Today, it was time for Aksa to return to the hospital. Antonio's doctor has asked Abhiyasa for Aksa to be taken to the hospital immediately in preparation for surgery.
Preparation for the operation has also been done. Now, in less than a few moments Aksa will be brought into the operating room.
"Ma, Pa, Aksa wants to play in the park," Aksa whines to her mom and dad while the nurse is preparing her to be taken to the operating room.
"Aksa, honey, later yes, the nurse is waiting to take Aksa to check as usual" said Hani, smiling and gently rubbing her son's hair full of affection.
Aksa shook her head as if refusing to understand the words of her mother.
"No... Don't wanna... Aksa wants to play in the park now..," Aksa's whine is accompanied by her sobbing.
Hani looked at Abhiyasa with a look full of sadness. Now what he was worried about really happened. Aksa was fussy, she was crying and whining as if she knew what was going to happen to her.
Previously Abhiyasa and Hani had given understanding and persuaded their son, until Aksa nodded in agreement and wanted to do any examination so that he could recover completely and be healthy again.
But now everything is different. Aksa seemed to forget his promise and forget everything delivered by his mother papa.
"Sorry, we'll persuade our son first. Later we will tell if our son is ready," Lirih Hani told nurses who were not far from them.
"Okay ma'am, I'll tell the doctor" the nurse said with a smile.
After the nurse left from Aksa's room, Hani and Abhiyasa still persuaded their son by all means. They even invited Aksa to play in the hospital park, according to his request.
Doctor Antonio noticed Aksa whining in Abhiyasa's sling in the hospital's garden. He also saw how Hani and Abhiyasa tried to persuade his son.
"How are you today Aksa?" ask doctor Antonio who suddenly was near them.
Hani and Abhiyasa turned their heads towards the source of the sound. They both smiled at Antonio's doctor and looked at Antonio's doctor as if to ask him for help.
Aksa, who was in his papa sling, now raised his head. He put his head back on his papa's chest, ignoring the presence of Antonio's doctor and the questions Antonio's doctor had given him.
"I don't want to check. Aksa wants to play in the park with Papa. Aksa wants to play ball," whined Aksa with his head still propped up on his papa's chest.
Doctor Antonio approaches Hani, she says something to him.
"Mom, I'd better calm down first. Persuade and give understanding to him very carefully so that his spirit and desire to heal is back."
"Okay doc, we'll try to persuade him and give him some understanding. Sorry, the doctor has to wait. Later we will call the doctor if Aksa is willing and ready to undergo surgery," Hani told Antonio's doctor.
"Alright Mom, just call me when the patient is ready. I'm sorry now" doctor Antonio said before leaving the place.
Hani approaches Abhiyasa who is walking slowly around the park by holding Aksa while persuading him.
Aksa listened carefully to all the words of his father. All of his words were in accordance with what Aksa had promised him. Unfortunately he did not just melt away, even though he felt his father was right.
I don't know, now Aksa is not as usual when being treated or being examined. Hani could only listen from behind her husband's back. He did not want to spoil the atmosphere when Abhiyasa was persuading their son.
After a while, with a persuasion from Abhiyasa, Aksa finally collapsed. He was willing to perform the operation in accordance with the instructions given by his father.
Now Hani and Abhiyasa are in front of the operating room. They released their beloved son to enter the room.
Hani and Abhiyasa sat in the waiting room in front of the operating room. In the operating room there are two names of patients who are being operated on in the operating room at this time, one of which is listed by the name Aksa Putra Nareswara.
Abhiyasa's hand tightly grasped Hani's hand. The two of them just kept quiet and prayed for their son's safety. The mouths of the two of them were unceasingly chanting prayers for their son.
"Darling, how much longer?" ask Abhiyasa.
"Doctors say, surgery usually takes one to six hours. Hopefully Aksa's operation can be completed only for a short time," replied Abhiyasa expectantly.
Hani rests his head on Abhiyasa's shoulders. In his heart, he really hoped that their son's surgery could go well and be completed soon. The prayers from both of their lips were still being done non-stop.
Many times Hani and Abhiyasa's parents contacted them to ask about the operation and the state of their grandchildren. Both Aksa's grandmother and grandfather did not allow Abhiyasa and Hani to come to the hospital. They did not want to trouble both of their parents. And most importantly they were afraid that the grief of their parents would be felt by Aksa, making Aksa sad and burdened.
Every second and every minute that passed seemed very long for Abhiyasa and Hani. The anxiety, uneasiness and worry they felt, were now mixed into one.
Slowly the operating room door opened. There was a nurse who ran out as if in a hurry from inside the operating room.
Hani turned to the side, where her husband was sitting next to her. Then he said,
"Darling, what's wrong? Why did the nurse seem to be in such a hurry?"
Ahbiyasa shook his head while saying,
"Either Darling. I hope it's not a bad thing."
However, Abhiyasa's mouth and heart said differently. His mouth told him not to worry, and to stay calm. But his heart says otherwise. He was really anxious, agitated and worried about his son's state. It was very desirable for him to run into the operating room and see for himself with both eyes how his son is currently doing.
The nurse ran back in a hurry, carrying several bags of blood into the operating room. This made Hani and Abhiyasa even more anxious.
A few minutes later, the nurse ran out of the operating room in a hurry, like a moment ago. A few seconds later, another nurse ran out and looked frantically headed in the same direction as the previous nurse.
Hani clutched her husband's hand and said,
"Darling, what's the matter? What the hell's going on? Why do the nurses look so panicked?"
