71. There Are Those Who Follow
Neta was sitting in the corridor of the classroom while watching her father who was training the students. He felt a little uncomfortable because he was getting monthly guests. Initially Neta wanted to stay home for a break. But when he found out that at home he was alone, Neta chose to follow his father to teach in the pesantren.
Neta is not a timid girl let alone she mastered martial arts. For him to face people who have evil intentions such as thieves is easy.However there are other things that make Neta afraid if alone.
Lately Neta felt something was following her. Although it was not a big thing but it was very disturbing to him. Even something followed him to the bathroom and when Neta did personal activities. Neta wanted to tell her how she felt, but she didn't know how. He was worried that people would not believe what he said.
Neta frowned as she felt an unusual pain in her stomach. He even rubbed his stomach
to relieve that unusual pain. Bayan who knew that his daughter was not well also approached Neta.
“ You gapapa Nak. Does it hurt a lot..?” ask Bayan worriedly.
“ Gapapa kok Well, soon also lost his pain..,” Neta said while grimacing.
“ What's not necessary to the clinic.?” ask Bayan.
“ Ga need Yah...,” Neta said again.
“ You'd better go to the pesantren clinic up ahead. Ask for painkillers yes let you not get rich pain.
Keep resting and wait for Daddy there..,” advice Bayan half forced.
With a heavy heart Neta obeyed his father's orders. When standing from his sitting position, Neta's body suddenly collapsed and almost fell. Bayan managed to catch the body of his son and then carried it. The santri looks at Bayan who steps quickly towards the clinic while holding Neta.
“ Why the Neta, it hurts again yes..?” ask Saeful.
“ Yes. Kasian sampe almost fell earlier..,” said Mirza.
“ Hopefully the pain is not severe..,” said another santri.
Iyaz and Izar seemed silent at the words of his friends. Indeed, Iyaz and Izar saw something unnatural in Neta since his arrival. They chose silence because they did not want to be branded pretentious. But when he saw Neta taken to the clinic, Iyaz and Izar were moved to help.

The training had just ended and Bayan rushed to the clinic to see Neta's condition. His face looked anxious because he felt that what Neta was experiencing was different than usual. When Bayan entered the clinic, he saw Neta was asleep due to the influence of painkillers he was taking earlier.
“ How is it doc, is it still in pain.?” ask Bayan.
“ Alhamdulillah Neta can sleep after taking medicine Pak..,” said Maya doctor.
“ But what makes him limp so rich..?” ask Bayan.
“ Sister Neta is coming month sir. Because bleeding a little more than usual makes Neta limp. Moreover, Neta seems to lack sleep. So the condition of his body directly drop...,” said Maya doctor.
“ About how much longer will he sleep..?” ask Bayan again.
“ Maybe in an hour. My advice, do not wake Neta until he himself wants to wake up..” said Maya doctor.
“ Good, thanks doc...,” says Bayan.
“ Equally. Excuse me first Sir...,” said Maya doctor as he passed.
Bayan looked at Neta with a huff. He was sure that something unnatural had happened to his son. Then Bayan decided to leave the clinic to give Neta a chance to rest. He stepped into the park in front of the clinic and sat there waiting. Every now and then Bayan stared at the star-studded night sky with a long sigh.
Suddenly Bayan gasped in shock and immediately went on alert when he saw a shadow beside the clinic.
“ Who's there...?!” ask Bayan loudly.
“ This We Sabeum, Iyaz and Izar..,” sahut Iyaz with a soft voice.
“ Ssttt..., We hide from friends. We don't want them to think we're on Neta anymore. Though We are here to help Neta..,” said Iyaz.
“ Bantuin Neta, means how ya. Do you know what Neta hurts..?” ask Bayan.
“ Something followed Neta...,” Izar said.
“ Something is what..?” ask Bayan not understand.
“ Does Sabeum believe that I said there are subtle creatures that ngikutin and disturb Neta.?” ask Izar carefully.
Bayan looked surprised but tried to calm down. He smiled then patted the empty chair next to him a sign he asked Iyaz and Izar to sit with him.
Iyaz and Izar approached Bayan and sat down and began to explain what they had seen. Bayan looked carefully listen to the description of the two twins in front of him. Afterwards he nodded his omen in agreement and gave permission to Iyaz and Izar to help his son.
“ Yuk We see Neta, who knows he has woken up now..,” take Bayan who is owned by Iyaz and Izar.
The three enter the clinic to visit Neta. Neta just opened her eyes. When she found herself alone in the room, Neta panicked and almost jumped out of bed.
“ You why Nak..?” asked Bayan who managed to hold the body of Neta who almost fell down.
“ Why Daddy lives in I'm alone here, I'm afraid Well..,” Neta said.
“ Fear of what. It's light here and you're not alone. Your father nemenin really, well even though his waiting in the park. You can still see it from the window.” Bayan said with a smile.
“ But I don't want to be alone Well..,” says Neta again.
“ Yes, yes sorry. Don't sulk anymore. You're not ashamed to be seen with Iyaz. They come to look at you, you know.” entertain Bayan to make Neta turn towards the twins.
“ You guys are here..?” ask Neta.
“ Yes. How are you Net, what are you rasain..?” ask Iyaz.
“ I'm not sick. This is just a monthly pain that is usually felt by girls.” Neta said shyly.
“ Monthly pain that women feel is the name of what pain..?” tanya Izar did not understand.
“ Um, this is Children. Everyone goes through life-phase changes, from children to teenagers just like you. This transition period is usually called puberty. Puberty is characterized by changes in body shape and voice in boys. Plus a mustache and beard for some children. While in girls, puberty is characterized by changes in body shape and blood flow called menstruation. This is experienced every month. And some girls feel pain during menstruation as well as Neta.” Bayan said.
“ Ooo. But the pain that Neta has should not be this painful. Neta is like this because it is disturbed by the subtle creatures that are now standing there.” said Izar while pointing at the infusion pole on the left side of Neta.
Neta was surprised but Bayan looked calm. Neta inched closer to her father while looking at him with a frightened face.
“ Take me away from here Father..,” pinta Neta with vibrating voice.
“ Yes Nak..,” sahut Bayan.
A moment later Bayan and Neta step out of the clinic. Before leaving the clinic, Bayan approached Iyaz and Izar.
“ God willing I come here again tomorrow and We will discuss this Yes Children. Now I take Neta home first..” Bayan said.
“ Good Sabeum..,” sahut Iyaz and Izar together.
Bayan left by piggybacking Neta who seemed to hug the father tightly. After hearing Izar's remarks made Neta more frightened and did not want to be in the clinic longer.
