Part 38's. First Move
"Thank you for forgiving me. I'm not gonna bother you anymore, sorry to break your trust, I owe you my life" I sent Francoise a quick message the next day. I didn't expect him to talk to me, but at least I thanked him.
But then my phone screen lit up because it received a call from her.
"Call,..." I lifted him up nervously.
"You good?" He asked me if I was good when I had deceived him.
"I'm good, thank you. And I'm sorry, I don't have any face to talk to you anymore." He laughed at the end there.
"What's wrong, I understand why you did it. What are they asking of you?"
"They want to get me on a job, maybe get in touch with Nicholai to be able to forgive me, I'll take it instead of going to jail."

This time I will face Nicholai again, not as a friend but this time as an enemy. And I'm going back to New York, is it possible to see Francoise again?
