Alenna ran to the bathroom, holding her nose which kept on popping out... Bloods. The fresh blood continued to flow throughout his body, from his nose down to Alenna's lips, neck, and clothes, even to the point of falling to the floor.

I hope no one sees the blood. He quickly cleaned up the blood still running down his nose in the sink. But the result remained the same as it was that it kept coming out of its breathing apparatus, making Alenna even more frantic.

He kept trying to stay calm, no one should know that he was having a nosebleed.

He had not had time to tidy up his appearance which now looked like this person was being tortured, there was already someone who was knocking on the door of his room.

"Alena! Open the door"

That's the voice of his papa Johan, Alenna increasingly tangent to what to do. Does he have to answer and come out to his papa in this state? Or just be quiet?.

"Alena! Open door! What are you doing inside!?" Shouted Johan with great worry while trying to open the door by breaking down, because the door was locked from the inside.

There was no reply from Alenna, making Johan even more worried instead of playing. While Alenna is still busy tidying up her appearance and trying to remove blood spots that turned out there was still blood flowing, although not as well as before.

He kept thinking hard, what he should do at the moment. Feeling that he did not look like a tortured person anymore, he decided to approach his papa with a flat face.

Just one step, he suddenly held his head with a grimace in pain.

"Aw!" What he felt at this moment was, he was very dizzy and his body balance started to decrease very drastically. Coupled with the excruciating pain in his left chest, Alenna was unable to continue her steps.

"Alena! Papa ask you to come out now! Or papa will break this door!" Alenna ignored Johan's screams, as the voice sounded indistinct.

"Master! Please don't come in. Let us work, sir please calm down" said the nurse calming Johan who kept trying to break through wanting to enter.

"Huh! Well Sus, but please make sure my son is okay" Johan chose to budge and let the doctors and sisters on duty.

"Thank you sir, we'll try to check on Miss Alenna first. Excuse me" The nurse known as Bella went into the room where Alenna limp and unconscious was treated.

Johan let out a heavy sigh and sat down on a long chair next to Alenna's room with a raging feeling while staring blankly down at the floor.

He kept asking himself what was going on with Alenna, until he entered a hospital like this and had a lot of nosebleeds.

The sound of very loud footprints makes Johan turn towards the source of the footprints. He got a karin who was walking in a hurry with a worried face, then their eyes met. As soon as possible.

Karin approached Johan who was now shedding tears, while Johan just stared at Karin.

"Pa, how's Alenna doing?"

Karin asked with a hunting breath.

"I don't know how Alenna is right now, because the doctor is checking" Johan replied quietly. Karin breathed a heavy sigh.

"Better, we go home first, p. Because Sarah had been waiting alone at home" persuaded Karin by holding Johan's shoulder, hoping her husband would obey.

"No! I want to be here. I want to know how my son, Karin, is doing" Johan refused slowly but soundly.

"But what about Alenna? He's alone here"

"You just calm down. Here are many doctors and nurses, so there is no need to worry" Johan chose to go home and keep his promise with Sarah.

Johan thought, Alenna only had regular nosebleeds. It is impossible for Alenna to have a serious illness just because of a nosebleed, Johan thought.

"Good morning, Miss Alenna. I'm Sister Bella who will help you if you need anything" Papa's brownish-black-haired nurse and a pretty face in a typical sister's uniform.

Alenna turned to the bedside which turned out to have the nurse beside her.

Alenna only smiled thinly behind the pale face that adorned the beautiful face of the woman who was of German-indo descent.

"Does she need anything?" Ask the sister to come closer and sit next to Alenna.

Alenna shook her head slowly, the nurse simply nodded and smiled sweetly.

"May I ask, sus?" Alenna asked in a soft and quiet voice.

"Sure, what's up?" The nurse asked happily.

"Where is my papa?" Alenna asked with a look around the VVIP-style room.

"Sorry miss, but Mr. Johan is on vacation in France with his mistress Sarah and Miss Karin" Alenna was heartbroken to hear, how not, imagine if you were in the position of Alenna who was lying weak in the hospital while her family did not care at all, the worst thing is that they even had fun on vacation without caring about it.

Alenna wanted to cry as hard as she was, even though she did not want to look crybaby in front of others. Enough in his heart he hurt and cried in silence, even though his eyes could not lie about his sadness.

"Hmmm, ladies, just calm down. I'm here, miss, no need to hesitate to ask me for help. Even if you want, I will accept it with pleasure" said Sister Bella comforted Alenna who clearly seemed to be disappointed in her family.

"Thank you so much Sus" That's all Alenna could say and forcefully smile.

"Sus, what exactly is my illness?" Suddenly the nurse was nervous to explain it because it was seen from the look of her face that was very touched to say what.

"Sus, please answer me. Don't worry me, Sus"

"Come here" Pinta the nurse asked Alenna to come closer and whispered something that might be the answer to Alenna's question.

Suddenly Alenna was surprised and slightly distanced herself from the nurse with a look of disbelief.

"Sir, there's no way a sister" Alenna denied by shaking her head and shedding tears.

"I'm sorry, miss, but I have to tell you this" Sister Bella approached Alenna, who was looking down and crying. Sister Bella tried to calm Alenna down by gently rubbing Alenna's back.

"Sus, I beg you not to tell anyone about this disease" Alenna said between her tears without looking at her interlocutor. Sister Bella heard it was made astonished.

"Why, miss, isn't that better?"

"Please don't tell them. I beg you" Now Alenna begged and faced the nun with a pleading gaze. The nurse thought for a moment and after that sighed heavily

"Miss, but I don't promise" The nun's decision made Alenna a little relieved.

"Yes, don't let anyone know about it" the Sister nodded slowly and got up and stood beside Alenna.

"Then, excuse me. I'll take breakfast for you, I'm sorry" Sister walked out of the room.

Honestly, the nurse was very sad and sympathetic to Alenna, which she thought was very painful. He seemed to imagine that he was the one who became Alenna, really painful.
