Chapter Seventeen. HTGS

Luna went back to the lawyer to ask about the progress of the divorce process.

Lawyer Luna said next week it was on the agenda of the trial. Hearing the news, Luna became happy.

Luna returns to her office and as she enters the building, Alex is waiting for her in the lobby.

Luna ignored her husband's presence. He walked to the elevator. Feeling ignored by Luna, her husband quickly caught up with her.

Alex pulls Luna's hand quite hard as she is about to enter the elevator. Luna almost fell because of Alex's strong pull on her wrist.

Luna grimaced. He sees his wrists red because of Alex's strong grip.

"What do you want?" ask Luna.

"I told you you wouldn't be able to sue for divorce. I will never divorce you" Alex said in a loud voice.

"Diminish your voice. It's in the office."

"Why? Are you ashamed that the employee found out you're suing for divorce because you want to live freely with your affair."

"Don't turn the facts around, Alex."

Luna pushed the elevator button again. When the elevator opens, Luna quickly enters the elevator and presses the button leading to her study.

Luna sat in her work chair with a hunting breath. Just as he was about to open his laptop to start work, the door of his study room was opened forcibly by someone.

Alex stood up with a red face. He looks very emotional. He approached Luna and pulled her hand back until she fell off the chair.

Luna was silent, because she knew in her study there was CCTV. That could be proof of the violence Alex committed on him.

Luna stood up, and looked with her eyes fixed, as if challenging Alex.

"I won't be at the trial. It's free for you to file a divorce papers," said Alex throwing a piece of paper in Luna's face. Letter of call from the religious court.

Luna remained standing straight, without the slightest fear. Seeing the indifferent Luna, Alex inflamed.

"You look brave now. Is it because you have a mistress that you dare to challenge me?"

"Why should I be afraid? I wasn't wrong. Anyway, why are you still hanging on with me. Didn't you say that I was having an affair. Why do you want to be my husband?"

"You will regret having dared to play with fire behind me, Luna."

"Tell me, why don't you divorce me? You're afraid all your co-workers are leaving you, aren't you?" luna said with a laugh.

"Then divorce me!"

Alex clenched his hands furiously. He had not expected Luna to be this brave with him. Alex does not want to be separated from Luna. All of his co-workers were Luna acquaintances. Surely they will stop the cooperation if Luna and herself separate.

Every time he came home from work, he saw that Luna had fallen asleep. Alex does not want to disturb his wife's sleep time.he begins to seek satisfaction with other women.

Alex admits the wrong way. He should not have cheated on Luna. But he was comfortable with changing partners. It's not just the woman he sleeps in. Alex feels pleasure when he can sleep with different women and everyone is young. Most of the women Alex fucked, her own employees.

"You will remain my wife at all times."

Hearing Luna's words, Alex returns emotion. He took a vase of flowers on Luna's desk. Alex threw it on the floor . The vase shattered and hit Luna's feet until it bled.

David who just happened to arrive in front of the Luna workspace became shocked to hear the sound of broken glass.

His secretary Luna who escorted David to the study also seemed very surprised.

"Who is Luna in the room?" ask David.

"With Mr. Alex, Luna's husband," Wulandari said of her secretary Luna.

Hearing Wulan's reply, David became worried. He hurriedly opened the door of Luna's study. He saw Luna grimacing. Fresh blood was seen from his feet.

David spontaneously approached Luna and crouched down near the woman's leg.

"Your legs are bleeding. Is that man the cause?" ask David.

"David ..." said Luna was surprised to see the presence of the man.

David stood up from his squat. He challenged Alex. Luna's husband looked at David with an angry face.

"Basic pansy. How dare women. If you're a man, face me."

"Basic boy. Don't be a bad luck hero. Whoareyou? Don't interfere. This is my household business."

"I will never stay silent to see men who commit violence against women. What else is with Luna?"

"Luna, you just called my wife a name. Are you my wife's mistress?" ask Alex.

Luna and David looked at each other as Alex asked a question.
