broken and suffering! I'm sick of seeing everyone just look at you and I'm just seen as a shame and insulted by your family. They don't look at me as your family, they just think of me as your personal servant!"

"But Daddy and Mommy love you so much Becca! They always give you what you ask for, but why do you want to destroy us?! Why, Becca?! Why?!" ruby shouted full of emotion.

"Don't yell at me, damned girl! You're just a naive and flawed girl who now has nothing left! And now is the time for you to be banished from our lives! And I'm gonna be Alex Graham's only mistress" Rebecca taunted with a malicious grin.

Rebecca's words not only infuriated Ruby, but also infuriated the woman beside her to grit her teeth.

"Eh, Jalang! I'm Mrs Alex Graham! Not you!" hardik Lexi, don't take Rebecca's word.

Rebecca just smiled mockingly. He found an evil idea that came to his mind.

When she saw Alex who had just entered the house with her mother, she immediately looked at Ruby and Lexi alternately. Lexi who saw Alex and her mother-in-law then went down to get closer to Alex.

Just down the two steps, Rebecca pushed Lexi's back. The pregnant woman fell down on the stairs until she reached the bottom of the floor.

Ruby who could only freeze while covering her mouth watched the terrible event. She couldn't believe Rebecca would do such a heinous thing.

Rebecca smiled with satisfaction. He approached Ruby. His hand pushed Ruby's wheelchair closer towards the stairs. Ruby who was currently still in shock was unable to react.

While Alex who had just entered the mansion door was startled by Lexi's shout. He was stunned when he saw Lexi rolled on the stairs downstairs. Alex and his mother ran over to Lexi in a very bad condition.

Lexi was lying with blood coming out of her head and nose. Alex looked up, looking sharply at the second floor. She found Ruby there with a pale and tense face.

"W-what, are you doing, Becca?! Why would you push him?!" ruby said, stammered, looking back. "Where's Rebecca?" great-granddaughter Ruby.

Rebecca has disappeared from there. Ruby stiffened and trembled. He was scared when he found a sharp look from Alex.

"What did you do to my wife, Ruby?!" Alex shouted at Ruby loudly which made the occupants of the mansion shocked.

Ruby was only able to shake her head, her body was already trembling in fear with Alex's deadly gaze.

"Alex, get Lexi to the hospital!" mama orders Alex with a worried face.

Alex was riding Lexi in a hurry. Before leaving the house, Alex orders the guards to lock Ruby in the back shed.

"Guard!" yell Alex.

"Yes, Sir."

"Take that disabled woman into the barn! Brackets him, don't run away!" alex orders in anger, leaving the guard of the mansion terrified.

"Well, sir," they said.

"Hurry, Alex! Poor Lexi," interrupted the mother, awakening Alex from her anger.

"Remember! I won't let you go if anything happens to my wife and my future son" Alex threatened before stepping in.

"I didn't do it, Lex! Not me!" ruby shouted as the guards pushed her wheelchair violently towards the elevator.

"Uncle, I beg you, it wasn't me who did it. Don't lock me up in the barn! I'm afraid of the dark, Uncle," asked Ruby to the guards, sobbing.

"What are you guys doing?!" Lili's new aunt is surprised to see Ruby being treated harshly by the guards.

"Let go!" said Aunt Lili lantang. He does not accept the guards' treatment of Ruby.

"Shut up, Auntie! This is Mr. Alex's order. Move over!" said the guard while pushing Aunt Lili in their way.

"Auntie, help me! I didn't do it, not me, Auntie!" ruby raved while crying. Ruby's hoots and cries made Aunt Lili's heart slit.

"I'll help you, ma'am. Relax!"

entertain Aunt Lili while following the guard who brought Ruby to the back shed.

Meanwhile, Rebecca laughed triumphantly. His plan to get rid of the barrier was successful. Now the barrier to becoming Mrs Alex Graham has been reduced by one.

"Now it's time to get rid of that bitch for good." Rebecca grinned wickedly.

He also stepped out of the luxurious mansion. I don't know what this wicked woman will do next.
