My Beloved Ex - wife

My Beloved Ex - wife
Chapter 2

At that time, Helia's condition was really like there was no hope. He was in a coma and the doctor who handled it was also pessimistic that the woman would be awake. Helia could almost certainly never open her eyes again. Therefore, Keenan is willing to marry Zetta in return for every drop of Zetta's blood that flows through Helia's body.

But Helia was able to survive. He eventually survived death and woke up from his coma. Of course it happened when Keenan had already married Zetta, so Zetta also had to accept the fact that she was never once considered a wife by Keenan. The man still only looked at Helia, even though Zetta had exerted all the abilities he had to take Keenan's heart.

Zetta looked at Keenan inside. She loved him very much, even long before Keenan became her husband. But now he felt alien to this figure standing before him. Keenan has been a different person since they got married, all because he did not want Zetta's presence in his life. Then now, Zetta just sneered in his heart, condemning his stupidity so far who was willing to be treated arbitrarily just because of his silly love.

With all the courage she had gathered, Zetta raised her face which she had only been bowing before Keenan.

"I am your wife, Keenan. I am the person who has the most right to you and whatever you have. Then why should I leave this house when Helia returns?" ask Zetta no less sharply than Keenan said to her.

Keenan's facial complexion seemed to harden upon hearing the question. Both of his hands clenched with emotion. At first he didn't want any commotion and wanted to ask Zetta to leave nicely. But apparently the woman in front of him was trying to test his patience.

"I already know the truth, Zetta, so don't force me to be the bad guy by dragging you out of this house" Keenan said furiously.

"What do you mean?" ask Zetta again.

"Helia had told me that it turned out that you were the one who had kept her in the hospital until now. You were the one who hit him six years ago!" exclaims Keenan with emotion while gritting his teeth.

"What?" Zetta couldn't hide her surprise.

Zetta knows that Helia doesn't like her very much, but how can she say that Zetta hit her? Isn't that too much and absurd?

"After knowing that, I refrained from doing anything bad to you, Zetta, so you better leave before my patience runs out." Keenan looked earnestly, as if he did not hesitate to eliminate Zetta with his own hands if she refused to leave.

"What kind of empty "mong is that? Was Helia's brain a little distracted after being in a coma for so long that it was said I hit her?"

"Shut your mouth!"

"I didn't do it, Keenan. Whatever happened to Helia six years ago, it had nothing to do with me." Zetta denied it firmly. He did nothing to Helia and had nothing to do with the accident she had. Of course he could not accept if Helia accused him so casually.

"You asked me to marry you when Helia's condition was critical, of course it would have been a strong indication if it was you who had caused Helia that way. I'm really stupid because I've never thought in that direction. Although I don't like you, but I never thought if you could be that subtle and evil." Keenan returned coldly. His eyes looked at the woman who had the status of his wife sharply and hatefully.

Zetta could see how much Keenan disliked him. He smiled bitterly considering all the struggles of surviving in this house. Six years Zetta sacrificed her youth to devote her life to her selfless husband, even to the point of being like a servant. But now it's the payoff. Instead of a thank you, he was thrown out with great pain.

"You can choose, you want to go out of this house by yourself or I'm dragged out in the most embarrassing way," Keenan said again as he passed from before Zetta.

The next day, Zetta woke up a little later than usual. He doesn't clean the house, nor does he cook for breakfast. What he does when getting out of bed is soak in water mixed with fragrances for a few moments. Then as soon as she finished the bath, she put on a beautiful dress and dressed up pretty. Things he hasn't done since he married Keenan.

Zetta descended downstairs gracefully and found Griselle waiting for her while shaking her waist.

"What did Brother Zetta do this morning? Why does the house not look neat and the food is not ready at the dining table? You don't want to cook like yesterday?" ask the girl very insolently.

If Zetta usually just quietly shunned by her sister-in-law, this time she raised her face with a little haughty.

"Why do I have to do all that?" Zetta asked back.

Griselle bought her eyes. The young girl wondered why this morning Zetta dared to argue.

"Of course Brother Zetta has to do all that because it is already the duty of Brother" said Griselle.

"Who said it was my job? It's all a waiter's job, and I'm not a waitress in this house. If you and Mama don't want to do it, then tell your rich brother to pay a waiter. If not, then do it yourself. You have legs and hands, right? Then why is it so nice to have people do this and that for you, like you're a stump animal that can't do anything." Zetta said without the slightest fear, making Griselle somewhat agape in disbelief.

"Mama!" griselle called for Lady Brenda.

Hearing the cry of her daughter, Lady Brenda came. Griselle immediately complained about what Zetta told her earlier to her mother.

"How dare you say that to my precious daughter. You trash!" maki Madame Brenda on Zetta.

Madame Brenda who was ignited by emotion instantly picked up the rattan rod she used to punish Zetta all along. But while flying a blow to Zetta's body, Zetta swiftly restrained and took over the rattan. The woman gave back a punch to Griselle and Lady Brenda using an object that had been used to hit her body.

It was clear that the mother and child pair screamed in pain to get a blow from Zetta. They looked shocked and frightened to see the excitement that Zetta showed at this time, but all this time it was Zetta who often wailed and begged for mercy on them.

Meanwhile, Zetta seemed to smile with satisfaction at Griselle who was crying like a child because she felt pain in some parts of her body, while her mother-in-law seemed to grimace in pain even though she did not shed tears. The pain that Zetta had been enduring was a little relieved, and it made Zetta feel a lot better.

After giving a few words of ridicule to his in-laws and sister-in-law who had always been arrogant to him, Zetta also threw the rattan in his hand in any direction, then walked away gracefully as if nothing had happened before.

As soon as Zetta exited the house, a luxury car stopped right at the door and a man with a charming face sat behind the wheel. The man waved his hand at Zetta.

"Hi, Honey. Come on, come here" call the handsome man.
