Part 51 - Reassure your heart

Arjuna POV's

After William's departure from Arjuna's office makes Arjuna think even deeper, regretting Jenny's difficult time that has passed with William.

Arjuna felt that William's words were very striking to his heart. He feels defeated by William, because William is always there for Jenny and also his own son, Cleo.

Arjuna's mind was between gratitude or envy for William. Arjuna should have been there for Jenny, looking after Jenny and Cleo, but she wasn't there for them. Once Arjuna comes the end only makes Jenny disappointed. Jenny did nothing wrong. Claudia died not because of Jenny, but somehow the sense of excessive loss to Claudia actually had to hurt the woman who would be present in the future Arjuna.

Long enough Arjuna pensive at his desk, turning back the memory where Arjuna insisted on convincing Jenny's love, begging Jenny's love, but after everything was obtained just Arjuna felt he had toyed with Jenny's heart.

William's final sentence deeply disturbed Arjuna's mind. William is right if Arjuna still keeps his love for Claudia better leave Jenny alone, but on the other hand Arjuna also does not want to let go of Jenny just like that.

"I'm sorry Jenny. I'm sorry I was so stupid to ignore you."

Arjuna muttered while sighing deeply.

Arjuna decides to look for Jenny at his workplace, but when Arjuna gets there security says that Jenny is out to take care of a cooperation contract with one of the famous hotels in Jakarta.

Inner Arjuna gasped when security mentioned the name of the hotel, because Arjuna knew that the hotel belonged to Frans.

Arjuna doesn't want Jenny to have another relationship with Frans. Suffice it to be William who has become a great threat to Arjuna, even though the big threat is not Frans or William, but his own ego and his own stupidity that will break Jenny's love for him.

Arjuna drove back to Frans' hotel.

"Wait for me Jenny."

After making a scene at Frans's cafe, Arjuna now takes Jenny into his car. Arjuna does not want to let Jenny go alone, let Jenny's car be taken by Arjuna's man.

"We need to talk."

Arjuna said after being in the car.

"There's nothing to talk about anymore Arjuna."

Jenny's heart still hurts Arjuna's attitude a few weeks ago. Jenny no longer wants to meet Arjuna, she is getting used to her days without Arjuna.

Arjuna doesn't care about Jenny's arrogance. He took Jenny away from the Frans Hotel, and Arjuna drove away.

About half an hour away, Arjuna arrived at his favorite caffe. Caffe who at that time invited Jenny to immediately make a proposal.

Jenny still silently did not want to look at Arjuna face, her heart still held thousands of disappointed.

"I'm sorry Jenn, I'm so sorry."

"Why apologize Juna? Your heart is still for Claudia, there is no need to apologize or forgive, because the heart always moves unconsciously beyond the control of its owner. I can understand that."

Said Jenny who has long wanted to convey her disappointment to Arjuna.

"I'm sorry for being too stupid, to be late in the past, to ignore you, to ignore all our dreams. I beg you to continue, our wedding date is near, just in a matter of days Jenn."

Jenny still ignores Arjuna's apology, her mind getting more steady to not be a shadow of Arjuna's past.

"I chose to back down from all our plans. After all during the residence of your attitude I've gotten used to living without you Arjuna, as well as Cleo."

When mentioning the name Cleo Arjuna's heart grew sicker, all his efforts to get Jenny now crashed already.

"Is it because of William?"

Suddenly Arjuna's question mentioned William's name. The man who always beats his role for Jenny as well as Cleo.

"Maybe, it's William who's always been there in my tough times."

Devastated is Arjuna's feeling of hearing Jenny's confession about William.

"I beg Jenn, remember our promise to be together. Reassure your heart to me."

"I tried to be sure, until you made my faith fall back Arjuna. It is precisely you who are not assertive as a man, for what you come in my life if your own ends are difficult to step from the past. Is Claudia dead because I'm Arjuna? Until you hurt my feelings."

Jenny scouts Arjuna with her long sentence. Spill out his disappointment.

"I know Jenn I was wrong, I was too deep to keep my loyal promise to Claudia. Now I realize my life must go on, the past and destiny must be kept in its place. You're my future until the end of our lives together."

Hearing Arjuna's words made Jenny sigh deeply.

"I'm not sure Arjuna. Leave me alone, convince your heart first."

Arjuna shook his head before Jenny, not wanting to accept Jenny's decision.

"Go Arjuna, without you me and Cleo will be fine. Before everything happens, before it gets too far. Even if God meant for us to be together, everything would come back."

There was a sadness in Jenny's netra after saying that in front of Arjuna, then Jenny got up from her seat grabbed a black handbag to leave Arjuna who was still pensive with Jenny's decision.
