David walked slowly away from his room. As her feet touched the stairs at the main door, a mother voice called out.
"David ..." call mom.
David stopped his steps and turned to face his mother. He smiled as hard as he could. Mom walked up to her only son.
"You're mad at me, son?" mother asked with tears still wetting her cheeks.
"Why should I be angry with Mom?" ask David back.
"Mom only expects the best for you."
"The best moon for me. I'll prove it to Mom if I don't choose the wrong woman. Once you get to know Luna, maybe your judgment will change."
"May your choice be right."
"Thank you for the prayer, Mom."
David wiped away his mother's tears, and kissed her cheeks. After that David kissed my mother's hand.
"I'm pampering. May the mother continue to be healthy. Don't forget to take the routine medicine that the doctor gives."
David took the wallet and took out the money he had in his wallet.
"It's a little money. I'll transfer it to mom's account. Can I take it in the bank tomorrow with Arya."
David's mother used a savings book without an ATM, every money that entered would be taken directly to the bank's office.
David stepped back, leaving his parents' home. Mother looked at the departure of her son until lost from sight.
David enters a stall, near the terminal. He promised to meet Mia.
Half an hour waiting, it finally seemed that Mia entered the stall in a hurry. Mia who saw David went straight to where he was sitting.
"Sorry, Dav. I'm late. Washes clothes first."
"No what. Please sit!"
She sat across from David. The man ordered a glass of juice and a plate of fried noodles for Mia.
David still remembers if Mia really likes fried noodles in this stall. Every time he would leave, he would take time to eat at this stall.
After ordering his meal, David began a conversation. By asking Mia.
"As you can see. We just met yesterday anyway. You must remember my situation."
"I want to apologize. I know my mistake was huge. It might be hard for you to forgive me."
"I don't know, Dav. If asked if I hurt you? The answer is, yes. I can't lie and pretend if it's all right while my heart hurts."
"I'm sorry again. I know, an apology from me may never be enough to heal your heartache."
David took his breath, to pause his words. He looked at Mia intensely making the girl misbehave.
"Mia, I cannot marry you. For whatever reason. What else is currently in the womb Luna is growing seeds from me," said David. He deliberately stopped his words again.
"My mother is deeply indebted to my mother. He asked me to think about our marriage. However, I reiterate once again I can't."
"I didn't ask your mother to marry us."
"I know, this is not your wish. But my mother's wish. For that I have to tell you. I can't. I will always remember my mother's help. I'll repay you in my own way."
"You don't need to think about that. I just found out, too, that mom helped your mom."
"If you need my help, just call. I'll be ready to help as I can. Don't hesitate. I love you like my brother."
"You must not be burdened with return."
"Thank you for accompanying me all this time. You're my best friend. Maybe we are not meant to live together. I apologize once again. May you have a much better man than me and love you."
David stood up from his seat and approached Mia. The girl's hair was cut.
"I went first to Jakarta. We will meet again at the college. Finish the food."
David walked away from Mia. David walked to the terminal. Mia's cry broke as David started to move away.
