Jake POV

Today is exactly 5 years of Eiden's presence in my life. After Alice broke off our relationship and chose to leave, it was only me and Eiden who completed each other. Because of my important position in the company, I decided to return to the main house after Alice and I separated. In the main house there is Daddy and Mommy who can take care of Eiden while I work.

A few days ago, I finally got word from my adoptive sister who had long chosen to leave home with her husband, reportedly now Daddy is ordering the family law firm to take care of their divorce papers. It's so bad he.

The waiters were busy with the gifts they were under and were given to each of the invited guests. The atmosphere was back as crowded as before. Daddy and the rest of the family got back together. I don't know what topic they are talking about, but all seem to invite brother to talk. Except mommy. I knew their relationship wasn't so close in the past, but it wasn't something I needed to take care of.

Some other family members also invited me to talk, but I responded soberly, maybe they were bored and confused by my cold attitude finally they were looking for another place to exchange stories. Now that there was nothing to disturb me, I focused entirely on the girl named Ruby Savana. What a beautiful name.

He was playing with Eiden, occasionally he was seen staring at me but a split second later he threw his face away. It's so adorable. I want to keep him in this house so he can't go anywhere.
