Karin approached Joy who was busy guarding the furnace fire. Karin takes out a handkerchief that she always carries in her pocket to remove the charcoal on Joy's face. At first Joy was surprised by what Karin did and a moment later she felt the tenderness of a mother's caress that she had never felt for a long time.
"Your face is dirty, son, for helping mom in the kitchen" Karin said as she continued to clean Joy's face with her handkerchief. Joy clasped Karin's hand cleaning Joy's face.
"I miss this hand. Who once defended me, convinced me that everything would be fine. I also miss this hand wiping my hair when I'm not sure she'll accept me." Joy also spontaneously said her longing for Karin while shedding tears. Karin pulls her hand and steps away from Joy.
"I'm sorry if my words offend you" said Joy, who was aware of Karin's attitude.
"It's not so, son. I'm happy if you look up to mom like your own mother. But your words remind mom of mom's son. Maybe now he's as grown up as you are. Since your arrival here, I've been recalling memories of the past, undeniably I still miss my two sons who are far away, and I don't know when I can see his face again."
"Mom, can't you feel the presence of this son of yours, who also misses mom to come back." Joy muttered inwardly.

"So Rara has an older sister, Mom? and Rara's father is alive?" Rara suddenly asked who apparently had listened to her mother tell her pad joy. The shocked Karin and Joy could only look at each other and stare at Rara.
"Does Rara really have a sister and Rara's father still alive? why didn't you ever tell Rara? why did you cover everything from Rara? Rara has the right to know who Rara's father and Rara's family are, why you can hide everything from Rara, I see Rara is an adult, you should tell the truth. "Don't interfere with my family, you're just a stranger here, so you don't have the right to interfere, I just want to hear an explanation from your mouth directly." Rara rudely talks to Joy and makes Karin furious with Rara's actions.
"Enough Rara..." Jerking Karin
"You want to know the truth, don't you. Well I'll tell you, maybe it's time I told you everything. Forgive me for being unfair to you and for covering up the truth from you." Karin explains everything about Ken and his two sons, Rara's brother, and Karin's separation from Ken and Karin's cover-up of Rara. After everything he told me suddenly Karin collapsed and fortunately Joy had caught Karin's body.
Arriving at the hospital, Karin immediately got the handling of ER.
Rara who felt guilty for this incident, cried sobbing in the waiting room.
"I'm sorry Rara Bu, this is all Rara's fault, Rara shouldn't be acting like that to mom" Rara said regretfully. Joy immediately hugged Rara trying to calm her down.

After waiting for a long time. The doctor who handles Karin also told that Karin takes a little longer for treatment and is recommended to remain hospitalized.
"How do I pay for treatment while mom's here. I don't have the money to pay for it."
"Don't worry about the cost, I'll cover all the medical expenses of the mother, you'll be sure your mother will be cured" Joy replied
"Thank you sir for helping to pay for my mother's medical expenses, Rara promised to reimburse all the money you spent on my mother's treatment, but give me time I'll definitely repay it." Answer Rara.
"Don't think about it, now it's night, better come with me. I'll take you to rest."
"Sir, I want to be here to accompany my mother." refused Rara
"Don't refuse, or I'll change my mind and not pay for your mother's treatment." Threat Joy. Rara was forced to nod and join Joy leaving Karin alone to rest in the hospital with unconsciousness.
It didn't take long to get to a big house with a big yard. Joy and Rara get off the cab in the yard.
"Whose house is this, sir? huge one. Just the first time Rara saw Segede's house. It's like a palace." Rara was amazed by the house in front of her. Like a dream he could set foot in the courtyard of a mansion which he usually only saw in books.
