He continued to pout as soon as he arrived at school. If only he had not been stuck with the red light, he could have left with his girl. Half slamming the door, Galang glanced in annoyance at Jovan who was parking the car next to his car. He was envious, as well as irritated that Luri was in the car.
"Help. What's wrong with your face, Lang? So sour. I'm sure the sour lime must be outdone by the sourness of your face right now," led Jovan as he tilted his head from inside the car.
"You're right, Brother Jovan. And I think the nail was mental if it was stuck in his face Galang. Very funny," added Nania while giggling.
Seeing Galang being ridiculed by Jovan and Nania, Luri also felt unbearable. He got out of the car and approached his classmate.
"Not to take heart the words of the two of them, Lang. They always do that when they make fun of you. Leave it alone, the important thing is that you're at school."
"Hmmmm .. when I really wanted to pick you up, Luri. But because of that fucking red light I lost a bet to Jovan. It sucks!" grumbled Galang while kicking a small rock on the ground.
"Betc? What are you betting on?" ask Luri curious.
Galang grimaced as he rubbed his back nape when he realized that he had been speechless. It is true that he and Jovan made a bet that tonight one of them will treat all the basketball teams for those who failed to invite these two village girls to go to school together. At the beginning of the bet Galang had felt very confident that he would win because his car had a much higher speed than Jovan's car. But Galang really did not expect that he would be defeated by the red eye that appeared at the wrong time. The red light was lit right in front of the zebra cross, which made Galang inevitably have to be left far behind by Jovan.
"Lang, what are you two betting on? Do you and Jovan intend to make me and Nania his trophies?" urge Luri to get curious.
"That's right, Luri. Jovan and I were betting when we were going to pick you up. But it's not you guys who will be made as a reward for the bets we make!" galang replied surprised to hear Luri's words. "Look. Because this bet Jovan won, then I must treat all basketball children as a form of punishment. It's just a fad. Really!"
Jovan did not dare to look sideways after Galang explained the bet they made. He's scared in Nania's claws.
"Waahhh, that's great, Brother Jovan. So your coming to our house was insincere huh? You know, like this, Luri and I got in our driver's car. You wolf-feathered sheep, brother!" nania stared intently at Jovan.
"Nania, please don't say anything to me. It was all Galang's idea, I just followed him. Isn't that right, Lang? This betting idea is you're suggesting, right?" jovan asked as he looked expectantly at Galang. He scratched himself when his friend seemed to not heed his question.
God fucking. If Galang answers no, then I will die. Nania will definitely get angry with me later. Oh my God, please don't bend Galang's tongue. Don't let him say something that could put my life in danger Jovan said.
"It wasn't my idea, it was a shared idea. You don't try to hide your hands, Jo. I'm just kidding, but you take it seriously. So you don't just corner me as if this idea was all I wanted. It's delicious!" galang Protest. He accidentally invites Jovan to fall into the same hole because upset has failed to pick up Luri. It is true that this idea was the first to say. Just let. Fellow warriors love village girls, shouldn't they always be together in enjoying their sorrows and wounds? This is fair, isn't it?
"Of course, don't fight. You or Jovan, next time don't do this again. If you want to pick me up and Nania, you can send a message first or directly pick us up at home. Not what. If only when you were racing to chase the victory then you had an accident on the road how? You two must've mentioned that, right?" reprimand Luri while staring alternately towards Galang and Jovan. Luri was not angry, she was only worried about the safety of these two friends.
"Huh, let it go if they want a mention, brother. If later their legs are broken, they themselves are losers. There was no point in also advising ignorant people like them. Tired of heart later you, brother!" nania cetus.
"Nania, don't talk like that. Every speech has its responsibilities. So do not pray for people. Understood?" luri said in shock at hearing her sister's words.
Upset that her sister was not defending her, Nania got out of the car and stepped into her class, stomping her feet. As for Jovan, she looks sad because she is left by her lover.
"It's usually your face, Jo. Nania just went to her class, not a country!" the ridicule of Galang who finally had a chance to slap the ridicule that was thrown by Jovan.
"No way!" sahut Galang while walking closer to Jovan. After that, he whispered in his ear. "Luri and I are going to the same university, Jo. So it's impossible for him to leave me. You know why?"
Jovan shook his head. He became curious further from the words of Galang.
"Because I'll never let go. Luri is mine, and I will fight for her to the point of blood loss!" then Galang turned towards Luri. She smiles.
Realizing that Galang and Jovan were talking about it, Luri tried to be normal. He certainly knew that this classmate still harbored a sense. In fact, not infrequently Luri heard Galang's murmur that secretly praised her. Though Luri had once rejected the statement of love that was said by Galang, but somehow this child still approached her. So yes, Luri let it go. The important thing is that he keeps his distance because he doesn't want to hurt Fedo's feelings.
"Well, the bell has rung. Let's go to class!" take Luri while looking at Galang and Jovan who are still whispering.
"You remember, Lang. Don't forget the punishment you're gonna have to do tonight. I'm gonna go tell all the basketball kids!" jovan said as he patted Galang slowly on his shoulder.
"As far as you are. Let me know where I need to get all of you've got your stomachs sticking out!"
Jovan thumbs up to Galang before running into the classroom. Leaving Galang who was busy stealing a glance towards Luri.
"Although I didn't look, but I knew you'd been staring at me. What's up, Lang? Is there something weird on my face?" ask Luri who is starting to feel uncomfortable.
Galang stammered when asked like that by Luri. He rubbed his nape slowly then turned his head in the other direction. Shame, that's for sure.
"Bel's been beeping since, we better get to class, Lang. Who knows if our homeroom teacher wants to tell us both the important things!" luri said breaking the awkwardness. He then walked ahead of Galang who still looked clumsy because of his question just now.
"Sorry, Luri. I didn't mean to be unkind to you. You're beautiful, and it caught my attention" Galang said as he walked quickly after Luri. "I'm sorry you're offended, but what I just said was honest. Please don't be mad at me, will you?"
"Geez, Lang. Why am I mad at you for such trivial things. You're this!" sahut Luri while chuckling slowly.
"Are you not mad at me?" tanya Galang.
"So you want me to be mad at you?"
"No!" salang quickly.
After that Galang and Luri walked together towards their class. Ignoring awkwardness and also the feeling of unease that was felt by them.
Sorry, Lang. Until whenever your feelings for me will never be reciprocated because I already have someone in my heart. I hope that you can immediately realize this before your feelings get deeper, Luri said in her heart.
