283. Interviews
The elevator continued until the employee got off on the eighth floor. When getting out of the employee's lifft it crosses paths with security. They greeted each other for a moment then the employee continued in his footsteps.
After submitting the report file to the personnel manager, the employee intends to return to his room by using the same elevator as the elevator that was taking him to the front floor. When the elevator door opened the employee entered and immediately pressed the number four button.
Suddenly the employee named Ruli also felt something strange. He felt the air in the elevator suddenly become colder and gripping. Ruli turned to her right and left because she felt uncomfortable. As her gaze returned to the front, Ruli saw the reflection of herself on the elevator door. Ruli also tried to calm down by sighing long several times. When watching his reflection more closely, Ruli also frowned.
Apparently Ruli saw a black, tall and large figure standing behind her. The figure raised its face to scare Ruli. But before the creature really showed itself as a whole, Ruli also said Istighfar aloud.

Hearing the sentence of Istighfar spoken by Ruli made the creature disappear instantly. Ruli patted her chest to neutralize her heartbeat. After the elevator door opened, Ruli stepped out quickly. Then half-run Ruli left the elevator without looking back.

“ Is there anything I can help Sir.?” ask Hanako to the personnel manager.

“ What does their cooperation have to do later.?” hanako asked while shaking her head.
“ I don't know Mom. Maybe you can ask directly with Mr. President later.” said Hidayat.
“ Yes, I know my Opa taste is strange. But I'm sure Opa has his own judgment in this regard.” said Hanako with a proud smile.
“ Right Bu. It seems that Mr. Erik assessed the nature and character of our employees from their handwriting.” said Hidayat who was taken by Hanako.
Then Hanako headed to the meeting room which was transformed into a room for testing prospective employees. As he was about to enter the room he passed by Iyaz and Izar.
“ Why here Ci..?” ask Iyaz.
“ Want to help Pak Hidayat with the test of job applicants. Where are you going..?” ask Hanako.
“ I wasn't told anything..?” ask Hanako.
“ Opa ga want You soybean so it does not tell You..,” sahut Izar fast.
“ Uda yuk, they have entered tuh...,” said Iyaz reminded.
Izar and Hanako nodded then walked into a different room. Hanako sat down in front of the table and began to watch over the applicants one by one while smiling.
“ Kalo kaya gini so want when I apply for work at another company first..,” Hanako murmured while staring at Ruli.
Ruli who was busy distributing question papers to the test participants did not realize that Hanako continued to look at him closely. But Hanako tried to be relaxed before briefing the test participants.
“ Assalamualaikum, good morning everyone..,” greet Hanako kindly.
“ Wa alaikumsalam, good morning ma'am..,” say all the test participants with enthusiasm.
“ Thanks. In front of you right now there are two sheets of paper containing questions about general knowledge. Please do your job well. The time we give one hour, starting from now.” Hanako said.
The test participants also seemed to start working on the given problem seriously. Hanako read the remaining text on her desk and smiled. Such questions have also been encountered when applying for work elsewhere first.
Hanako looked back at Ruli and saw a black figure following her wherever she went. The black figure turned towards Hanako and then simply vanished. Hanako heaved a sigh of relief when she saw that Ruli was no longer followed by the delicate creature.
An hour later the written test ended. The test participants were asked to wait for the results. After lunchtime, the participants were gathered in the same room to hear the announcement. Those who pass the written test still have to undergo an interview in a different room.
In the interview room there are three tables and two of them are occupied by Iyaz and Izar. The participants who passed the first test were called in turns.
Iyaz faced a female test participant named Nuara, a beautiful hijab girl who had just graduated from college and had no work experience. When looking at the bio data of the girl, Iyaz was interested. Moreover, the girl answered Iyaz's question firmly and smoothly.
“ Your Name..?” ask Iyaz.
“ Voices Adam Pak..,” says Naura.
“ Here it says you just graduated from college, is that true.?” tanya Iyaz while staring at the paper containing bio data Nuara.
“ Right. I graduated from the Faculty of Economics this year Pak..” said Nuara again.
“ But you have no work experience. How We are sure you can work well..?” ask Iyaz.
For a moment, Nuara was silent. He seemed confused to answer the question of Iyaz. Because he did not get an answer, Iyaz looked at Nuara and saw the girl was confused.
“ How...?” ask Iyaz.
“ Mmm.., I do not have work experience Sir. But if I am given the opportunity, God willing I will do my best for this company.
For a moment, Iyaz was silent because Nuara's answer amazed him. Iyaz smiled and let Nuara out of the room. Nuara seemed a little disappointed because she felt the answer was not in accordance with what the man in front of her expected.
