Part 60 - Forgive Dad

A week had passed after Alea's departure from Frans' house. Even Frans had already taken care of the divorce process with Alea.

In just one week Frans was declared legally divorced from Alea. Apparently Frans deliberately used the services of a reliable lawyer to take care of the divorce process, due to a deep hatred for Alea.

Actually Frans did not have the heart of Poppy who often felt lost Alea. Most days Poppy always asks where Alea is, but Frans still does not want to bring Poppy with Alea.

Alea had promised Frans not to appear in front of Poppy again. Alea fears that Frans will drag her into the legal realm due to a case of corporate data manipulation.

Frans' threat was no joke to Alea. After all Poppy has spent more time with bi Irah since Alea existed or did not exist. The only daughter that Frans had considered like his biological daughter was already fused with the affection of Irah.

Suddenly a bell rang out from the main door of Frans' house.

"Let aunt open the door."

Bi Irah went straight to the main door, he asked for permission to Frans who was still loyal to hold Poppy on the TV room sofa.

Arriving at the main door bi Irah was stunned by the figure of Wicaksana Saputra. Apparently the late Frans' father who came, after many years Frans' father was busy taking care of his business in Turkey, now he is back.

"Mr Wicaksana."

Bi Irah was very surprised at the arrival of her old employer. For a moment, Irah thought that Wicaksana would want to see her son and daughter-in-law Jenny.

Frans' father never knew of Frans' divorce from Jenny, even Wicaksana had brought gifts of nutritious date juice as a burial for Jenny and Frans, so that they would soon be blessed with offspring.

"How are you doing, Irah?"

Frans' father was a rich man who was respectful, he never looked at people just from social status.

"Alhamdulillah good sir."

The look on Irah's face panicked, as well as Frans. Can Frans make sure that his father will question Jenny's whereabouts, instead Wicaksana will ask who is Poppy? Especially the position Frans who is now holding Poppy.

"Bi Irah please take Poppy to the room."

Frans handed Poppy over to bi Irah.

"Good sir."

Bi Irah also passed from before Frans, obeying Frans' orders. Then the brown-eyed man immediately got up from the sofa to meet his father.

"Dad."

Call Frans who immediately shook Wicaksana's hand, then they let go of each other with a momentary hug.

"Dad misses you, son."

Wicaksana patted Frans on the shoulder.

"Father's son is getting ugly."

The middle-aged man investigated the appearance of his son who was still in disarray, Frans' body was getting thinner, his face dark aura like carrying a heavy burden.

"Ah, I could have praised him."

Frans is still trying to cover things up.

"Jenny where's Frans?"

Hearing her father's question made Frans bow down limp.

Frans invited Wicaksana into the living room and he made a cup of warm coffee for his father.

"Dad's favorite black coffee, deliberately Frans himself made. Have you not enjoyed Frans' coffee for a long time?"

The old habit Frans' father longed for was his son's coffee. Since the age of Junior High Frans often made coffee for Wicaksana.

"Yes, I almost forgot the taste of your coffee."

Said Wicaksana who only responded to a smile by Frans.

"Oh yes, you haven't answered my question, where is Jenny? The house looks so lonely Frans."

Wicaksana is increasingly curious about Jenny's whereabouts. While Frans was only able to sigh deeply, trying to muster up the courage to tell her everything that happened between her household and Jenny.

"Jenny's gone from this house, Dad."

Frans speech just made Wicaksana slightly choked when sipping coffee made Frans.

"What did you mean by Frans?"

Frans' father still doesn't believe it.

"Frans and Jenny divorced three years ago. All happened due to Frans' own mistakes that have been weeding out Jenny. Frans had an affair with Alea, a secretary at Frans' office. Just for the sake of getting a child makes Frans dark-eyed marry betel to Alea."

"And Jenny who can't afford to be pitted would have preferred to leave you, she would have preferred to divorce you Frans."

Frans' father understands Jenny's attitude, he knows exactly what kind of woman his daughter-in-law is.

"Yes dad. Jenny would rather go from Frans' life."

Wicaksana clenched his hands tightly. He was disappointed in his son's behavior, not only that Wicaksana was also disappointed in his wife Lina who never told him about the problems that happened to his son.

Wicaksana closed both his eyes, trying to give limitless patience space in his heart.

"Only Alea left, because Frans could not afford to lose Poppy. Especially now Frans knows the fact that Frans is barren."

Complete already the pain of Frans' father, he still did not think to his wife. It could be concealing a problem of this magnitude.

Tears began to flow from both of Wicaksana's eyes.

"No dad, dad's not wrong. If Frans had followed my father's message to maintain the integrity of the household, maybe things wouldn't be like this."

Frans grabbed his father's fingers, trying to convince his father not to feel guilty for what had happened in the Frans household.

"Did Jenny remarry Frans?"

The question immediately emerged from Wicaksana's lips.

"Frans taste not yet. But some time ago Frans had a fuss with Arjuna, it seems he was very interested in Jenny."

"You mean Arjuna Prasetya? Director of A&J, right?"

Sergey Wicaksana, convincing his conjecture. After all, who does not know Arjuna, even Frans' company took part in business cooperation. It's just that the shares owned by Arjuna company are bigger than Wicaksana company.
