Just as he was about to respond to Dhika's words, suddenly Pak Anto appeared from the front.
"Well, Nduk. You're here? Not working?" asked Mr. Anto a little surprised.
"Lock in the afternoon, sir. Ara come here bring food for the Father. Sit down, sir, we have breakfast together. Mas Dhika too," said Tiara while spooning rice to his father.
They eat without anyone making a sound. Only the clink of the spoon clashing with the plate sounded so loud. Like the heartbeat of Tiara who beat irregularly, still thinking about Dhika's speech earlier. What does Dhika mean to talk like that?
Say, yes, same maid, want to be Mas's wife, right?
Those words were ringing again in Tiara's ears. In his heart he complained, obviously he had no helpers, then who did Dhika mean to be his wife? What is the indirect request for him?
Tiara almost choked with her own thoughts. Hurriedly he grabbed a drink while trying to shake his own mind before he fantasized further.
"Enak, yes, sir," Dhika said as she glanced at Tiara.
"Yes. Since when can you cook, Nduk?" asked father.
"Since living in Surabaya. Just learned, sir. Hehehe," chuckles.
"good. I could have been that wife" her father said, while Dhika stopped her chewing to see Tiara's reaction.
"Ih, Father. How did it get there the language." Tiara blushed her lips, while Dhika only blushed.
"Well, really to, Dhika boy?" ask his father for an opinion.
"Yes, sir," replied Dhika briefly. Not daring to say much as he saw Tiara looking at him with a threatening look.
Furthermore, no one spoke until the food on each plate was almost toilet. Tiara hastened her eating. After the food on his plate ran out, he took his plate to the dishwasher and washed it. While Dhika who has also finished eating, said to prepare herself.
After finishing washing the dishes, Tiara sat down next to her father who had not yet moved from his place. Silence, the atmosphere felt stiff until finally Mr. Anto began to speak in a serious tone.
"Sir, you are the only child of the father who is not married. Anyway, I'm worried about you. Every parent would want to see their child get married, have children and see their child's family happy, like your brother who now has two children. Is it time you thought, Nduk?" father said. There was a pleading tone in his speech.
Tiara bowed, not knowing what to do. On the one hand, he wants to realize his father's wishes, not only his father's wishes, but his wishes and dreams as well. On the other hand, there was a wound that had not fully healed in his heart and he was afraid that it would bleed again. Deep down there is also the name of someone who he hopes will accompany him to realize the dream.
"Sorry, Sir. Maybe next time we discuss this" said Tiara slowly, he was not wanting to discuss it.
"Sir, you always avoid when you talk about this. It's not Bima, is it?" Mr. Anto looked at Tiara full of probing.
Quickly Tiara shook her head, "She's not even in Ara's mind anymore" Tiara replied.
"You've forgotten him, but not your disappointment with him. You know, you're afraid to have feelings for men for fear of disappointment again."
Tiara bowed, her heart confirming Mr. Anto's words. His disappointment in the figure of the man who became his first love was still imprinted in his heart. The wait that led to betrayal made him afraid to have feelings for men. Coupled with his feelings for Dhika that make him feel stuck in an uncertain direction until sometimes he thinks that loving will only make him disappointed.
"The disappointment is always there, but not always just the disappointment that is felt. There are times when you will be happy, and among those happy there must also be tucked away disappointed. It comes back to you, how capable you are of forgetting that disappointment and enjoying it. All you have to do is forget. Forget all the disappointments you've ever felt and start a new, better hope. Disappointment also teaches us to be strong, and learn to accept something that is not as expected," advised Mr. Anto.
Tiara raised her head, then rubbed the trail of tears that drenched her cheeks. The traits that Tiara admired the most from her father were her gentleness, her patience and her policies. His father was always able to calm his heart.

The next day, very early in the morning Tiara had arrived at Dhika's contract. His hand held a package containing vegetables and cooking ingredients. His smile grew as soon as he saw his father sitting on the terrace enjoying a cup of coffee.
"Assalamu'alaikum" said Tiara then reached out to greet his father.
"Wa'alaikum salam, Nduk," replied Mr. Anto, while welcoming Tiara's hand.
"On your own, sir? Where's Dhika?" Tiara wails in search of Dhika's whereabouts.
"Go take a bath" replied his father, while Tiara was only a beard.
"Sir, Ara go inside first, yes. Make breakfast for me."
Without waiting for his father's approval, Tiara had already moved in. While humming softly he headed for the kitchen, put down his groceries, then checked what he could make for breakfast. After checking, he finally decided to make fried rice.
In his heart Tiara praised Dhika's house which was neat and quite complete for the size of a single young man. The dishes are neatly arranged near the dishwasher. Pans and pans are hung lined up on the wall near the dish rack. There is a one-door refrigerator standing near the connecting door of the kitchen and viewing room, side by side with a dispenser and magic com.
Still engrossed in humming, unaware Dhika who just came out of the bathroom, was already behind her, wearing only knee-length shorts and a tee shirt. Fun looking at Tiara while drying her hair with a towel.
"Hm." Dhika cleared her throat, so as not to surprise the girl.
Tiara turned her head quickly, "Eh, Mas Dhika. I'm sorry, Ara's rattling the kitchen Mas didn't say anything, by the way," she grinned.
Ignoring Tiara's words, Dhika walks towards the dining table, then sips the coffee she had left behind that had begun to cool. Sitting there while looking at Tiara with a meaningful smile.
"Morning gini look at the beautiful girl in the kitchen, feel like a wife," he said as if to himself.
Tiara stared intently at Dhika, while the one who was stared at just sat back leisurely while sipping his coffee again.
"Wake woi! Mulu's dream!" Tiara responded, despite a rumble in her chest. She faintly felt her face heat up imagining if it was really reality.
Dhika looked at Tiara with a jaily smile, "Dream first can, dong."
Dhika got up, then walked to the dishwasher to put the empty glass. Before he left, he approached Tiara and whispered, "You want to help make it happen."
Seriate.
